The staff there were wonderful. They are very professional and friendly. The service is fast, you are in and out quickly, which was great since I had just gotten off from work. Ive been there a couple of times and they are consistent with their quality and quickness.Just FYI... they have covid testing there, go in the door on the right side. I dont think that you have to make an appointment. Mask are required and the waiting room is small so in order to do the social distancing, people would register and go stand outside, but when its your turn ,they will come to the door and get you to go back. They were calling people kinda quick so it probably wont be a long wait.

I went at 2 Oclock and I waited about 5mins and I was in and out. The drive was the longest. Location is very key for me!!

I went for rapid Covid-19 testing. Paid $150 (a lil costly I thought but hey, lol). Anyhow, I thought things would be quick as we had to make appointments. Mine was scheduled for 2:25 pm and when I got there, there was a long line outside. I stood outside for about an hour. So be aware, your appointment time does not get you seen in a timely manner. If you have something to do, be prepared and know in advanced that you’ll be waiting awhile. I felt this is something they could have alerted everyone too so they could make plans around that. Other than that, once I got inside, I was in and out within 5 minutes. My results were emailed to me within 30 minutes.

Used this lab for a rapid COVID antigen test prior to leaving to take care of aging parents. Whole process from scheduling on -line, arrival and waiting, intake and test results was great. Was a nice day so was able to wait outside lab where someone comes, scans your QR code and completes any remaining paperwork/questions. Inside was very clean and number of people was limited. Clinic personnel was very pleasant and professional. Had results in about 1hr and they were delivered via email/text and easy to access. Would recommend this lab

Line was long and slow. Check in was easy. Workers were courteous.

It was fast and nurse was friendly. Though I havent seen results yet and hope that they are accurate as entire life is depending on it and I am tested both through urine and blood weekly and by weekly so we will see how this part of it goes.

ARCpoint Labs does a great job screening our employees, and potential employees, for drug usage. The entire staff is very polite and they send the drug test results back very quickly. Highly recommend them!

Its been two and a half weeks no results back on a drugtest.

Everything was great! The assistants handing out paperwork, checking temperatures and providing information were great. The technician administering the test was outstanding. He was informative, gentle and thorough. Results were within minutes. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 was due to standing outside in line, even though I had an appointment, in the heat and sun. They did however provide a tent for some shade.Overall, definitely convenient and professional

Though I didn’t have symptoms of Covid, I did have a slightly stuffy nose, and wanted to be sure I was safe to be with family on Christmas Day. I chose ARCpoint Labs on Woodruff Rd. The website gave options for appointments, and though they accept walk ins, I wanted to be sure of my appointment time, so I scheduled an appointment for early morning on Christmas Eve, and when I arrived, there were others in line. Since it was raining, there was a tent set up with room to distance from one another & stay dry, as well. I appreciated that so much! Medical staff greeted each person in line & checked to be sure all information had been completed on the confirmation email sent immediately after scheduling the appointment. Within a few minutes, I was invited in, tested, and reminded that results would show up in both email & text format. Within 15-30 minutes, I received my results. The staff was considerate & professional in every way! Thank you, ARCpoint!!

I understand they need to collect hair samples from three different locations and I appreciate that she took them from discrete places but my hair was all over the place even after the samples she took were already put away. She cut way more than she even used and I walked out not knowing there were chunks of my hair stuck to my sweater and I pulled them off in several hand fulls. It really wasnt necessary to do all that. Take what you need and leave the rest of my hair intact. Thank you

I wanted to brag on Eric today. I didn’t catch his last name, but he was at Grace church and did my COVID test this morning. He was gentle, compassionate, kind-hearted and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was very nervous about getting the test, but he made me feel completely at ease. He even gave me an encouraging word when I left. I just want to thank him and thank you all for the great experience. Normally these kinds of situations are extremely unpleasant, but I wanted to stay longer to talk to him because he has a way with making an uneasy situation calming. Really my whole day was turned around!God bless you and your entire staff! Please tell Eric he made an impact on me today.

It took a little while to get our results back on line, which we were thinking we needed a Dr visit and they needed that but we didn’t thank goodness. The office was awesome and called him quickly. I accidentally scheduled an appointment in Anderson and canceled it immediately but still got charged. So I paid $300 for the visit. I will call for reimbursement, it has been over a week. Overall they were quick and good it was just the results online and not being reimbursed for a canceled appointment that put it at a 4.

Came to ARCpoint for a pre-employment drug screen. The check in process was very disorganized and unclear. Be sure to actually speak to someone after you fill out your info on the kiosk or you may be waiting for a while.The screening itself was very easy and the employees were very friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience! You can quickly make an appointment online. There was little to no wait, and we got out of there in no time! The staff was kind and attentive, and the systems were easy to use.

I have been here twice. Once in 2016 with my 1st pregnancy and today with my second for natera blood testing. I called to see if they had a wait time before I arrived which they did not. One couple was waiting. I walked straight in Nd signed in on screen. Which was the only thing I did not like. There was no one sitting there to help if you had a question just a computer. Other than that the girls were extremely nice and helpful. They got me back within a few minutes and on my way. The girl who took my blood was very sweet and professional and did an excellent job considering I am hard to take blood on.

Recently went for covid testing. Very easy to schedule appointment. Got in and out quickly. Test was not uncomfortable. Received results about an hour later. Very satisfied, would recommend if you dont mind paying for speed and convenience.

I went in for finger printing for a job offer. They were quick and courteous. The only suggestion that I have is that they have a larger sign indicating those who are testing for COVID-19 so that those of us who are healthy wont sit in that section!

