Went for a pre employment drug screen and Shannon Carmon was so sweet and nice. Really made you feel comfortable. I had no appointment and was way early since drug screening doesn’t start until 10am but she got me in. Highly recommend this location!

From the moment I walked in the receptionist came off very agitated. Another gentleman walked in behind me and she gave him the same energy which led him to ask if she was having a good morning. She stated it could be better. When I was asked to approach the counter again I stated that I hope her day gets better because she is coming off very rude so she decided to change her tone. I understand when there is miscommunication behind the scenes but do not allow it to reflect on the customer service you provide to complete stranger who has no idea what’s going on.

I read the other reviews and I didn’t know what to expect. I was in and out within 10 min. Made an appointment online, checked in from the car and almost immediately got a text to come in. The guy working upfront and the phlebotomist/lab tech were friendly.

These employees have the worst attitudes that I’ve ever experienced in my life. When you come to the counter the employee greets you with the question “& you are?”. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this. When I went to the counter and asked about my drug screening time she advised me that they didn’t start until 10am and just walked away without me asking more questions. Whoever the manager is at this location really need to conduct in-depth training on customer service & how to properly deal with their clients.

Great experience this morning. Employees are super friendly and my girl drawing my blood was so sweet & didn’t hurt me. She made my Friday morning off to a great start! Also, love the check in while you wait in your vehicle.

Place was filthy and there were multiple sterile violations just from what I could see in the lab room. It was almost disturbing. Staff were talking about shopping while multiple people were being assisted. Only one woman did her job.Results were never faxed to Cleveland Clinic, and when they were contacted they told my physicians I never came in. This is not somewhere to be if you need important blood work sent out or if you prefer a clean/safe environment. Not looking forward to calling them on Monday and trying to retrieve my lab results. After a blown vein and missing reports, I’ll never be back here.

The facilities and staff (one tech who was the manager)were friendly and working diligently to serve the over crowded waiting room. Shame on the parent company for spreading their human resources so thin.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. It was easy to check-in for my pre-employment drug screening with my registration number. Only had to wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes at most. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. The rooms were clean. Overall good experience. I was nervous after reading the other reviews but it ended up being a totally pain free experience.

Staff rude at this Greenville location

I promise you, there is not a more confusing and hard to work with Drug Testing service than LabCorp. ArcBest is nearby and they provide excellent service, as for LabCorp, when you call them to setup an account, you spend 30 minutes to and Hour on the phone and will call anywhere from 8-10 times before you get a person on the phone that will tell you that you need to fill out a form and wait 24-48 hours before you can be accepted. Keep in mind, they dont tell you this until you come into the office. Avoid LabCorp and save yourself the headache.

Was told I could wait in the car after using a link. The link didn’t work and this wasn’t even offered to me as an option. Place was disgusting, AVOID!!!!

Staff was extremely friendly, and even remembered me from a year ago! They got me back very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any lab work.

I always dread having to come here; Ive never left without rolling my eyes in frustration. Long waits, some of the staff are just rude. Ive called ahead to make sure I had all that was needed only to show up and hear a different story from a different employee (which meant my trip was in vain!). They are definitely NOT all on the same page. So frustrating. They dont know what customer service is either. They dont seem to care that they waste peoples time or give misinformation out over the phone.Dont waste your time here. Go to ARCpoints Lab which is just down the road. They are so nice and helpful there.

The place is nasty. The floors look like they have never been swept under the seats. There are dead bugs on the floor also and not just one. I have counted about 15 so far. They are rude as well. Was told also that my wife had a past due bill from almost 3yrs ago but today is first time hearing about it. Ever bill we have gotten we have paid. Poor poor business

This is the slowest lab for drug testing and urine test! It took them 1.5 hrs just to call my name after signing in then another 30 minutes for the test. My bladder was ready to burst while waiting!!!

This place is terrible long wait times

The Staff here is a little overworked. If you need any lab work done, be sure to arrive before 10AM or you can expect at least an hour wait. This location is ALWAYS busy!
