Great first experience. Really appreciated the time Dr. Sellner took to explain things. Most doctors arent doing that these days. He spent a great deal of time with me. That was appreciated too. I am used to doctors walking in, doing a quick 5 seconds breathing check and then walking out. Glad I found these folks.

Best experience at at doctors appointment in a while. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional. Doctor Sellner listened and encouraged a good conversation between us about my reason to be there. Which resulted in a good plan moving forward. Time will tell how the plan works out, but I am optimistic.

I can’t say enough about how kind and welcoming every single person in this practice is, from the front desk to Dr. Sellner. They put my anxious 4-year-old at ease and this anxious mama at ease too. My son went from not wanting to go inside to not wanting to leave when we were done thanks to the awesome kids area! We made the right choice for an ENT, and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Sellner is an excellent physician, very knowledgeable, kind and caring. He took the time to explain the problem to my daughter and to me, and how best to treat it. My daughter told him that no one has ever explained it to her the way he did and that he is the best ENT doctor she has ever had. I wholeheartedly agreed. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Sellner and everyone at Foothills ENT. I made an appointment because my tonsils were quite large but mostly because I had never been able to breathe right through my nose. He was amazing! Listened, explained, and came up with a solution during my first visit. As a larger person it’s not uncommon to be told loose weight and then come back, but not with him. He knew that my breathing issues weren’t because I was large and probably contributed to it being hard to loose weight.I felt seen and valid. I cried when I got to my car because there was a light at the end of the tunnel.As a surgeon he is amazing as well. Told me what to expect, did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable, and fixed everything that was wrong. His office even called to check up on me the day after surgery.I hope to not need another surgery but if I need anything related to his speciality, I will be back.

I should begin by saying that the physician that treated me, Brandy MacDonald, is not related to me even though we share the same surname.I have a chronic condition Ive dealt with for decades. Ive been seen by physicians from the military, to California, to Colorado, to Greenville and yesterday to Foothills ENT. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Foothills a 10+++ and I dont say that lightly.From scheduling with Lizzie, which was quick, to reception which was seamless, my first impression of the practice was clean and professional. After taking my vitals Brandy MacDonal came in and we spoke about my condition and she knew exactly the procedures that would be needed and explained them in detail.The procedure went flawlessly. The only casualty was probably the armrest on my chair which I gave the death grip waiting for the inevitable pain that I was certain to follow and had experienced in the past with the same procedure. Not only did the pain not occur, I didnt even reach a level of discomfort all the while Ms. MacDonald was continually explaining what she was doing and asking about my comfort. Following the procedure another physician came in and they consulted on what had occurred and the path forward.I cannot say enough about Foothills ENT. Again, the procedure I had to endure almost always comes with a certain amount of pain. You just throw a few expletives out there and take it. I had zero discomfort.I would highly recommend Foothills. Based on my experience, you will find no practice even remotely comparable when it comes to care and professionalism.

I had my first appointment here today. Scheduling was extremely easy and they provide reminders and appointment confirmation e-mail. This honestly may have been the best medical visit I’ve had because everyone was helpful, patient, and friendly- including Dr. Sellner. They scheduled me for my surgery and thoroughly explained everything as well as provided me with the price ahead of time. Clean, spacious facility. 10/10

Dr. Sellners team is fantastic! Our infant was suspected to have an issue with his palate. We got a referral to Foothills and within an hour of them getting our referral, theyd called and scheduled an appointment for the next day! Dr. Sellner spent quite a while with us, thoroughly answering our questions and being positive that our little guy received the best care possible. His staff is friendly and efficient! Dr. Seller is very attentive and listened to all of symptoms carefully. I had been told by a regular dr that I had a ruptured eardrum and it turns out it was fine! He said they were tricked by a thin layer of wax on my eardrum making it look perforated .I was so relieved ! Also, my other symptoms were due to inflammation so resting and relaxing and maybe a massage should help with that! Amazing dr and staff. As a first time patient, I highly recommend this practice and I will be back for all of my future ENT needs.

Dr. Sellner and his staff are fantastic! I had surgery done and from beginning to end I had a great experience. Dr. Sellner made me feel completely comfortable, he was extremely thorough and detailed in his explanations which is exactly what you want when you are having surgery! He is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. His nurse was also wonderful! Since healing after my surgery, I breathe better and haven’t had a single day with ear or sinus pain! On July 12th I had a 1:15PM appointment with Dr. Sellner. I was taken on time.Ive been with Dr. Sellner for at least 3 years. He relieved chronic severely stuffy sinuses a couple of years ago with a balloon procedure. This visit entailed a throat issue. Dr. Sellner quickly devised a way ahead. Very happy with visit. Had an appt. with audiologist Dr. Wright following that appt. She took me right in an adjusted my hearing aid. Both Drs. Sellner and Wright know their stuff.

Doctor Selner is very easy to talk too. He cleared up all my sinus problems and now I breathe clearly.

Dr. Mahon was great!He was thorough about my history and listened to me with kind feedback about issues I have with allergies/inflammation and problems with certain allergy meds.He suggested various options of meds and testing and the pros and cons of each. He took the time to go over each prescription with me in detail and - which ones I can cut for smaller dosing, which ones I can use for how long and at what times they might work best for me, what the side effects are and how to avoid them and what to look for. NO doctor has ever been that thorough.He was very kind and encouraging and chatted with me, making me feel cared about and non-rushed - I felt very comfortable and had hardly any white coat anxiety. I feel comfortable reaching out if I have any issues with the meds or worse allergies after he firmly insisted that I give him a call if issues happen.Staff were super friendly and flexible in working with my scheduling challenges. Clean, simple environment.An older doctor may or may not be as nuanced, I suppose, though he for sure had a very broad and detailed knowledge base. Ive been to other allergists before I switched insurance and none were ever as compassionate and thorough and put as much effort into finding a way to give me relief.

I had a wonderful experience as a new patient. I arrived early and they were able to see me early. I was only in the exam room about 2 minutes before the doctor came and saw me. Everyone I spoke to was very nice.

What a life-changing place!!!!! I looked at reviews for a lot of ENTs before deciding to come here and I am SO glad I picked Foothills. I had suspected that I had a deviated septum for some time and went in to have it looked at. Turns out I had almost no functionality in my nasal airways due to a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. (I had been an under-the-radar mouth breather my whole life because I thought that was normal. Embarrassing but I digress) Dr. Selner performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction just last week and I already feel almost completely healed up. He did an amazing job with a surgery that (from my understanding) can sometimes be high-risk. The difference in my quality of life is truly unreal. The first week of healing is tough but after that is smooth sailing. I highly recommend coming here for any ENT concerns.

Terrible experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out... do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here! Terrible!

Foothills ENT was the only place I could be seen immediately without referral. No one would give me a referral because they all said they didnt know what the mass object in my ear was. Dr. Mahon seen me asap and said it was a good thing I came when I did because the object had completely closed my ear canal. Dr. Mahon treated me swiftly and with caution removing the tumor as he called it and has sent it off for testing to be safe. Would definitely recommend Foothills and especially Dr. Mahon.