Recently went for a covid19 test I needed for travel. Appointment was scheduled for that same day. Nicky was very friendly and client-oriented. Because of the time-urgency in getting the results back, it was a stressful weekend but both Nicky and Byron followed up and pushed as much as they could to get the results to me on time. In the end, I had to rebook my flight, but the effort and engagement shown were amazing and so appreciated! 5 stars for customer friendliness, customer-focus, and consistent follow-up and communication with the customer!! I needed a COVID test quickly with quick results so I went to ARC during one of my work breaks. I had the results in less than an hour. At the time, I had to go into the office to check in and have my test completed. I think they may be doing drive up tests now, which I think is a better option.

Reached out to ARCpoint to get a rapid COVID-19 test after we knew we had been exposed. Booking online was easy. Arrived early and they came out to the car to administer the test! The team there is friendly and explained everything. We headed home after the test and had the results before we hit our driveway! They are great!

My parents did COVID19 tests with ARCpoint Labs of Greenville, SC for their travels. The travel requirement is very strict and we have a ridiculous short window between the test, reporting and travel. The lab technician/nurse was truly helpful. She listened to my concerns, and discussed with me about the options and pros and cons for each option. I can tell she is truly put herself in my shoes and provides very clear, helpful, practical suggestions. My parents ended up get the test results in time and they have arrived in their destination smoothly. I want to thanks ARCpoint Labs for their professional services and a very kind hearted technician/nurse.

Overall the staff is great! My biggest issue is the lack of customer safety. Anyone needing lab tests/drug screens have their temperature taken, must wear a mask, and must enter thru the door towards the left side of the clinic. Once youve entered, you walk to a computer located in the front and center of the waiting area and use the touch screen computer to check in. Once checked in, youre asked to sit in the waiting area with chairs mostly spaced 4 feet apart. Also four or less feet apart are customers who enter thru the right side door; the COVID testing entrance door, where they will also walk to the previously mentioned touchscreen computer. I watched said customers (4 of them), enter with NO MASK. Said customers sat in the waiting area, with just a 5 foot tall screen separating us. One customer began coughing repeatedly and when asked if we could stand outside (clearly for our health and safety), we were told no. So my small child and I stayed in the non-socially distancing waiting room where I was concerned for our risk of potentially being exposed to COVID-19. I strongly feel ARCpoint labs should restructure their screening and waiting process for the safety of their customers.A for customer serviceF for patient safety.EDIT: 1 week after potentially being exposed to COVID-19 at ARCPoint, I am now sick.......

I was referred to you because I needed a rapid Covid test and I decided to drive straight to the woodruff rd location even when it said it was closed on Saturday. To my surprise the owner and the manager were both there and as I approached the door they came out to see what I needed and didn’t hesitate to help in any way they could even though they were not in regular business hours. They took the time to explain every step of the process, were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone (I have already!) Will definitely go back for anything I might need.

Being tested for COVID is a stressful experience, but ARCpoint Greenville made the experience much less so. Making the initial appointment was easy and quick, and the Web site is easy to navigate. The appointment itself was quick with hardly any waiting, and the staff was friendly and caring but highly professional. Best of all, the results were available promptly. Highly recommend!

Super fast, very professional, to the point of almost being cold/rude. But maybe that is expecting too much? Just saying when you are in a hurry for a test result that you are concerned about a little bit less business-like and a little bit more time to explain/clarify would have been appreciated. But we got the promised results in a matter of hours.

It seemed short staffed and no information on limited seating or a limit of 6 ppl while inside. The staff was nice...I just felt like they could’ve used a set of extra hands. No cups for the water dispenser is the last on the list of importance.

I would have given 5 stars however the lobby is split in half for Covid testing patients on one side and other services on the other side. However when bringing Covid testing patients back they use either side of the lobby. So even though the lobby is separated Covid testing patients are still being mixed with patients that are there for other services. I feel like if the lobby is going to be separated they should be on one side including being brought back through that entry door.

Beware of this testing facility.I paid $200....yes $200 for an expedited COVID test. (2-3) day turnaround. I have still yet to receive my results a week later. They will either not pick up the phone or give you the runaround when you speak to someone. These people won’t be getting another cent from me.

They are so slow and Act like the people that come in there don’t need to go back to their jobs or get back to their kids or whatever they are doing they just close the window and talk to each other and take their time doing every single thing

I went here to get a Covid test. The waiting room was full of people way too close together. It was 30 minutes past my appointment time when I was finally called me back. She did the rapid test which showed it was negative - and two days later I was in the bed as sick as I have ever been. I definitely have Covid she should’ve explain the test better and I would not have opted to get that particular one. Don’t waste your time or money!

Very fast & efficient. I went in to get a hair follicle test for myself for personal reasons. The staff members were very nice and informative. They cut off very little hair and a non noticeable spot. The whole process took about 15 minutes in and out.

Anna is an exemplary health care professional, and if every employee at Arcpoint acts as she did then this place deserves all of the 5 stars. I can not be more appreciative for her service today.

I went to the Greenville, SC location. No one has answered the phone there or responded to voicemails in over two weeks. They wouldnt give me an itemized receipt before I left my appointment and ASSURED me it would be emailed to me which, of course, never happened. Now Im going to have to go back there in person just to get my receipt so I can submit a claim to my insurance company. DONT LEAVE THERE WITHOUT EVERY DOCUMENTATION YOU NEED OR ELSE YOU WILL NOT GET IT!

I paid $200 for expedited COVID test on a Friday. The woman who administered it told me I would have my results no later than Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have not received my results. I have left messages and received no return phone call. If you need results quickly, go somewhere else. This place is dishonest and unresponsive.

Find a different lab for your testing needs. I had a COVID-19 test done on July 6th. It is now nine (9) days later and I have not received a test result. Calling gets you nothing. They are expensive and dont even provide you with results. DO NOT US THIS LAB!
