BEWARE of this practice. They do not respect a parents rights! I was told I could not accompany my toddler into the back for his cleaning. The receptionist said this was due to ADA regulations to keep my child safe. Tell me how it is safe to allow a very young child to walk off with a stranger to have a procedure done?! I canceled my appointment and found another practice that does not adhere to this nonsense.

Terrible communication. I made an appointment two weeks ago for a cleaning here. The appointment was set for January 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM. I show up and I call their number like the sign had directed. I thought they were busy with someone so they didn’t hear me call so I stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes calling a dozen times. Then I asked a lady who worked nearby if she knew if the dental office was picking up their phone. She said they were off today. How could you make an appointment for a patient for a day where you are off? Not a single effort was made to let me or my parents know that the office was closed or that I should reschedule. Waste of my time and a huge disappointment of a dentistry. I will be changing to a different dental office which I should have done in the first place.

Super amazing dentist! 10/10 i’ve always been able to get us in on a timely manner and do wonderful with both my children are very good at setting up appointments for two kids at the same time which makes a lot easier for myself also the waiting areas very kid friendly!!

Very happy with this practice -- Dr. McNutt is experienced, caring, trustworthy and really great with kids. The staff has been great too. They do allow parents to come back with the kids, but because there is limited space in some areas they discourage this for older children.

My Kids Been Going Here Since Babies,& My Oldest Is Now 17 My Youngest Is 8 Now!!! We Have No Complaints From Over The Years! If Your Looking For A Good Dentist, Definitely Give Them A Call!

I’m 20 and I’ve been going here ever since I was 6. I’ve never had any problems and Dr. McNutt is a kind man who has never done any unnecessary procedures. I’d trust this guy to work on my teeth any day.

I went with my 17m old.They dont want parents with kids. You have to sit in the waiting room. I demanded no to this and still got push back.Then the restraint waiver. No you will not strap my small child to a board. No.The office staff was incredibly rude.The lady that cleaned his teeth was very rough.The doctor was the only nice person in the office, but these are his policies.No.I do not recommend to anyone. At all.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I didnt even have an appointment. I completed the online appointment form for my toddler and didnt even receive a follow up call. Just a very grammatically incorrect email asking when I would like an appointment. I emailed the staff, Jennifer, back informing her that Mondays & Thursdays work best for us in the mornings. She gave me one open time slot at 11:45AM and I informed her my toddler naps from that time. She responded back and said thats the only time they can see my toddler, and didnt even try to accommodate us or give me a call to arrange an apoointment. Very disappointed with the customer service and clearly they dont want business from us or any young children. absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

Went here for years. Still having problems with my teeth from fillings not being done correctly, and haven’t been in 2 years at least. Would not recommend

The Dr Mcnutt is so sweet and profesional my son feel really secure whit him the staff are very nice,I love his work.

Ill put all my cards on the table for this review..... I lost my oldest son when he was 10 months old so to say Im overprotective of my 5 and 1 year olds is an understatement. We switched dentist and Im grateful we did bc they found a cavity that had gotten quite bad. The other dentist never noticed a thing. They didnt tell me anything...they SHOWED me and walked me through our options. Theyve allowed me back for cleanings and the xrays, the dental assistants have been fun and patient, and Dr Mcnutt had a very calming presence. They just did a crown for my 5yo and I was so terrified that I actually had to have my husband take him for the visit. I just knew my son would walk out of there petrified of dental visits.....not even close, he looks forward to his next visit. Im that mom every doctor and dentist dreads but theyve earned my trust which I do not give lightly with my babies. They even handled my insurance company for us and provided us with an accurate qoute on what our costs would be. Im glad we switched and well definitely be sticking with this office.

I would beware going to this dentist....I was looking for pediatric dentists covered through our insurance and we found Dr. McNutt, who seems to be close to us and is covered. A quick Google search, however, uncovered his past with out-of-court settlements with parents of children he allegedly choked, and then the review below indicating her son was mistreated....BEWARE! A cheap dentist is not worth the possibility of having your child assaulted! Do your research!

This place is very disappointing first of all the lady who cleans teeth was very rude she could care less about kids I would not recommend this place at all I have switched to a different Pediatric dentist very rude and unprofessional

I went here as a child as well as my daughter now . my daughter loves going to the dentist he is wonderful when children are afraid of doctors it makes it so much easier on moms 😃

Just about called every pediatric dentist office in Greenville s.c. to get my baby girl an appointment she had a broken tooth that needed an extraction the awesome staff at pediatric dentistry of Greenville were more than happy to work us in...very grateful thank you

My brother and i went as a child and he was very rude, abusive and inappropriate. Parents are not allowed in rooms and they strap all children to the table. Wish there was a 0 for lowest star.
