Always good customer service. Could use more ATM options. Not many FF ATMs around and the charges when traveling outside the area double the norm.

My experience with obtaining a loan through First Flight Credit Union has been the best ever! They came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. From my first phone call to inquire about rates and loan possibilities to being able to close the loan using DocuSign, this process has been smooth and clear. Katie has been so helpful and willing to answer every question and go above and beyond my expectations. She definitely made me feel like family. I definitely plan to continue with this bank.

Costumer service is fine, but the lack of ATMs in the area and getting charged twice for using outside ATMs.

Were new in North Carolina and we needed a good bank. When we walked through the door at our branch in Greenville, NC, we were greeted warmly by the staff. We had to have some complicated transactions as we were buying a home and we were taken care of so efficiently and kindly by both managers and tellers. I enjoy coming to the bank because I am made to feel welcome and frankly, be treated like an old friend. Its been years since we came across a bank that was more than the sum of its computers. Most banks are impersonal, without much of a human connection. First Flight is a place where you get to know the staff and know that theyll handle your business well.I highly recommend it!

This Bank has the worst customer service. I was a member of this bank years ago . I left them and went back. Worst mistake I have ever done. Back in the day they was really good and they helped you in anyway they could . But now they dont care about their customers. I had the worse experience with this bank I would never go back there if this was the last bank on earth!!! I went to another Credit union and having a better experience. If I could give u no stars I would ! Horrible bank !

This is easily the worst credit union Ive ever dealt with. Low balance fees, paper statement fees, debit card inactivity fees.... AVOID!!

Getting a loan at this bank is next to impossible I would never try again they have one set of rules for people that have NEVER had credit and another set of rules for people that pay bills on time but try to get a refinance. I suggest you visit another banking institution if your older than 24 or your not a first time buyer .Credit is how you build your business and you LOAN people money if your a bank thats why your called a BANK

The staff is always courteous and friendly.

They are very unprofessional here. I walked in one day I’ve over heard one employee talking about another employee. I work for a branch and we don’t talk about each other we help one another.
