Best bank I’ve ever had. Going on 6 years now. Multiple car loans, credit card, etc. no issues ever.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BANK! Ive been with them for at least 4 or 5 years, they have always been awesome. They know me by name and all, I HIGHLY recommend them to any and everybody.

I love this bank even tho they only have 2 locations here. They are patient. Some of the tellers make you feel like family. This is the best bank yet. Its easy and fast to open your account and you get your card right then and there.

Convenient location downtown, but lacks in convenient serviceability for customers. No drive through availability. No ATM access unless branch is open. No after hour drop box. And most importantly to me, no direct line to branch. Wait time unacceptable for customer service.

Amanda crawford has always gone above and beyond for me. throughout my encounters with her, she has always made me feel like a friend and not just a customer! she recently helped me with a car loan and went out of her way to answer my questions. i am very pleased with amanda’s service! she’s an asset to sharonview, i always look forward to talking with her.

The downtown Greenville branch Was very helpful. The manager wasn’t able to fully assist me because I couldn’t wear a mask due to an underlying health condition. She went above and beyond and came outside to direct me to someone who could take care of the issue. I highly recommend this location. The manager is a prime example of Excellent customer service:)

The most frustrating aspect of being a member is trying to get in touch with an actual human. After sitting in a phone tree, I drove to my local branch only to find that all local offices have been closed indefinitely due to Covid. Normally this wouldnt be that big of a deal but when I have a large cash deposit I need to make so bills dont overdraw my account, it is. Yes, I know they have partnered ATMS, but think about that for a moment. Not only am I having to trust an ATM to properly register several hundred dollars bills after reading horror stories about ATMs not properly registering funds, its not even a first party ATM so I am even less likely to be helped in the event of an issue. So I ask, how confident would YOU be depositing several thousands of dollars into a non first party ATM after having to carry around that much cash while a line forms behind you hopefully not all that interested in what youre doing?

Absolutely impossible to get a hold of an actual person anytime you need assistance with anything. We have our car and home loan through SFCU and are never able to get in contact with an actual person and always have issues paying our mortgage online.

Bank is trash. Worst customer service I have every had. Friday will be my last day with them. They have once again let fraud hit my account and refuse to do anything about it yet keep charging me fees. Worst bank ever.

The Greenville downtown location doesnt even have a ATM to use outside. Its 2020. What bank isnt accessible to its customers afterhours?? Bank is literally useless. Closed on Thanksgiving AND Black Friday. Check funds not available until 8AM Friday morning, if youre lucky. Messed up my Thanksgiving and Friday shopping. Wish I could leave ZERO stars. One of the worst banking experiences Ive ever had. Looking for a new bank ASAP

I am very impressed with the Sharonview Credit Union branch in Greenville, SC! Dawn is the best! She stayed on top answering all my many questions through the process of refinancing my automobile. The people are so helpful there. Its a please to now have my banking, credit card, and vehicle loan in one great place!!

Ive been with Sharonview for over 2 years now it literally feels like family there. I would encourage anyone to go see them about banking. They have amazing rates on everything.

I love Sharonvierw. after shopped around for auto loan, Im very please about my rate with them. Mr. Bandon S. at the Wade Hampton Branch did an outstanding, phenomenal job. I was very happy and please on how he processed my loan. Everything went smoothly than what I excepted. outstanding customer service and professionalism. FYI: I did have my car the same day Brandon processed my loan:):):)

Why cant we give 0 stars?Applicants beware. These are crooked snakes. I had an application pending for days on end and each call resulted in the statement, [womans name] will get back to you today/24 hours/48 hours. This credit union is a scam as they left me in the dark about my loan application for weeks, presented TERRIBLE customer service, and lowered my credit score over 30 points!!!PLEASE choose either Founders or SC Telco as they have great word-of-mouth reputations. Sharonview had fooled me with their low rates. Do NOT believe the promises and false advertisement!!!

The downtown location is the absolute WORST!! Only one teller majority of the time or the other is looking at the computer screen. Everyone should know how to run the front end so when there is a line they can help. There is no reason to make customers wait any longer than they have to just because this bank believes one person can handle the crowd.

Manger did all he could to get my car loan approve he did not just say no. This is by far an amazing credit union with very nice staff. Thank you so much Geoff for your hard work!

The branch manager of the Greer location is extremely unprofessional.

This is by far the worst credit union we have ever been a member of. They will intentionally report errors on your credit report. Horrible customer service, engage in racial discrimination, this company is not what you want to be apart of.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait to long to get help their, unlike many my past banks.

I applied for a car loan online on 8/21. I received a follow up call a week later (suppose to be 24 to 48 hours later). I missed their phone call because I was at work. I called back about an hour later and was on hold for a loan processor for over thirty minutes. This morning I called to speak with a loan processor, because I am off and have time to wait. I was on hold for another 30 minutes and the phone hung up! So dissatisfied with the service and inconvieniece of peoples time!

I have gone to this branch numerous times and the line would be at the door and only 1 teller working. That is ridiculous for a downtown branch.

They have amazing customer service and they welcomed me with open arms!!

Amazing credit union with fast and always helpful staff!

Sandra and Serena are awesome, they are always smiling and nice.
