Received a email advising that the branch would be sending out a new card in which the rep Scottie advised was sent out on the 22nd of September however I never recieved it. Card was declined at Chick fil A stating someone else was using my card so they block & canceled it. Per the rep they sent out another card on October 6th which will take 7-10 business days not including holidays. Paid $25 TODAY in order to expediate my card in which Scottie did not want to advise when my expediated card would even arrive. Weird that I continue to receive all their mail outside of my cards. In which they do not have tracking numbers on the cards they send out. WOW!
