Don’t go to this office. The nurse was nice and helpful but the doctor told me to Google food recipes, forced me to do depression paperwork for their “spiff”and charged me for a sick visit. And even though my insurance was (apparently) accepted they took .18 cents off my bill. And you can’t reach billing on the phone to save your life. In addition my account was removed and yet they expect me to pay the bill without an account. The billing department is one woman who doesn’t even work in office. I’m feeling quite disgusted having to deal with it them. Save your time and money. Hopefully posting this gets a response so I can handle this bill before they, without remorse, send it to collections and ignore their flawed process.

My family has seen Dr Wright for 28 years and now some of my grandchildren see him too, the nurses and PAs are also great, and the office staff are friendly and have always treated me with respect.

Doctor Wright is absolutely amazing! I called concerning some very odd symptoms. He stayed late on Friday just so he could see me the next day. He is great listener is sole intention was on me the whole time. If someone tried to switch Doctor Wright as my primary physician I would fight them tooth and nail because he goes above and beyond what he is called to do.

Ive had dr vanwingen for as long as dr Whalen retired and we are always happy with him. My grandparents my mom siblings me and my children go to him and only him. I believe he has the best interest for my family. He truly is the best.

Just had the worst experience. I have been going to this office for 4 years. I have a pre existing back condition that very occasionally requires an anti inflammatory steroid to treat. My wife and I recently had a baby, so we bought a new house in a better school district.My back went out from moving all day. I so rarely need this that my refill expired a year ago, so I called the hotline to get a new prescription. I followed up the next day when the office opened. The phone nurse as they call them, told me my doctor was not in today so I would probably have to schedule an office appointment to get evaluated (Ive had this condition for 20 years... Its always been treated the same way and it works). I explained my history and my situation of watching my 1yr old while my wife is at work. No need to soak my insurance company for a doctors visit for something I am 💯 percent certain of. The phone nurse said she would send notes the the doctor that was in today and call me back, in the mean time she recommended making an appointment because they only had few openings. 5 1/2 hours later...I get a call back. The will not fill the prescription and I have to come in for the office visit. I told them I was unable to make the appointment because I could not find a babysitter and my son has a fever so Im not taking him anywhere. She told me they have a $25 same day cancellation policy.So to recap, Im going to get charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I didnt want and Im not going to get my prescription!Time to find a new doctors office!

Physicians, PAs, nurses and staff are awesome! Ive been seeing Dr Wright since the early 90s.

Dr. Jeffrey Van Wingen has been my doctor for many years. Probably close to 20 years. My parents, siblings, and my children all see him, and we commonly talk about what a fantastic doctor he is. He is extremely attentive and is very good about caring for you on a personal, yet proffessional manner. So easy to talk to and work with. Has never made me feel rushed during a visit, takes as much time as I need. I would rate him above the charts if i could. Stand up doctor with a great staff.

Great doctors, but worst voicemail system I have ever dealt with. Phone often takes a long time to be answered and you directly to a cumbersome machine if they are open. If they are closed you cant leave messages with their service that answers the phone. People are great if you can put up with that.

Wonderful Doctors office all Doctors are very knowledgeable and very caring of each patient they see.
