Dr. Russo was very caring and considerate during my office visit. This was my first visit with him, and he took time to get to know me before beginning my exam. He was very thorough and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. I would definitely recommend him for orthopedic problems.

Dr. Scott Russo has been such a blessing to have during my journey of having scoliosis and discussing and going through with getting spinal surgery. You can really tell that he engages and cares about his patients and knows and chooses what is best for them. He is so understanding and willing to inform his patients with complete transparency. I am going to have spinal surgery this upcoming month and I completely trust him and everything he is going to and has done for me.

I was referred to Dr. Scott Russo after years of spine problems that led eventually to constant pain from my back down into my thigh. The pain was so severe that it became difficult to stand, walk and at times even sleep. As nervous as I was to get surgery, I had faith that Dr. Russo was the right surgeon to choose. He answered all of my questions and then some. My pain was gone the day after surgery! The day after!! His office has been very conscientious with all follow up visits as well. I am back to being able to live my life again. I highly recommend Dr. Russo and his staff and would not hesitate to use them again.

Dr. Scott Russo performed my back surgery and it has been 6 weeks since my surgery. I am feeling extraordinarily better and I credit Dr. Russo. He was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable before my surgery. Dr Scott Russo is the absolute top of his game. He listens to his patients and clearly explains what needs to be done. He performed a very big lower and middle back surgery and got me walking upright again and comfortable. If he can’t help your back problems, I am convinced that no one can. Dr Russo operated on my lower back about 5 or 6 years ago. Nothing but highest praise! When I started having some cervical related pain my PCP ordered an MRI which Dr Russo received. My visit was to the point, very informative and caring. Truly best of the best! Recommend him without reservations.

As a new referral, the staff made me feel very at ease and comfortable. I was nervous at first but that soon disappeared! Dr. Russo was informative and had an excellent, personable manner! Dr. Scott Russo performed a major lower and mid back surgery in me 3 months ago. Prior to the surgery I could barely walk because of back and leg pain. I have not walked more than a few steps at a time without pain for the last 3 years. I’m now walking over a mile a day with no leg pain and minimal lower back pain. The back pain is because of weak muscles which will become stronger during PT. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Dr. Russo. He gave me excellent advice to prepare for surgery and excellent direction after the surgery. I would highly recommend him for this process.

Dr. Russo is a wonderful surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients health and quality of life. He took great care of my wife when she had a herniated disc. His office did a great job of scheduling appointments that were convenient to our schedule and Dr. Russos bedside manner was comforting. Since surgery my wife is back to working out everyday and is so happy that Dr. Russo was able to fix her spine issue. Dr Russo is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Dr. I wasnt even able to walk into surgery on my own, but I sure did walk out ALL NY MYSELF, and with NO PAIN!!! I have struggled with some Drs in the past, but Dr. Scott Russo is not only a GREAT surgeon, but he has AWESOME bed side manner as well. That means a WHOLE LOT these days!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Russo did a great job on my surgery I really appreciated when I went to see him for the first time that he took my pain serious and did not make me wait months and months they have surgery from start to finish it it’s been a great experience he’s a great doctor and I would totally refer him to many more people

This doctor is a Spine Deformity Specialist Surgeon. He is VERY direct in his thoughts/opinions which can come across as being offensive or as I have heard egotistical. HOWEVER... That is NOT how I see him at all! He is the FIRST and ONLY Surgeon I have ever met (Ive had numerous neck and back fusions) who cares about you as a whole person and not just some random patient. He wants to know how you think about things, what your concerns are, what type of nutrition you put into your body on a regular basis, do you have a gym membership or do you exercise on your own and how you handle pain. These are just a few examples of what he is GENUINELY interested in. He talks about Mindfulness and how deep breathing and Behavioral Counseling can help you in post-surgery recovery. He offers his own line of supplements to help prep your body for surgery and then help your body recover faster. You dont have to buy them (he was low pressure sales regarding his vitaminl line). I found him to be simply AMAZING in so many ways. He is definitely someone you should go see if you want honest, upfront advice and demonstrates great talent in what he does!!

They got me in right away. Also, I was surprised and relieved that he didnt push surgery as that is his specialty. He suggested physical therapy which I start next week.

The guy is a fraud!!! Told me one thing and told me a list of things I could not do then went and told Workman comp something totally different. I guess money can buy anyone when there not for you

I was in a horrible car accident 4 weeks ago and just released from Mary Free Bed last week. Dr Russo was not even in my room for more than 5 minutes never had me take my brace off to look at how deformed my back is and how the pain is worsening due to my broken vertebrae. Also had a broken nose, eye socket fractures, broken collar bone,both arms broken, shattered elbow. I asked for some pain medication to get me through until I see my primary and his response was Im not treating you for those other things and my BACK hurts the most (clearly hes not treating me for that either). Completely rude and a waste of our hour drive to get there! Definitely do NOT recommend him.
