We moved here from Md not quite a yr ago and been looking for a credit union, when we seen that they’re building one right near where we live I was so happy. I went online to fill out the application to become a member. When we went into one of the branches to finish our process with Nicole I was thee happiest person when we left. Nicole is the BEST consultant EVER!!! She had all the answers to our questions and was one of thee most pleasant person in this entire world! I’m so happy to become a member and really glad we made the choice to apply ☺️

I was very easy to set up my account. I was able to handle everything over zoom. I am so excited for my future with the Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union.

I have been banking here for over 20 years now and my family even longer. Since this last change this bank has went downhill fast. They tellers are rude and uncaring. You cant call the branches without being in a 2 hour hold loop even if you have an emergency with your debt card. A credit union is suppose to be friendly and get to know their customer and for years it was like that. Now at at all. And this goes for both branches in Greenville.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy doing business with The East North Street Credit Union. They are so personable and care about us as people, not just customers. They go out of their way to help and meet our needs. Grace has always gone above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful place to bank. It is like being part of a family.

The app is old and almost useless. They dont have call waiting so everytime you call about a problem... Which will be often you will be sent to voicemail. You wouldnt think it would be so hard to use a checking account but it really is inconvenient. They dont have zelle or any other virtual payshare association. There literally arent any perks to this bank except that its a credit union so they do shares. Not great for any tech/ mobile savvy person.

So far I’ve had a very positive experience with Lidie at the North Greenville branch. She’s been readily available for me and takes her time answering all my questions. I’m new to credit unions and she was very thorough with helping me understand the differences between them and a bank.

Grant Pauley is an amazing representative. He explains everything and helps you understand exactly what you’re signing up for. He is very prompt, polite and helpful.

I was warmly greeted by the staff at the East North Street location and was made to feel like a valued customer on day 1. Since that first day I have never had a bad experience. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Alex was great in assisting me when I decided to refinance an autoi loan. Got a great rate and all the paperwork was processed in less than 1/2 day. I could not be happier with the service or the staff at this location. Highly recommend them.

The branch on E North street is amazing but the company as a whole is not. Their company motto is creating relationships, but when you really look at it this is not correct. I tried to renew my loan based off creating a relationship which Ive been with them for 6 years now. 100k going through this bank a year but the denied my loan for 2k while I currently have a loan for 1500 which Ive never missed a payment on and pay on time. I only wanted them the renew my loan and take me up 500. Everytime Ive worked with Grace I got approved because she did whatever she could to help, but since they have changed their process the loan process has been impersonal.she made sure to let them know that Ive created a relationship and my credit may not be great but I have made sure to pay them. Therefore they look at the current relationship not just my past credit history. Again the East North St branch is great but company as whole sucks.

We have been members of CFFCU for more than thirty years. We have always been treated with utmost respect and kindness. They have been our primary bank for checking, savings, and several low interest loans. This is a first class organization who understands that they are there to serve us, not the other way around.

Stone Age technology. Inconvenient hours, hard to set up basic payment, everything needs to be done in person, online options are so ineffective they shouldnt exist, phone access is pointless, service has been rude and promotions werent honored.
