It doesnt matter what day or time of day I call, I end up waiting 30-45 minutes to talk with a representative. Unacceptable.

If seeing office staff dont expect to be seen quickly at all, an dont expect them to notice the order of people coming in. Waiting over 40 minutes to even see someone to set up an account. We were the only people in the lobby, until someone else came in and got seen before us!
