Most of the staff are nice people. But the billing staff (Dr. Wangs wife) was very rude to me. She would cut me off quite a bit. I questioned her about charges on my bill, which she was not helpful with, then she put me on hold mid sentences and transferred me to Dr. Wang; who said my phone call was crippling the office, and people cant do their jobs. Then he would start talking about his overhead costs to operate. As if he was doing me some sorta favor by seeing me.

Had severe Glaucoma eye problems nearly blinded...Dr Wang surgery corrected and returned full eyesight

All of the staff is wonderful. Its a busy office, but very friendly and helpful. Dr. Wang is a fabulous doctor, very knowledgeable, very caring. Very flexible with scheduling. Cant think of anything negative - really !! Love the place.

Dr. Wang is an amazing doctor who is very caring and compassionate. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes with no problems. I trust him implicitly. He talked to me during surgery and helped me remain calm. I now have very clear vision in both eyes. Extremely competent individual!

It was a very good experience. Although the place was very busy, I got in within a half hour. Very knowledgeable staff and results are great. Im no longer going blind. Have sent lots of friends and family to Dr Wang and will continue seeing him.

Very poor experience. After being a patient many years. A number of critical mistakes were made. These were around reschedules with a number of days advance warning to the office. I called to cancel my office visit at 1230 pm est Wednesday for a 230 appt Thursday. I had an emergency was on my way to airport. I was told they have a policy of not rescheduling appointments if you have rescheduled previously. I have called in at least a day prior to reschedule twice previously in the past three years.I have also had problems with them losing my prescription for glasses. They have had turnover with their eye glass department and decided to close this portion of their practice. I went in to purchase a second pair and I was told to go to another eye glass company as they no longer provide this service. And by the way we cant find your prescription so please pay 50 dollars if you need another. Because somehow this file of ours was misplaced between the last visit I made 2 months in the past. Overall after being a patient for 4 years I no longer use this dictator. (Doctor) He tries to see as many patients as possible . Treating you like a number. Go somewhere else.

Stopped me from going completely Blind. Draw in Muskegon waited too long to transfer me to wonderful DR Wang n Tim. Blind in Rt eye after many tries to fix my eyes DR Wang left with a mess. From Muskegon. We never gave up. I can still see in left eye thanks to Dr Wang Tim n staff of caring nurses. Five stars for this practice. The prices are fair n elders can get part D real cheap to cover this great specialist. Keep up the great work.

Going to Dr. Wangs office is an adventure, but I think his knowledge is comprehensive. His senior staff are excellent, but some of the newer folks are poorly trained. It also took me a year to convince the billing staff that I knew how my insurance worked. There is certainly evidence of scrimping, but I just overlook that now because of the good care of my eyes.

Sure youll wait, and it can be pricey.....but Dr. Wang knows his stuff. Communicate can be tough, but he is a great doctor who will fix your issues.....if you want to get better.....hes your man. The wait is long, the price can be high, but if you want to get your eye fixed right the first time.....and he is brilliant......go see him.

Dr. Wang has been treating my Husband for a Workman Comp. injury for a corneal abrasion.He pressured my husband for our medical insurance information, which my husbands employer later said Dr. Wang NEVER should have asked for our Medical insurance because he is NOT allowed to bill it, only Workman Comp. When ever the Workman Comp Ins. Company did not like what he was billing for, he would send us a bill, and then his employer would have to contact him, and tell him he can not do that. Finally he started doing procedures, that Im pretty sure he knew would not be covered by WC insurance, with out discussing this fact with my husband, and started billing our Medical insurance. My husband has requested that his employer send him somewhere for a second opinion, but so far nothing.We are both very leery of Dr. Wang. Seems to be all about $$$.

Weve been seeing Dr. Wang for about 4 mos. now, He & his staff are very friendly, helpful, & show real concern. We feel we are in Good hands there.

At least an hour wait even if you show up early for your appointment. This shouldnt be a standard with doctors to which we become accustomed to, its disrespectful no matter how good you are at your skill or job.

Be prepared to wait. There needs to be more doctors/nurse to help get things moving more quickly. When i am there Im usually in the waiting room for 30 mins.I am a patient person but thats a long time. When when you get back yhere to see the doctor they move you from room to room. And there is more waiting. .i understand that they are busy. I had a finally speak up for things to move quicker.yhe doctor knows what hes doing.But over all experience is why i gave it a one star.

Dr Wang and the staff are caring and Bl I have complete confidence in the care I receive

Check you throughly before seeing the Doctor. He did cataract surgery for me. Well done and very Happy.

Just transferred here from the Kellogg Center in Ann Arbor and am impressed with the staff and care provided.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my eyes!
