I cant speak more highly of this place especially the orthodontics division. Theyve helped correct my daughters small insecurity all while making her look forward to visits and excited about whats to come. The owner provides you with his personal cell, prices are affordable, and the overall financing options make this acceptable for any family. Also, every staff member has been respectful and understanding of any of our concerns. Theyve treated my daughter like a queen every visit. Great job guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely love this place they treat you like family I absolutely use to be so scared of the dentist but coming here is so safe they take there time that make sure you are comfortable they stop and ask is everything okay as they are doing it. They know you by name after quickly and you don’t even have time to sit down they greet you and somebody is ready to take you back and get startedTiffany my hygienist always is really easy with the cleaning and every few months I come and see her she picks right back up on our conversation like it’s nothing. I currently have braces now and the cleaning was still done absolutely perfect made sure I wasHappy with my teeth and definitely got around the brackets !!! Best Dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr White was unbelievably cool as was his assistant Stephanie.I wasn’t a patient, I was in need off getting a chipped tooth cosmetically repaired. Crazy good job....couldn’t even tell that the tooth was ever damaged.The gang that worked the front desk was also extremely easy and pleasurable to talk with and to.....complete awesomeness.Needless to say I’m on board. Hate the dentist, hardly ever go. My teeth are in almost perfect shape. The staff was very nice and educating. My hygienist Lilly was awesome and makes me want to come back. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a checkup or cleaning.

So happy I found this practice after relocating to Greenville. I have found every step, from scheduling to checkout, to be friendly and efficient. Gentle treatment (I have sensitive areas and my hygienist was great). Dr. White carefully evaluated my teeth and let me know all my current concerns and/or options that might develop; all without any upsell or pressure. At checkout I quickly had any appointments I needed; and even knew what my insurance would be covering for them. Im actually looking forward to my next visit!!

Im not a big fan of the dentist. I hadnt had the best experiences in the past, but the hands that I was in today were amazing. Tiffney (the hygienist) handled me beyond what I expected. Most get in your mouth and have no care for the patient on how they feel or what they may be feeling. I got the opposite today. Hands down, Great.. And her assistant Noemi was as well. Polite, knowledged, and all around caring as well. Thank you ladies for the better experience. 😉

Absolutely could not be happier or more impressed with Dr. White, dental hygienist Lily, and Sam the receptionist. My first visit was a cold walk-in just to see if they were accepting new patients. What happened? Ive been coming here for a few years. Its been a while since my last appointment. I came in on a Monday morning and was rushed from the moment I sat in the chair. I heard backed up and booked solid several times through the hallway. The dentist sat down to start before I was even numb. And when I said not yet, I was told we need to get started.. were running behind. the last thing I want is somebody in a hurry with a drill in my mouth. I left in more pain than when I came in.

I would not take my worst enemy’s dog to these people they are horrible with horrible service, I know somebody that used to manage there and I’m not gonna say any names but I know for a fact they purposely tell elderly people they need to have their teeth pulled and get dentures just to collect on insurance money before the process is even needed do not take your loved ones or yourself to this horrible establish meant

Terrible!My husband went here for a bad toothache, and was told they wouldnt pull it unless he agreed to also have 3 other teeth pulled that were totally unrelated to this issue.He had no choice, because he was in a lot of pain!Way to go guys..you have mastered the art of greed!

They will NOT try to upsell you for massive work you dont need, unlike a lot of other dentists, in my experience! Relatively quick appointments, Front desk staff always friendly. All the professional staff friendly too. I feel like I get a good, solid cleaning & checkup with no drama & shenanigans! Just straight talk & good value. I am very happy to have them as my Dentist!!!

I previously went to a specialist to pull a tooth and it was a painful, drawn out experience. However, Dr Peterson pulled 2 teeth and she did a fantastic, pain and hastle free job! Dr. Kicklighter was also fantastic when he was there.

Visited this dentistry about 2 yrs ago and thought highly of them.. very nice receptionist and dr kicklighter was great! however, not at all what I expected today as I was trying to make an appointment..I felt as tho I wasnt important enough with a broken tooth and needed a cleaning an fix.. so I will continue shopping for a dentist that puts patient needs above all else ..just because I dont have insurance doesnt mean I dont have money.

