This was a first visit with Dr. Brawner. We will definitely be seeing her each year for our eye exams. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. I feel that I got a thorough exam. She made me very comfortable. They also have the no dilating exam. That is awesome. They have a machine that checks whatever you have to get your eyes dilated for everywhere else.

I wear glasses since I was six years old and I never felt comfortable with any of my glasses and prescriptions until I meet Dr. Stevens and all this beautiful people at Revision Optix. Last time Carly take care of me she was patience and kind explaining everything also she took time to listening to me about all my concerns even when my speaking English and accent isn’t 100% good. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helps me to pick the right frame but this is the second year he helps me and I’m so glad because hi looks around the whole store diferente frames for me, he makes me to try and give me advices and explain to me why some of them were not the best option. Definitely I love this place, they’re very professionals and not too expensive for that high quality.

This office is not only professional, but also friendly. Even after moving to Spartanburg I have continued to go to this location because of the superior experience. The wait is always short, but each customer gets plenty of attention. Ive never had my options with benefits explained to me so well at anywhere else, plus their own specials... So it comes out very reasonable! No crowded, rushed big chain store needed just because you need a good deal...

Dr. Stevens and his staff are friendly and do a great job of explaining all of the steps in the process of the eye exam. He also presents pictures of the interior of your eye and explains what you see there. Great job !PS - One important item for me, since I drive over 1 hour to get there, is that with their equipment they do not need to dilate your eyes. This means I do not have to sit around for an hour or so waiting for my eyes to return to semi-normal or have someone come with me to drive home. I can drive home myself right after the appointment.

Dr. Brawner is great! She was very thorough, told me everything she was doing and asked me if I had questions. This was my first time seeing her and I was very impressed. We will definitely go back to her.

I have been seeing Dr. Stevens for several years now, and my younger daughter, now 17, has been seeing him since first grade. Wait time is always minimal. Staff are friendly and accommodating. He’s had the same opticians working there for several years which speaks to a good work environment. Whenever my Rx hasn’t been quite right, they have always made it right without extra charge. I highly recommend.

Simpsonville office gets 5 stars!!I was having problems with my new lenses and they arranged the schedule for an appointment for me. The new lenses weren’t working together so they are making new ones and with their guarantee it will cost me nothing. I recommend them for all your optical needs.

Everything was great except the guy that waited on me for my glasses was supposed to e-mail me a receipt. He did not. Marion always did. Shee is the best. Next time, I will wait for her to finish with her customer and let her wait on me, she never messes up.

I had my first visit here today for an exam. Joe provided exceptional service throughout the entire process of doing the preliminaries before my exam and helping me pick out my glasses. I didn’t have anyone with me to provide feedback on which ones looked best on me. He gave his honest opinion and made my decision easier. Dr. Stevens was very thorough with the exam. He took his time and explained everything to me. They had state of the art equipment and the facility was very clean.

At first we were reluctant to invest in vision therapy, uncertain if the results would be there to justify the cost. We opted with special glasses first to see if that would help. When it didnt and the situation grew worse, we committed to vision therapy. Dr. Brawner patiently answered our questions and provided just the right amount of challenge to the vision therapy sessions not only to get the expected results, but also to elicit a positive response from our child whenever it was time to go to therapy.
