Although we had no appointment, we waited an hour or so and were eventually seen and very well treated by Lorena. She missed most of her lunch hour to help us, because we had registered well before and we’re still in the waiting room.Although they were extremely short staffed, she had a lovely attitude and was kind and efficient.I wish management could hire someone else to at least help with the paperwork and continual flow of patients needing to give and leave samples. It would allow her to do the job she is best at and the the flow would be much improved.She is very good at her job but needs help!!

Had to get a drug screen for a new position on my job so this was the choice that was near me. I got there, checked in through the kiosk, and I waited. And I waited, and I waited, and did I mention that I waited. I understand that covid is present but the customer service or interaction with having people wait so long without an explanation is beyond me. I do not recommend their services.

I called to schedule an appointment for a NONDOT 10 panel urinalysis for a pre-employment drug screening. The automated system scheduled me for 3:30pm. I drove 45min to Greenville and arrived 5min early for my appointment. I checked in and sat down. Moments later, an employee tells me Im sorry sir, we dont do drug screenings after 3:30pm. But... thats the appointment time I was given. I had all day free. I couldve gone at 9:00am, or 10:30am or 1:00pm. Didnt matter to me. But the system scheduled my appointment for 3:30pm, apparently past the time that they do drug screenings.The employee then said she see if she could squeeze me in but I shouldnt have to be squeezed in showing up on time for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Its not her fault, she didnt schedule the appointment. In fact, she was quite nice to me. I was able to do the drug screening and get on with my day. But they should really not schedule appointments at 3:30pm if people are going to be given a hard time showing up at 3:30pm. This seems like an easy fix, no? I shouldnt be treated like an employee is doing me some kind of favor by, you know, HONORING A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.The location was also sort of difficult to locate. There is a 430 building and a 440 building in the plaza. Dont go to the H1 suite in the adjacent building, thats a Prosthetics business.Employees were friendly, quick and professional at least.

Horrible support. After waiting an entire week for results and emailing support daily had to resort to advocacy site to get anything done. Cannot call. Cannot get replies to emails. Was told two to five days. Have been out of work for an entire week waiting on a clear report. Only left one star review to proceed to leave review. I understand these people are incredibly busy but theres a lot of people looking for work who could be answering emails.if I was positive I should have been getting treatment this entire week or could have been back to work this entire week. Just really not happy with their customer support. Go get a rapid test from Walgreens or cvs. Dont wait on these people

Be prepared to wait... Arrived at 2:00pm filled out the electronic registration on their kiosk as well as through the phone to help make the process “faster”..Was given a “30 minute” estimate wait time with a message saying they would call if I waited in my car... Let’s just say I never received a call and that “30 minutes” is now 1 hour and a half and counting. It’s now 3:30pm September 8,2020 .. Arrived at 2:00pm. My advice, don’t give people “estimated wait times” that are off by a good bit especially if we are holding our urine in for a test 😅😂😅

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Set appointment, go in, check in, and tell machine that I will be waiting in the car. It says it will notify me. 8 minute wait. 30 minutes later no notification. Go in lobby and told they came out into the lobby and called my name. They dont come outside to notify you. No apology nothing. Some other lady is screaming about same thing. Get back to get sample taken and they cant do it cause my doctor is out of region. Isnt that something you verify PRIOR to calling me back?

I had Lab test done in May 2020 paid for by the company I work for. The company I work for has a contract with Doctors Care. Fast forward to now b I receive a bill from Quest Diagnostics. I called was told my responsibility very rude I contacted my employer who stated the invoice had been paid . The bill sent to me was 336.00 when a TB test is 70. I will never use this company

Be prepared to wait a very long time!! There is no one to check you in or greet you, you sign in on a iPad and sit and wait forever. I have been to different lotions before and this is by far is the worst. I will choose any other lotion then this one. FYI would be nice if there was a person to at least greet you and let you know what’s taking so long. After waiting 55 minutes was told the toilet handle just broke and for myself and a few others to go to a different location, so now I sit again if this different lotion! Work on your customer service skills.

