The service was quick and easy, but disappointed that I had to pay $100 more than another ARCpoint for the same exact test. This put a bad taste in my mouth. Received same test in SC, IL, TX for $100 less than Greenville, NC.

Nurses are extremely experienced & friendly, they make the entire experience comfortable!I had a test done at different place & they cut a huge amount of hair from the very top of my head. It took forever for the very noticeable clump of hair to grow out!!!!😢

Fantastic service! I needed a quick test for a job. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Then, the next morning my results were back and ready for pick up for my prospective employer. If you need a test done quickly this is the place tof go.

The staff was very nice, professional and I was seen very quickly. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience.

I had went to my doctor and needed some extra labs drawn so I went here. Lets start, when I showed up the entire staff was standing out front taking a smoke break, I was told to go in they would be there in a minute so I signed in and once they realized they didnt have the right vials for that test I needed and called to see if they could use what they had. We went to the back and they neither washed there hands or used gloves while they drew blood. It was not a great experience next time I will go to the hospital like I used to do.
