Dr. Vakharia is my favorite dentist for the past ten years! She is the best I have ever had. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and professional. They have always been attentive to my specific concerns, and have successfully (sometimes creatively) addressed my problems. They feel like part of my extended family. I highly recommend them!

I been going here for years and my last experience there made we want to change dentist. I was getting a filling for a cavity and my mouth wouldn’t get numb for the drilling. Dr. Vakharia seemed to get annoyed with me because it wasn’t numbing as fast as she would’ve liked. I told her it still wasn’t that numb (I had just had a filling the week before so I knew I what it was supposed to feel like) and she decided to drill anyways. I felt it and was in EXCRUCIATING pain. When I winced I was once again met with that annoyed tone and expression. It bothered me that she didn’t listen to me, her client, in regards to whether my mouth was numb or not and decided to continue her process and her attitude was unacceptable. This experience shocked me but I won’t have to worry about it again because I refuse to go back. That filling where I could feel it is now super sensitive to heat which had never been an issue before.

The staff is always so polite and nice. They make me feel right at home... even when they know I haven’t been flossing like I should. Plus the dentist sort of reminds me of Nikki Haley, whom I have a huge crush on, so that’s nice. :)

Three generations of our family have been going to Dr. Vakharia for two decades, and we have been very appreciative of the love and care she and her staff have provided. The most recent procedure (requiring many visits, phone calls, patience and hand holding) was a much more pleasurable experience because of this. We see the same familiar faces each year who always make us feel as if were visiting family when we arrive.

The entire staff - from the front desk all the way back to Dr. Vs chair - is the picture of perfect: customer service, technology and care! Every interaction is positive and the work is impeccable - I LOVE HAYWOOD SMILE DESIGN!

The staff and Dr V make going to the dentist as close to a pleasurable experience as possible. Its like going to see old friends. Its nice to feel like you are not a number to be rushed through the system. We drive 3.5 hours to go to Dr V just for the personal attention we feel from the staff. Its the last of the way they used to do it mentality.

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I have been patients here for nearly 15 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else at this point. I dont think I have ever had to wait past my appointment time and the staff couldnt be any friendlier and accommodating. Plus you get a cool goodie bag with every appointment, who doesnt want that?!

Wonderful friendly people, Dr Vakharia and her staff have been the best place for professional work. Crowns even guaranteed for 5 years! Unheard of. My previous dentist in Ft. Inn was a butcher and thats the kindest words I have. His office isnt there anymore but I hear the Ft Inn people are quite competent so dont take it as a blanket statement for All the good people in Ft. Inn.But this place is the best in Greenville. Have to find another now under medicare, but I can still come back here for any work on my crowns!

Pretty pleased with my experience here. I am fearful of visits to the dentist, and had not been in years. I liked that I was not judged for that, and the visit was pretty quick and painless. The most impressive thing was learning how honest they are here. The last time I had been to a dentist (again years ago) I was told I had 5 cavities. Today, Dr Vakharia told me I only had 1. I think that speaks volumes of her character.

Dr. Vakharia and her staff have been caring for me and my husband almost since she opened her practice. With this group, theres a component thats missing in many medical practices today: trust. I know I can ask their advice and get a straightforward honest answer! That isnt all; her staff is a delightful group of professionals and the fact that they have been with her for a long time speaks volumes. If you dread going to the dentist, you wont feel that way here. Theyre the best.

Poor customer phone service, I called and asked if Blue Cross Blue Sheild was covered the Receptionist stated:” NOPE we can’t help ya.” Going forward please be mindful of using proper speech and professionalism for POTENTIAL customers.
