Voss Vision is the best eye doctor you will ever visit. They dont keep you waiting, theyre fun, professional and efficient. Pardon the one reviewer who doesnt know how insurance works. If youre going to any other eye doctor, stop immediately and go here!

They add your information to their system and bombard to the point of harassment calling and emailing. Have unsubscribed twice and called to advice I have never been in they have the wrong email as I live on the otherside of the country but here we are still getting emails.

The staff and doctor were friendly and easy to work with, all the way up to the point that I asked for my PD. The doctor informed me that they have a policy against giving that information out because more goes into the glasses than just PD, and that getting it wrong can cause eye strain. My brain interpreted it as we make good money selling you glasses, and if you wont order them through us, we wont help you get them online.If I had known that they would not give out this information, I would not have gone here. They could have had a customer for life by giving me what I wanted, and instead, they turned a pleasant appointment into a real disappoinment.In the end, Costco measured my PD for free, and I will likely go to Costco for my next vision appointment as well.

Insurance SCAMI haven’t been to have an eye exam/check up in 20 years. I’m 40 yo. I’ve heard great things about my eye insurance and how great the price is for a yearly check-up, so I scheduled an appointment. I have had some random ocular migraines- might as well get my yearly check-up!But, I find out mid-appointment that they will be filing it under my medical insurance because I told them I’ve had ocular migraines?!?! So I’m not allowed to get a yearly eye exam filed under eye insurance because I mentioned the ocular migraines. So the doctor wouldn’t have dilated my eyes and looked for damage at a regular check-up? Of course he would. That’s why I scheduled my check-up!My vision is good. The doctor didn’t have to figure out a prescription for glasses for me because I read all the letters right. I called to request a yearly check-up, and that is what it was and should be filed as - eye-insurance.When I called to make my appointment, they asked me for my eye insurance only. I would not have gone if I had known they would file medical insurance. My medical insurance is not even worth it.Injustice

This is easily the best experience Ive had when it comes to having an eye exam, dealing with billing, and help with choosing frames. I left feeling very pleased with my experience. Until today when I picked my glasses up. This is the BEST prescription Ive EVER received for my eyes. I typically would go to ophthalmologists in my old city because I assumed they were more credible, and thought that going to an optometrist would be a gamble. Ive found an eye doctor for life with this practice. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I both love it here. Dr. Voss treats you like you are her best friend. She does a very thorough job and takes her time to make sure it is right. The staff is also very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Kendra is great! She was incredibly personable and quick. I have had many years of struggling to find the perfect prescription for my glasses and was finally able to get it right with Dr. Kendra. The office is really nice and the staff is very helpful. Great eye doctor!

Love Voss Vision. Theyre office is hip, cute and comfortable, the staff attentive and helpful. My doctor was running a bit behind and kept apologizing, but I was in and out in a little more than an hour. The frames I got fit in my insurance allowance and are super cute! My finance and I were pleased with the experience.

I went to Voss Vision for the first time on November 19th, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by smiling faces and friendly hellos from the front desk. The new patient paperwork was available on the website, so I was able to fill it out before my appointment, making signing in both quick and easy (I barely had a chance to plant myself in a chair before I was called back to the doctors office)! Dr. John Voss was friendly and professional, and he had no problem explaining things to me in a way that I was able to truly comprehend (since I am the furthest thing from an optometrist). Checking out was also very simple. Finding frames and lenses for my new glasses was a breeze thanks to the highly experienced professionals at Voss Vision. I visited Voss Vision for the first time this week and had a wonderful experience. I had not seen an eye care professional in at least 10 years and was a little hesitant about making an appointment. Kendra Voss and her team were extremely helpful and did a great job of putting me at ease and helping me find a solution for my concerns. I have a unique situation where my vision and eye health are perfectly fine but due to long hours staring at a computer screen, I experience headaches and light sensitivity. Kendra thoroughly explained the long term effects and helped me determine a solution for relieving my headaches and preventing any future damage to my eye health. I highly recommend Voss Vision!

Dr. Voss was fantastic! I talked with a few people at work and Voss Vision came was the one place that came up over and over again. Getting a new patient appointment took a bit - almost a month out - but I promise Dr. Voss is worth it! She was a very friendly during the exam and explained things in a way that made sense to me. The front office staff was friendly as well.
