I originally purchased my hearing aids from elite hearing centers about 2 years ago. I had issues in the beginning with the aids performance, the level of difficult putting them in and the quality of service I was receiving from the previous specialist. Honestly, after several months I stopped using them out of frustration. I noticed my hearing declining further over the time I wasn’t wearing them and scheduled an appointment with elite. When I went in, I met Cameron Walker, who had not been there when I got my hearing aids initially. His level of customer service and knowledge is over the top. He made some adjustments to the hearing aids and took the time to teach me how to effectively put on and remove my hearing aids. Not only can I put them in with no more difficulties, but also my hearing has improved greatly!I could not be happier now with Elite Hearing Centers and especially Cameron Walker. He has completely changed my opinion of Elite Hearing Centers!

I got my hearing aids about 6 weeks ago. Cameron has gone out of his way to tweak everything and make sure I am satisfied. I am very pleased with the hearing aids, especially when using the bluetooth to listen to the radio and TV. Cameron @ Elite hearing on Augusta Road in Greenville and Phonak were recommended by a friend. My husband and I visited Cameron and purchased a pair of Phonak hearing aids to replace the three sets that my husband had worn and replaced during the last nine years. Even though his ability to hear without hearing aids has diminished over time, with his new hearing aids he now hears better than anytime since his mid twenties. Cameron wears Phonak hearing aids, so he completely understands this product and the problems associated with those having poor hearing. He used a pure tone audiometry to measure my husbands hearing over the normal hearing range using both air and bone conduction thresholds for each ear and then checked my husband’s ability to understand and then repeat words that Cameron had spoken.This was done with no commitment to the pay or purchase anything. Recently my husband lost one of his new hearing aids, so I called Cameron who told us how to find the lost hearing aid by using the Blue Tooth connection on my husband’s cell phone. Cameron will put an ear lock on the hearing aids to reduce the possibility of losing a hearing aid again. My husband and I completely and fully recommend Cameron @ Elite hearing on Augusta and Phonak hearing aids.

Recently I had to have hearing aids. I went to Elite Hearing Center in Greenville, SC. Cameron Walker the specialist and Katie the patient care coordinator took really good care of me! I love my new hearing devices! I would recommend them to anyone and by the way, I call my hearing aids “my little jewels”! I give them 5 stars!

I was hesitant to try hearing aids because everyone has said the outside noise was awful in restaurants and gatherings. I was allowed to try them. Phonaks are great. I hear so much better. They are comfortable. Cameron and Katie have been very helpful.

03/02/2021, Visited Elite Hearing Center Augusta St. Greenville, SC to replace a hearing aid that accidently fell of the end table and was attacked by my golden retriever, They said it could not be repaired but could be replaced for $250.00 which I felt was reasonable, considering its initial cost. Also I advised Cameron Walker of my greatly diminished hearing in my left ear . Turns out my eustatchian tube appeared to be closed. He gave me some advice as to how to possibly correct this, which I currently trying. Overall my visit was punctual friendly and professional.

I really like Dr Walker and the staff. I recommend anyone to go there.

I really wasnt happy driving 40 miles one way at first to see about Hearing aid , but boy I am glad I did. Cameron is excellent at helping you get the best fit in a hearing aid product as well as an advocate for a perfect outcome. In each step of the process, I was kept informed and felt as if they valued my business. He even worked with the provider and went over and above to ensure my hearing aids were the best for me. Also Tami in the front office is a STAR also. She is always willing to help and help you out anytime you call. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Elite Hearing Center West Greenville again.

I highly recommend Elite Hearing on Augusta Road. I have worn hearing aids for years, but my hearing had gotten much worse. Cameron was so easy to talk to and he has helped me so much. I felt so comfortable from the very first visit as both Katie and Cameron made me feel welcome. I love my Phonak hearing aids and especially the Bluetooth feature. I can answer my phone by just pressing a button on my hearing aid and talk hands free. The same for going for walks and listening to podcasts with no headphones. So glad I went with Elite!

Tom Trammell was very professional as he explained what would happen during my examation. I knew I had hearing problem. Had my ears tested on my first appointment and was measured for size. A few days later I received my hearing aides and was wonderfully surprised at the feel and the hearing experenice I had. I was told step by step what to expect so there was no misunderstaning of what was happening.

Very friendly
