I had an appointment for microderm. Jessica took her time with my procedure. She put together a few samples for my skin care needs. I loved my products and could tell a difference in my skin immediately. When I went back to purchase my products I met Sissy, who was a great help. Looking forward to my next visit with Jessica and the staff. Beautiful office, helpful staff.

Im a college student who just recently began struggling with acne, and I have found Carolina Aesthetics to be a life-saver in helping me deal with and clear up my skin. I just got back from my second appointment with Maggie Kittredge, and I 100% recommend going to see her or any one of her colleagues if you are struggling with acne, as I was. My skin looks so much better, and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience.

I explicitly explained my goal of reducing the corrugator contractions and deep creases there between the brows via injections to that area, However, he proceeded to inject between the brow and my forehead above. I noticed the treatment was not working after a week or so and had to return for additional CCs to the corrugator. There was only minimal result from corrugator. I returned many months later to try another round to same area. This time Dr injected mainly the forehead again for some reason and while he acted as if he injected the corrugator, I could tell they were blanks because I didn’t feel like any substance had actually been added under the skin. Sure enough, I could fully contract the corrugator as before $385 later, I promptly returned yet again for a redo to the corrugator. Different Dr was available and again shots to the corrugator had absolutely no effect. Forehead is still under effect (which I had never requested in first place) but corrugator is alive and well. Very disappointed and inconvenienced in trying to achieve any of the reaults I explained I was looking for. They did make some nice money off of me and I still have my angry lookin brows to prove it.

I had a small red spot on my nose from where my eyeglasses rest and a small dot of red on my cheek — what I would call a broken blood vessel; and my dermatologist suggested it would not be a big deal to have these removed. I went to Carolina Aesthetics and was told initially it would be a $75 laser treatment. They also said they wanted to let me know it sometimes took up to three treatments. Because my spot was so small and easily covered with concealer, I thought this was some kind of disclaimer language they used on everyone and assumed — wrongly — it did not apply to me.I had the treatment, the technician missed the outside edge of the reddened area, and when I called to say she missed a part on the outside of the area, she suggested I pay for another treatment. When I objected and asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor suggested the same “solution.” Both instantly stated I was told it could take up to three treatments, so basically, “too bad.” They seemed more interested in making sure I understood that — that they had covered themselves — than making it right for a dissatisfied customer.I don’t know whether the laser treatment they offer is totally ineffective, or if I had a technician that didn’t know what she was doing, OR if they want to make sure they will sell three treatments to everyone, but I would not recommend this business. I thought, because of its affiliation with GHS — Greenville Hospital System logo is on the door — it would afford me a better experience than it did. I would not go back there.

The dr didnt even look at or touch my skin. She didnt even address the purpose of me being at my appointment. She was driven on selling me products for something I wasnt there to treat. My experience was horrible and I would not recommend this place.

Only place you should even think of going in Greenville. DeBrux and Maggie are magic.