I went to this location directed by a hiring source company to complete a drug screening. I arrive there, check in with a tablet on a stand(no personal interaction with a human), and waited patiently, approximately, for 5 minutes when a lady had presented herself and told everyone there whom was there for a drug screen that the toilet had malfunctioned and promptly requested that we go to a different location to complete our drug screening. Due to this industry with the high demand for this particular kind of service, this is unacceptable. I understand that incidents like these may arise but this should be apart of a mandatory checklist and maintained daily to prevent any inconvenience to individuals with time restraints. The other location was not named Quest Diagnostics located on Woodruff road. The process was easy and total time in and out was roughly 15min total. Given my experience with Quest Diagnostics, I would recommend elsewhere for people with time restraints.

Been waiting over an hour no reason to take so long no one to ask why taking so long people have other things to than wait all day hardly no one has went back with only a few people waiting would not recommend this place to anyone finally receive text 30 minutes after I left so that’s 1hour and 45 minutes wait

I showed up this morning at 738am. I waited outside the door at 758. I was the second patient through the door. I signed in and the screen says my wait time is less than 5 minutes. Its 56 minutes later and Im still sitting in the waiting room. Ive asked about the excessive wait and was told they are experiencing issues and its out of their control. I requested them to please turn the volume down on the tv in the waiting room, its so loud. I was told they have no control over tv. This is the worst place I have been to in a long time.

Stephanie was all alone holding down the fort taking care of all the patients by herself when I went in yesterday. Im not good with needles and I always seem to have rolling veins but she got everything perfect on the 1st stick. Definitely did a great job and to think she was doing it all herself is just awesome.

Testing was quick and easy, veey nice staff. However, trying to get your result is like pulling teeth. If you take a test, remember to get the name of your physician and the phone number of the facility. These two pieces of unformation are critical if you want to retrieve results through their MQuest online tool.Since I dont know either of these I have been in the dark for over 2 weeks. This information is nowhere to be found. Calling their customer support line literally puts me in an endless loop. Press 3 for patients. Press 4 for test results. Press 3 for patients. Etc... Hilariously bad.

I only had two tests requested on my paperwork. They only did one and did not inform me of their mistake. When I reached out to them I was blown off and told there was an error and one wasnt done but provided no reason why and offered no solution to the issue. She said she had no record of my lab request and said Id have to get more paperwork from my doctor and have the labs redrawn.Ill be going elsewhere next time. The lab work I needed was time sensitive and this is turning into quite a hassle.The employees there are nice but their phone customer service is not so great.

I am Self pay so I have to do a price check . They make you know the test code . Called Lab Corp and did not know the test code and they were happy to help . I actually ended Up getting the test code called them back and they did not add up but you go to Lab Corp it does . We are patients not medical billing professionals. I have 16 test to get with one test costing 400. Due to your inconvenience you lost this business. In 2018 your system does not allow the worker to pull up the test by name is very dinosaur. If you are going to do it that way , put all your test on your website and allow me to pull it up , kinda like lab Corp does . The people we nice on the phone but your system stinks for self pay patients and there are plenty ladies that will be self pay due to IVF and all that business will go to your competitor due to your outdated system and inconvenience.

I am a terrible patient and very phobic about having blood drawn. Pam was wonderful, she set me at ease, and was very gentle and efficient, and very patient with me and my issues. I would definitely recommend!

I needed to speak to a rep for an urgent issue with labs. I tried EVERY extension on the phone line, even the one for a representative. Every extension gave me an automated message and then hung up. Ridiculous.

Receptionist has a TERRIBLE attitude, good luck getting anyone on the phone or contacting you in any way. Keep treating you customers in such a manner and you wont stay in business.

The wait time on the screen is 93 minutes for one person. She staff keeps coming out saying she is here alone and if we want to go somewhere else she can let us know. Why would they only have one lab tech working alone? This is crazy.