I was treated like dirt! I scheduled with this dentist THINKING I had scheduled a tooth extraction. Upon arriving I was taken to the back shortly after filling out paperwork. I was visibly shaking and anxious. I had not been to the dentist in years being a young adult on her own. The technician was VERY friendly and told me I would be fine. Then the doctor came out after I had my x ray taken. She (Dr. Peterson) looked at my xrays and asked me about my dental history. As soon as I told her it had been a while since I had been to the dentist her demeanor changed. She looked at mouth a total of 2 seconds then ran to the back without saying anything. When she came back she informed me she was too backed up and did not have time to do anything for me today (even though I was scheduled). She told me I would need to schedule another exam and then I would need more dental work, not being specific at all. That dentist made me feel as if I was gross and she didnt want to talk to me. She made me feel like my money wasnt good enough for her business. I was not prescribed any antibiotics or anything. I was scheduled another exam a MONTH out for my broken tooth I had already waited 2 MONTHS to get this horrible AND disrespectful exam done.

Called about a broken tooth - not only did they get me in *this morning,* but I was seen promptly, and everyone from the techs to the dentist was very, very nice. The repair was quick and as relatively painless as such a thing can be. I was incredibly worried about the expense, but found it quite reasonable. The dentist was honest with me about the situation and need for further work later, but I never felt pressured to do anything more than what I originally came in for.Very pleased, will be back, would recommend

The orthodontist is very kind to everyone and deliver results quick. Im very pleased with the work he is doing with both of my daughters teeth.Im not please with the women that work at the front desk calling adults by their first name. They need to address all adults by Mr. or Mrs.Its about respect and professionalism needs improvement on that part. Overall its a Great place.

Today I had an appointment that has been scheduled for months. I even called yesterday to confirm the appointment. I used PTO to leave work to come to this appointment. I was running six minutes late, stuck in traffic 5 mins away(most offices give 15 mins grace period). I called the office to let them know this, and someone at the front desk asked me to hold so she could ask if the dentist would still see me? I told her, “I hope so, I drove here from Simpsonville.” She places me on hold for a few minutes and comes back and says “ unfortunately we can’t see you today, because we don’t have a dentist here.” My appointment was at 1:30 and NO ONE thought to call me or anything. The person I spoke with didn’t try to reschedule my appointment or anything! This is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced here! I should’ve changed when Dr.Kicklighter left, but surely I am now! If my daughters weren’t patients of Dr.Goodman(Great Ortho & ortho staff by the way), I wouldn’t dare step foot back in that office again!

How wonderful it was to have a huge smile (very white teeth)by a lady who was going through a very rough time which I would never had believed by looking at her smiling face. She shared what was going on but was so very positive about it all. It was incredible. She is one of the most gentle dentist and I say that never being afraid of a dentist just that she is one of the best. Then I heard the wonderful words, You have no cavities. It was the best dentist appointment I have ever had. But it is a good experience every time I am there. And the sweet ladies that clean your teeth are friendly not just quiet all the way through, they talk to you pleasantly. And the poor ladies out front that set up the appointments and do the billing have to deal with me too much but still are sweet about me forgetting an appointment, trying to keep up with my son and my insurance information. You would be welcomed and you would be happy.

This dentist office is awesome. My daughter see the orthodontist and dentist. They have done an amazing job with her and the military discount helped so much I couldnt believe it. My wife is now a patient after having an emergency she was seen in 5 minutes of walking in the door. They are very pleasant at the front and the dentist and assistant are very caring.

