Dr. James Lee was able to squeeze me in, on last minute notice, for an injection in my back. This was my first interaction with Dr. Lee, and I greatly appreciated his professionalism and ability to communicate what was being done. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone.

Dr. Lee has an amazing calming presence. He administers my cervical injections. He talks through the whole procedure and lets you know exactly what hes about to do and what it will feel like before each step of the process. I cant recommend him enough!

OAWM has been serving me since a traumatic rollover accident 20 years ago left me with a compression fracture in the thoracic area of my spine. I knew at that point I likely had spine issues in my future for years to come.Since then, I’ve had 3 thoracic spine surgeries, cervical fusion surgery, a lumbar disectomy, and meniscus knee surgery. For the last 3 years, Dr Lee has been giving me lumbar injections to keep at bay yet another chronic disc issue. I have been suffering with severe neck pain for 3 months. I was seeing another spine specialist and was not getting any answers as my situation did not require surgery, I felt my pain was being dismissed at the other spine specialist. I was referred by my chiropractor and I was treated very nicely and my pain was addressed as important. I feel Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and gave a different diagnosis than the original spine specialist. His diagnosis made perfect sense. However, the door swings both ways, so I would only recommend that Dr. Lee slow down a little bit. I had so many questions and he was fast very fast. He might deal with this all the time, but this is my first time. Not that I expect him to hold my hand, but neck issues are very scary and I had several more questions. Otherwise, I was very impressed.

I have finally obtained some greatly needed pain relief that has been chronic for 8 years. I am now realizing just how horrible it was and am grateful for the ablations that were able to make it much better. The follow up for appointments and aftercare at this office could use improvement. Several times I waited 2 weeks and called only to have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. I did a pain log and faxed it 3 days after a nerve block and was told when I called 2 weeks later that it had to go through several peoples desks before it got to his nurse and she still didnt have it. She called back 2 days later to write down the information and to schedule the second ablation. Wondering if it never got to her desk if anyone ever would have followed up. I feel bad as a nurse myself if there are people sitting at home waiting for pain relief d/t this issue.

Im just beginning with Dr. Lee for my ongoing neck & back pain. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and reviewed my history plus recent xrays and bloodwork. I am scheduled for an MRI shortly and feel confident that Dr. Lee can help me & more importantly, wants to find the source & resolve the pain.

I have a lot of medical anxiety, so when I was scheduled for a cervical epidural steroid injection to treat chronic neck pain, I was dreading it. Dr. Lee, his nurse and x-ray tech truly made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment and all three had an amazing bedside manner. The procedure was quick and over before I knew it. I would 10/10 would recommend Dr. Lee and his staff.

I waited in my car in the parking lot for only about 5 min before I was called and told to come in. They put me directly in my room. X-rays were quick. Dr. Lee was injecting cortisone in the area off my pain last July. He made a comment , did I realize that my hamstring tendon had two tears in it. I had no idea he then referred me to Dr Healy. He stitched my tears up and later did a peroneal de compression surgery. After the surgeries I decided to go back to Dr Lee for PRP injections at the repaired site to help of healing hamstring tendon Hopefully I will have a good chance of a full recovery. This all stemmed from a knee replacement surgery.

Dr. Lee gives the best care to his patients! His injections are really pain free! I was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk. I had heard horror stories about painful injections and to my surprise and delight, I felt only a little sting from the lidocaine. Dr. Lee is a tremendous doctor with a very kind spirit and is very careful to explain everything he and his team are doing. He constantly asks me if I’m doing ok; and kindly announces “Ok, a little pinch” when injecting numbing medicine and then again while administering the medication. I have had some very challenging situations for him to deal with and at every curve(literally), he has hit the bullseye. First rate.I highly recommend and appreciate this doctor; and all of the OAM physicians. I’ve had several issues with arthritis, joint replacement and Degenerative Disc Disease. All of the physicians and their staffs have done a great job.
