The New phone system is TERRIBLE!! Ive tried all morning to speak to someone, anyone and still can not get a hold of who I need to speak to. This is terrible customer service. I wouldnt have given the 1 star if it allowed me to submit this without it.
Find someone else to do business with. During the corna virus out break they would not work us. You can do better with someone else.

Horrible bank, this place will take your money. I would differently stay away from this credit union. If you can try Navy Federal they are way better.
