On behalf of my mother, M. Newsome, we are elated with the patient care and service provided by Dr. Marla Harris. She aided mom with a praise-worthy restored level of hearing. Dr. Harris goes beyond expectation and greets you with such a warm personality and smile at every visit. Definitely, a 5-star talent!

My husband had an appt in February and due to Covid I could not go with him. However, after the evaluation they called me to discuss hearing aide options. Decided on the custom in ear type which doctor felt are very good and not very noticeable. Mention they could be made in any color to be less noticeable. When my husband picked them up, they are black! At first he didn’t seem to care and wore them daily. But as people commented on them, particularly them being black instead of flesh color (he’s very light skinned) , he’s become more self conscious and doesn’t wear them as much. Very little actually. He likes that he can hear better I think, but can’t get past this black blob in his ear!

I have been going to Doctors Hearing Center for about 6 years. I bought my first hearing aids from them after visiting other hearing aid stores. I was, and still am, impressed with their care and attention. I felt like they were not just trying to sell me their product, but were actually concerned my hearing loss. I would recommend them to anyone who has hearing issues.

Finally can hear again. Best treatment Ive had.

Really good place, Marla is wonderful

Im writing this review for my mother-in-law, Chris Rogerson. She has been going to this hearing care center for several years. She says the staff is very professional, yet treats her like a close friend. She particularly likes Marla, the hearing specialist, who explains what she is doing to help her hear as well as possible. Chris also says Tracy, the receptionist is friendly and always helpful.

Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and most important is the amiable atmosphere, as if it is just a family gathering.

I recommend that people go to the Washington office as the Greenville office does not seem to care about customer service. The Washington office continues the tradition of excellent customer service that Dr. Gidley, the original owner, insisted on. The Greenville office seems to be only interested in selling you a hearing aid.

The staff are wonderful. The apt. Is very imforming. Theres no pressure to buy anything. They were great.

Local office refused to fix the hearing aids...and hung up on client within 3 days...and tells us that they will not fix them...to work properly...and hung up on us.... WOW!! what terrible customer service by the front staff and district manager never even attempted to make it right...?? We had to find out the corporate office info from the NC Attorney General office in Raleigh, NC

Irritating to get mailing after mailing from these people to someone who never requested to receive anything. How do I know? They mail them to my father who died in 2016.

Since Dr. Gidley has retired, it has been a nightmare. period. just a nightmare!
