I’m a new patient to the practice. I had been with my previous eye care provider for 20 years and thought I wouldn’t find another that I liked as well. Dr. Cavett and her staff made me feel welcome from the initial phone call to the end of my first visit. I was treated kindly and respectfully by the entire staff and I was in and out of my appointment in under an hour. I’m so happy to have found my family’s new eye care provider with Cavett Eye Care.

Just moved to Greenville and I am looking for my Doctors. I googled Dr Cavett and was not disappointed! They got me in the next day! Someone had canceled.They have the visit procedure in great order. Pull up call in they usher you through the front door. I was in and out within the hour. My new contacts made it in a few days timeLoved the entire visit. Reminded me of my back home eye doctor. Doctor is very nice but her staff is not. Lady that helped me with picking my glasses treated me like I was a homeless person that could nor afford to pay for my glasses. I was treated just as bad when I picked up my glasses. I asked if I could have an example bottle of eye drops and I was told no. I spend over $700, glasses and exam, but I guess thet could not afford to give me a little bottle of drops. This year I went somewhere else.

Everyone at the office is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr Cavett is never rushed to get through the visit, taking time to make sure your needs are met. They’ve won over a patient for life!

Ms Cavett has given me the best eye exams Ive had in years. Even after Lasik I see her every year as my Father had Macular degeneration. Whole office is quick, professional and easy to work with.

I was looking for an eye Care in Greenville,tx is the closest Town I DO NOT LIVE THERE IN GREENVILLE WE LIVE 30 to 45 minutes so I found this place also have good reviews so I made a appointment EVERYTHING AT FIRST WAS GREAT DR WAS NICE AND QUICK THE PROBLEM was WHEN I need it to PICKUP MY GLASSES. THEY WANT ME TO GO AND PICK THEM UP Really early I TOLD THEM I COULDNT Im at work I work 6 days a week! Well they said it was the only time for me to pickup so I HAVE TO TAKE DAY OFF JUST TO PICK UP MY GLASSES HORRIBLE

The staff was very helpful and their COVID policies--such as waiting outside until the appointment began and offering sanitizer--made me feel very safe. I didnt have to wait long, the staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. Cavett helped answer all the questions that I had. I would recommend Cavett Eye Care for anyone in the Greenville area.

I always have a nice experience when I have to visit the eye doctor. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially when picking out a new pair of glasses.

Called around to many offices before I found someone willing to help. The office was very helpful throughout the entire process. Dr Cavett was great she doesn’t rush you in and out and she is very attentive to you as a patient. I was able to get my glasses there so I love the one stop shopping. I would recommend them to everyone.

Its a great place for an eye appointment the workers are enthusiastic and kind and are good at what they do. Although the selection for glasses is a little limited. If youre on a budget then you get a selection of about 10-15 pairs of glasses that are $120 but if youre willing to spend $250-500 on frames then its a not so bad selection.

I love Dr. Cavett. She always takes the times to listen to my worries and fears regarding my eyes. She makes me feel that my feelings matter. I never feel rushed. I have used her for years and wouldnt imagine going to anyone else.

I called before going and she told me the co pay was $10 with my insurance. They had my daughter remove the sample contacts and wanted $70 and would not work with payment despite Covid and telling me the copay wrong. My daughter was crying and humiliated by the time she made it back to the car. Being we have bought contacts at this place for 3-4 years and have always paid for a full years worth of contacts the following week and received a sample pair

Highly recommend for families with children. They were able to schedule our family of five all in on the same day, and all exams were done in a thorough, but timely manner so we didnt have a long wait. Dr. Cavett was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, and her staff was also.

I have tried to find a solution to my eye problems for over 7 years with different optometrist in Greenville. After a ton of money spent on glasses that I couldnt use or hated them.Today I walked in Dr Cavett office told her what was going on and in a few minutes after my exam she a solution to try! She even said if this doesnt work to get you back to enjoying what you like to do we will try something else.That is what a doctor should do, listen to the patient!!Office staff were so sweet.
