Terrible terrible customer service. The girls Doctor there is a horrible doctor with even worse social skills. Very rude and does not care to help out her patients. I had a punctual plug that they installed come partially out 2 days later and they charged me for an emergency visit to fix it and acted like it was my fault. DO NOT GO HERE

Friendly staff, very helpful and polite also it was easy tomake an appointment. When I arrived I was taken in quickly and didnt have to deal with waiting in the waiting room and then waiting in another room thing.You also get the impression the that doctor cares which is important to methanks again

Terrible customer care and customer service. They lost a family of 4 today because their scheduler cant be polite, nor can her boss.

Let me say this first. Dr was amazing. So kind and explained everything. His staff however fell short! I made my appointment 2 weeks ahead and gave my health insurance card at that time. I went to my appointment, had the exam and came out excited to pick out my glasses. I sat down with the lady and was only then advised they didnt take my insurance!!!!!! I pay a lot of money for insurance..I would have NEVER kept appointment had I known. Instead of my lenses costing nothing, it was $180.00. Instead of getting $120.00 towards frames, I had to pay for them. I HATE THEM! I was so upset I just wanted to get out of there. Then find I also had to pay $100.00 office visit. Lesson learned...should have done my homework . Very expensive $450.00 lesson! So now I need to find an office that takes the insurance and get prescription again and get glasses I will like. Very disappointed and sad! Too bad because I really liked the dr.
