Well there was like a 35 minute wait when I got to the place and you have to sign in via a tablet instead of someone at the check in desk waiting to check you in. I must say though however that Im giving this place 3 stars for the fact that the nurse who gave me the shot (Renee) was sooo very nice and welcoming. She apologized for the wait but immediately when I was called back she made me feel at ease and accurately checked my information in the computer to make sure my name, address, and insurance information was right. The shot I was given was over after about a minute and a half. Renee was the best thing about that place!

It literally took me longer to write this review than to get in-and-out. The phlebotomist, Ms. Renee’ is very professional and helpful. She is also super friendly, gentle, and makes giving blood feel painless .

I have absolutely never been so angry in my entire life, and that is saying a lot as I consider myself to be a very calm person. My husband and I got our Covid tests done on Thursday June 17th in order to be able to go on a big family reunion trip we’ve been planning for 6 months. Our flight was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning, so we thought we had plenty of time to get our tests back. (The country we planned to fly to has regulations stating the covid test had to have been administered within 72 hours of the flight or you won’t be accepted I to the country) I received my test back on Friday night, which was great. However, my husband never received his. Saturday night came around and we were panicking. This company has NO OPTION to contact them over the weekend. We tried chatting online, calling the Greenville location, we even DROVE to their office to see if we could talk to someone… nothing. We ended up having to cancel our entire trip, which was devastating to both of us as we haven’t seen our family in a very long time as we live across the country from them. We won’t be able to see them until December now that we weren’t able to reunite this week. It is now Tuesday and my husband STILL has not received his Covid test????? I’ve tried calling the Greenville office twice yesterday and this morning and I STILL have yet to talk to an actual person. I am incredibly livid, I have never experienced such horrific customer service.

A few years ago I went there to get blood tests done, was just over $400, went back and the doctor requested the same test be taken, this time I was quoted over $500, then received a bill for 3x that amount. When asking why and telling them what I was told they said there’s nothing they can do. Thieves

This was the best blood drawing experience Ive ever had. I dont like needles and I hate the sight of my own blood filling the vial, but the phlebotomist (Im so sorry for not remembering her name) was fantastic and kept me talking and distracted the entire time. We had a great conversation and it was only a quick visit to send off some samples for testing. 10/10 would recommend

I was seen by a lady named Kenyatta(hope I spelled it right). She was super friendly and she was able to get blood on the first stick. Most times I had to have blood taken it would take the person doing it multiple times. She definitely knew what she was doing. Thank you! 👍👍

I was sent to the wrong place by my office. Then to another wrong address. Drove over 4 hours to have places tell me they were either wrong address or they were closed. I get here and this very nice lady took me in at closing and got my labs taken care of. She was so kind and understanding. I owe her my peace of mind. I can’t thank you enough

You have to check in on a screen at front desk. Figured that out after sitting in the lobby for an hour. And no one is ever at front desk.