I was looking for a new dentist and this practice had just opened up so I thought I would give it a try. I called and they were courteous and friendly. The scheduled me an appointment right away. Why I arrived for my appointment I was so impressed by the office, staff, and service. They were very helpful and very upfront about dental coverage and what would be the bill after insurance. The dentist office is not my favorite place to go but they quickly put me at ease and patient with a nervous patient. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I BEGAN COMING HERE ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO AND THE STAFF IS VERY NICE, CLEAN, WELL SPOKEN, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY PROFESSIONAL. I NEEDED DENTAL WORK DONE AND I HAD AN OPTION FOR A ROOT CANAL OR JUST HAVING MY TOOTH PULLED. THE ROOT CANAL COSTED MORE MONEY IN WHICH I COULD NOT AFFORD AT THE TIME. THE DENTIST WAS NOT MONEY HUNGRY AT ALL, SHE JUST RECOMMENDED ME TO GET THE SERVICES DONE THAT I COULD AFFORD. I HAD GOTTEN MY TOOTH PULLED AT ANOTHER LOCATION THAT THEY HAD RECOMMENDED. I ENJOY THE STAFF, THE OFFICE AND WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER FOR MANY MANY MANY YEARS TO COME.

My husband went not too long ago and raved about how he loved it there so I decided to give it a shot. I came in for the first time and I was running late. Even though that was the case, I still got in soon and was very impressed with the girls that took care of me. My hygienist, x ray tech and dentist (Dr. Peterson) were all very professional and super friendly. I was very pleased and glad I finally found somewhere I love!

So I havent taken good care of my teeth. I was homeless for years. So, I needed a lot of work done. I am so happy I choose this place. They are reasonably priced and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very clean. My first appointment we set up a plan on what to do costs etc. 2nd appointment I got my 5 extractions. I honestly didnt feel a thing. Dr. K and her assistant checked with me doing the process to make sure I was comfortable every few minutes. Dr. K is so awesome. They are professional yet very personable.The only discomfort I had was self caused ..I have a gag reflex issue lol. The auburn hair colored lady at the front desk is always so nice to me and answers all my questions. Forgive me please I forget names😎 please go see this place you will not regret it, they took the fear out of going to dentist. Looking forward to the rest of my treatment. I will always be a client. Had an extraction done by Dr. Peterson today and was very nervous, she did an excellent job and is very friendly and thorough. Definitely my new dentist. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and not extremely high priced.

I came here about a month ago and made an appointment for a cavity. They didnt fill it, Took forever, and charged me 60$ to check it. I came to France to get my cavity actually filled because here they dont bs you and dont need to X ray this and that or whatever. It took them 20 minutes to fill my cavity and it cost 25 euros. Approximately 30$. To get ALL 4 wisdom teeth removed is about 200 euros. I dont even think its that cheap to get one wisdom teeth removed in America. They do the same process in France but its quicker. They dont try to sell you what you dont need. They dont unnecessarily charge you for NO reason, and its actually cheaper to buy a plane ticket in advance and make the trip to France to get them removed. Thats grand theft for American dentists. I hope people take this into consideration before getting robbed by American dentists who waste your time and take your money. Yall have a good day and stay educated.

The first time I went to Carolina Dental was for a rather painful tooth and I was so nervous. Dr. Kicklighter was very kind and, though the tooth pulling and bone graft I ended up needing were a little uncomfortable, I believe that was just the nature of the procedure and definitely not to the fault of the doctor or staff. When I indictated that I was uncomfortable, they stopped and numbed me up more before proceeding. I have since been back for a cleaning and the hygienist, Melanie, was truly wonderful. She was very friendly and chatted and checked with me often to make sure I was comfortable while she cleaned my teeth. And this has been my experience with all their staff. Their exam rooms are clean and bright and open. The front office ladies are also very nice and accommodating, both over the phone and checking in and out of the office. I am happy to have found a nice dental office that makes me feel less like procrastinating my oral health.

Id like to feel like a place will accept me and willing to help a person in pain. First call I made to set an appointment and the huffing and puffing over the phone as if Im interrupting their day just threw me off. Oh and dont ask about an appointment for Fridays. That first impression was a lasting one for me. No thank you.

The dentist office (just the mention of it) has ALWAYS made me nervous, and I avoided ALL appointments unless absolutely necessary. Well, after retiring to Greenville, I had one of those necessary appointments. Dr Kicklighter was the dentist that I was “assigned to”. He treated me with respect and with such a comforting and professional attitude, that I told him that he took away my fear of dentistry. My dental issues were all taken care of, and now I am becoming a patient keeping all of my appointments.
