From the time I made the appointment and continuing after I got my new hearing aids the personnel at The Hearing Aid Health Center treated me just like I was family. My hearing has been terrible for a long time. Loud engines, gunfire, etc. This was my 3rd set of hearing aids and by far the most comprehensive examination I had ever encountered. They spent over an hour testing, not only the tones in the sound booth, but also word recognition from a stranger AND my wife. I decided on the NuEar in the canal devices and Im thrilled. I havent been able to talk on the phone for years but now I can hear the phone directly through my hearings aids. Many customization features to the devices and they took the time to explain all the capabilities. It doesnt stop there, phone calls, follow up visits at regular intervals to ensure Im getting the most from my hearings aids. Please give these folks a chance to help you with your hearing impairment, you will also feel like part of the family as soon as you open the door.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Hearing Healthcare Center. After years of feeling like a number in local ENT offices and wondering if anyone cares, I found HHC. The staff is so supportive and encouraging. I am new to wearing hearing aids, so that has been an adjustment. They check in with me frequently and have provided solutions to all of the problems I have had getting adjusted. I am thankful for the care they show me each time I get a call or walk into the office.

Going into Hearing Healthcare Center was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. Being only 25 years old at the time I was very hesitant about getting hearing aids at my age, but knew I needed help. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Hearing Healthcare Center provided me with hearing aids that really improved my hearing. They are lightweight, fit perfectly and arent noticeable. Purchased a pair of high quality hearing aids in 2018. Paid $4,390.00 for the pair. In less than 6 months the right one quit working. I returned the item and was told that they would send it off for repair. I waited two weeks, was not given a replacement while waiting and upon receiving the faulty hearing aid was told it would cost 379.00 for the repair and that the part that need repair had been damaged. I paid the bill but now have more problems with both units and have purchased another pair for less than $1,200 from another dealer that work better and are guaranteed for three years. Be aware Hearing Health care will RIP YOU OFF.

The staff and doctors are so friendly and helpful. They have made a difference in my husband and my life. If you or a loved one are having hearing issues this is the place to go!

When my wife had to go for hearing aids comma we were referred to hearing Healthcare. They took the time to not only help her here better but also to teach us about the different options we had.My wife came away with the top of the line hearing aids and she hears a lot better. They even called her a couple days after to make sure that everything was going well.
