They are nice and welcoming but the quality of their products are horrible 👎🏽 I’ve been there 3 times (giving them benefit of doubt, thinking maybe it’s me) . Each time my nails break easily . My nails literally break the next day . I went back & they did fix it but I asked if they could make them thick since they were VERY THIN . The lady didn’t want to bc it would look “ugly” if she did so. She just didn’t want to & just told me to be careful. I spend so much money for my nails not even to last me a week . This has never happened with my other nail techs. At this point I’m just about to take them all off and go somewhere else to get them redone . I’ve been using nail glue for now 🤦🏻‍♀️

Most nails places are hit and miss, but Lavie is ALWAYS on point. Long or short, fancy or simple they make it happen whatever I ask for. My pedis are always great as well as my tinted brows and wax.

Poor customer service, did not take the time to even sit down to make you feel careful and relaxed/ went in one the previous time they said it would be 15 minute wait and it was over an hour no compensation for my patient in waiting. I told them this last time I would not be back and I won’t be. I had been going there for over a year and it was just getting worse with every time. My sister was getting cut every time lately she was gong in too, S he is not going back either. Much better other nail salons around.

Stopped in (without an appointment) to get my eyebrows waxed. I have been going to this salon for about 2 years. A gentleman greeted me and said that it would be a few minutes. I sat down and waited. More people came in after me. Several of these people were taken back to receive services. No one ever bothered to give me an update on my wait time. To me, a few minutes is 10 minutes or less. After 20 or 25 minutes I left. I will never return. There are several other salons in the area. Try one of those.

I went in for a pedicure and the whole thing was rushed. I paid 30$, and the relaxation part was very brief. But as long as my feet look good I’m really not one to complain on how long the pedicure is. The tech didn’t do any work to my toe nails besides slap some paint on them. Dead skin all around my toe nails, cuticles never got touched. The lady even bumped my wet polish and was going to wait to see if I noticed to fix it. I called back the next day because I just could get over how awful my toes looked. I went back like 3 days later on my next day off and I told the lady what I didn’t like and what I needed to be redone. She painted one coat over the existing paint and put some oil on my toes. I told the lady to please clean up my toes and get the dead skin off and she just proceeded to tell me that the oil will fix it and sent me on my way. Now I have to make my 3 week pedicure trip to 2 pedicures in a week and a half. Will not be back!!!

Sign says they close at 7 walked in at 630 for daughter to get a set of nails the man was rude and practically yelled we Closed we closed in a rude tone. When I said sign area you close at 7 he said 2 hour wait. I can understand being busy but it could have been relayed a lot nicer. Probably wont try them again.

Bad job the color I asked for, totally different from the one they gave me, they tell you a price and you end up paying another, I dont recommend it at all. I was my first and last time with them.

I got a fresh set of nexgen nails and the first one broke that same night. 3 more broke the first week. Ive had nails for 25 years and have never had a worse job. Theyre awful.

I kept hearing great things about this place so I made an appointment. Despite my appointment the tech was clearly rushing through. I was never offered colors to choose from she just said, What color blue? Red?. No cuticle care was done (which means Ill need a fill earlier than I should need one) and she didnt make sure the color was up to the cuticle so leaving the salon I already feel like I need a fill. Also, my nails are all different lengths, and the tops are all bumpy. I dont know... Ill probably give it another try but to say Im extremely underwhelmed is an understatement.

Pedicure was great manicure was incomplete and excuses made rather than completing services as paid.

I came in for a set yesterday and was frankly rushed through the whole process. My friend got taken care of about 15 min before anyone sat down with me and I still finished earlier than her. Less than 24 hours later one breaks (it didnt hurt and I hadnt hit anything)and I call to try to get even a partial refund. Of course they say they can fix it. Usually this would be fine but 1. Im out of town for spring break vacation and 2. My job doesnt allow nails. So by the time I come back they would have to be taken off. I told them all this and I just wanted something back. Instead she just hung up in face.

Really enjoyed the time I spent here. Got a pedicure with a friend. The atmosphere was great. They have nice decor. The chairs that massage while youre getting a pedicure are torturous though. They feel like random metal balls Massage you on your neck and back. But they were painful to me and my friend also. I did not use them as much as she did and the next day she was hurting all day long. The pedicure I got was fantastic though. I enjoyed getting the massage from the pedicurist. And my feet were exactly what I wanted when he was finished. I would return to this place but choose not to use the massage chair.

Mimosas were great. The manager was very nice and accommodating. I got a maninpedi with Misty and she did a great job and was very nice. My mother had Nancy, she was rude and woulsnt kisten to what my mother wanted. She also didnt seem to pay attention to what she was doing while doing the messages she would be looking other ways. She also made faces to the other girls when she had to answer her phone. Then turn around and Nancy was on her cell phone for several minutes while doing my moms feet. I would come back the atmosphere was great but i would recommend to not have Nancy do yours. :-/ Misty I would recommend. They also have wine and soft drinks, warm or cold pillows which is very nice. I will come back hopfully i can change my review from 2 stars with my next experience.

I waited over an hour for them to even start. Then she rushed through them, leaving streak marks and very thin layers of polish on my nails, I can actually see through the ends of a few of them,2 of my nails are crooked, and it was a bad experience.never again👌

I visited to get my eyebrows waxed to clean them up for a date but I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. No big deal it was prom season so I understand being busy. What I dont understand is my 1hr20 minute wait. I was skipped over multiple times and I guess after the 3rd time I visited the front desk they realized that I was serious about getting my brows done. They called me back and immediately felt rushed, the employee that did my brows was completely shadowed by who I assumed to be the manager. She was nervous and being rushed which caused my brows to be very uneven, not a big deal its just hair and I can find someone to even them out, but needless to say I will not be returning. Maybe they thought I was joking, or maybe they thought men dont get their eyebrows done but based on my experience the customer service and the quality were both poor.Editing Review with updated star status to 3 stars from 2. Moved up to three stars since I was contacted promptly by the establishment in an attempt to rectify the situation. I will always appreciate when a business tries to correct any wrongdoings. However, customer service after the fact is not a saving grace but definitely a good thing.

