I found glasses that felt and looked good except for the color of the frames. The young lady went to a drawer and pulled out the perfect color in that frame for me. I literally did a happy dance! I was so thrilled! Value and customer service is top notch and I have been a patron for a few years so this rating is based on many visits.

In the store I used the frame inventory was very limited & wasn’t told I had 30 days to change my frames if I didn’t like them or about the purchase of the eyewear cleanser you get free refills. Since I was told my prescription had changed quite a bit I tried to wear them til I adjusted well that wasn’t the problem the progression measurement was off. I took them to another Eyemart got great service ,glasses corrected,& learned about the 30day frame change & the free refill on the cleanser

This was my first time shopping for glasses, and it was for my 2 year old. They were very helpful- only thing I would’ve changed it having more guidance while browsing. I picked up a lot of glasses, but they weren’t for toddlers and they keep those behind the desk so I could’ve saved some time if I had known that. Other than that, they did great and were very informative.

I really loved this store. I typically buy online because of price. My glasses were done fast. I got the 2 for 79.99 deal, which is huge due to the strength and complication of my prescription. Everything was COVID safe with face masks, hand sanitizer, and bins to place the tried on glasses to be cleaned before returning them to the shelf. The customer service was outstanding. Not pushy or rushing when we showed up at the end of the day. I didnt even need them adjusted because she did such an awesome job with the line and fitting the FIRST time. I will definitely be back next year.

Most places I have gone to do not have the modern business style I was looking for, for a decent price that is.. then I saw this place on google maps. I was able to find two pairs that i really liked, and after a reasonably timed wait, I was able to find the lenses needed for me without paying way too much. Even when I thought I was getting a good deal, I was enlightened about the back to school discount. This cut down the price even more.. even without insurance! Staff told me to pick out my frames (I had my new prescription with me; E/mart does prescribe eye prescriptions also), I got my lenses precisely how I chose and both pair of my glasses were ready within 42 minutes! Actually, I received pretty good service at this Eyemart. I stopped in on a Saturday which may make this biased but the frame selection was pretty good. The optician that helped me, Del, was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new pair of specs but probably a good idea to go on a Saturday.

My daughter lost her glasses and we needed for them to be replaced quickly. Mr. Bailey was so patient and informative, and the glasses were done in under an hour! Saturdays are crazy, so go on a weekday if possible--and dont forget to bring a prescription with you.

Tricky lens and sports frame combo because I have a astigmatism . First attempts did not provide clear vision. A very experienced associate identified 3 changes that resulted in a great pair of sports glasses. Different frame, increase lens curvature, and anti glare lenses. Very satisfied, no more on-line glasses for me.

Very fast service, although they didn’t have my daughters lens in stock (we were thinking it would take at least a week to get in) I received a text message 2 days later stating they were ready for pick up! They also have great deals, I almost paid 300 for a pair of bifocals for my 4 year old through a doctors office, went to eye mart and got 2 pairs both with frames and lens warranty for 149.99-they also had a great selection of frames. I will never shop for glasses else where. Thank you for the fast and friendly service. I have recommended other people to you guys, one of the ones purchased two pairs of glasses as well and is very happy with her purchase.

My daughters and myself have been going there ever since they open. But it seem like my price goes up every time. We have had the same insurance but my husband up the plan for we can go every year now. This Years they said that they are not in my insurance network so I am not getting my full benefits and my husband does not like that after he has up the plan and the plan pays more for we don’t have to pay much out of pocket. Another reason why I did not put 5stars is because the lady was going to charge me full price on some sunglasses that were on sale and when she went to put them in the computer the computer put it at sale price. So that made me happy.

I stopped by the Eyemart today (6/26/14) at the 507 Greenville Blvd, SE location in Greenville, NC around 3:30 p.m. to look at frames and ask a couple of questions. I recently lost a pair of eyeglasses and was looking to replace those.When I walked in the store there was one person who was working with a client. My presence in the store was never acknowledged. After trying on about three pair of frames I decided to leave since no one seemed interested in my business. This was a very disappointing experience and I do not plan to visit Eyemart again at this location nor will I recommend them.