The best nail salon Ive been to in Greenville. Very classy looking inside. Great service. Reasonably priced compared to other salons. Went early on a Monday. No waiting. Lots of room for multiple people at once.

They don’t really care if you’re taken care of or happy with your service. Don’t bother asking for any kind of nail design, they will say they can but the nail tech will act like you’re insane for even asking. I got a good eyebrow wax here once, asked for one today but I guess 2 different people forgot and I was tired of waiting so I left.

Ask for Dee. She did my Heavenly pedicure and it certainly was heavenly!!! They were busy on a Sat afternoon but my sis in law and I only waited 10 min for two chairs side by side! Great girls day out!

First time I went a guy did my nails and did a awesome job but I went back a 2nd time told the lady how I wanted my nails even showed her a picture and still didn’t do them right I have a couple of messed up nails and the hearts don’t even look like hearts and my nails are already breaking causing 2 of my real nails to break so I called up there to see if they could just take them off for free and she said it’s a $10 fee so just be careful who you let do your nails and be careful getting the dip powder

I brought my husband in for a full face wax because the website said they offered it. I told the man at the counter we wanted a full facial wax, he repeated it to us and I said yes. They take my husband back and give him a facial, then at the end told him they didnt do full face waxing? We ended up spending more than we planned so I called up and spoke with someone who said she was the manager.Well, she told me it was a communication error because I said facial wax and told me next time just say face wax, not facial wax I explained to her that the man repeated it to us and said wax, then told her the person who did the facial said they dont do full face waxing. She told me that they do, but men dont wax their face and you cant wax it and that men just shave. (I know for a fact men can wax their facial hair), but in the end she just kept telling me it was a communication error.. Every time I tried to explain she kept telling me the same thing over and over. Not sure if she was even the manager. Im mostly upset that she wouldnt listen to what I was saying over the phone. Were a bit disappointed and probably wont be going again. Beware of communication errors I guess.

They did not do cuticles and my nails are kind of thin but every other thing was really nice and good customer service

I was so afraid that the nails would feel heavy, but everything feels so natural.The pedicure was also fantastic! Foot and leg rub were perfect!A friend recommended this place and now I will start recommending it to everyone :)

Terrible job. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the man didnt even get it right. He did a quick job, he didnt have the right colors, he didnt even ask about the length and they are just gross looking. Its very upsetting.

I went there last week on the 3rd matter of a fact to get a full set and pedi , in the last 4days 5nails have fallen off whole. I’m very upset. This was my first time there and it will definitely be my last. I’m very unsatisfied by it and plus it wasn’t what wanted exactly. I basically waisted $73 for nothing. Services for customer service we’re very polite.

I have been here twice and did my nails and a pedicure. It was a lovely experience. I have visited many nail salons and have always left being a little disappointed. I left here with nails I was in love with and feeling wonderful after a very nice pedicure. The staff are all very nice and pleasant.

They usually do a great job but today i went to get a fill & one lifted up within 5 hours. ridiculous. i did not spend money just for one to do that before the day was over

Comfortable atmosphere, nobody is pushy trying to get you to spend more money. Free drink while getting Mani or pedi. Happy hour all day with wine or mixed drinks Monday thru Wednesday (limit 2).

I thought that this would be a convenient place to get my nails done while getting my car serviced. I was mistaken. The people were not friendly and the girl that did my nails did not do a good job. There was no friendly bantering, just in and out. I will say that the waxing was great, just not the nails.

I wouldnt even give this a star but it wont let me post any lower. I have been to LaVie several times. It use to be my favorite place to go. Now there are so many new employees. Most dont know what they are doing. You get a crappy pedi and nails. The last time I went was the last time I will be back. The lady put my nails on then proceeded to just cut them without asking what length I wanted. I told her that they were cut too short. She proceeded to dip them. I told her again that they were to short. She got mad and started taking them off and telling me it be $40. The price didnt matter to me. I did not want that length of nails. Like I said before I loved this place. But t his is the 3rd time that I have had a problem there. Probably will not ever go back. Currently looking for a new nail salon.

While finding the good place for relaxing and renew my nails, i found La Vie Nail on Google. And it is worth to spend 15 minutes to walk there. Very nice place. Loved it.

The worst thing is that the young man doing my pedicure was TERRIBLE. His massage was basically just touching and he skimped on everything besides the nail polish at the end. I also do not recommend getting any waxing done here. Before getting my eyebrows waxed I tried to tell the woman how I wanted one trouble spot handled and she told me I know what I am doing. I later realized that she got globs of wax in my hair on BOTH sides of my face and didnt say anything until I noticed it at the end. I dont plan on ever going back to that place again and will never recommend it to anybody.

People are really nice but the lady doing my nails filed my skin making them bleed when doing my nails. Ive only had them less them a week and had to take them off because the skin became infected. Where i started to bleed.

One star only because ZERO isn’t an option. Very pushy and when 3 of my nails popped off after 2 days I came in to get them fixed which I verified it would be free of charge. I was scammed into paying $10 for a massage that I didn’t ask for and tried to say no to several times, I guess they weren’t happy about fixing their mistake for free

I got my nails done here 2 days ago and every nail is starting bubble at the cuticle. The only thing good about this place was the environment was nice and I was offered a drink. The nail work needs improvement though. I will not be going back.
