Dr. Posthumus and his office staffs are very friendly. My son visited a different dentist a few years ago. We are required to have 4 crown. That office also suggested to have IV sedation to a 5 years old. Not only mention the $$, the procedure really scared me. I ended up to see Dr. Posthumus. Dr. Posthumus took care all the cavities. Whats more important, he explained all his procedures to my son with a kid friendly language. My son didnt cry and stay calm for the whole time. From that on, my son told me that he would only see Dr. Posthumus for dental care. My husband had to do his root canal and crown. Dr. Posthumus is very patient with all the testings. When my husband needed to see the Dentist for the tooth pain, the office helped to schedule it as soon as possible. Front desk Jamie is always thoughtful and helpful. Myself started with a different dental office and they always sell all kinds of products, even with the normal cleaning. I was tired with that. Now all my family see Dr. Posthums for at least three years because I know they are reliable, helpful and will never rip you off. I really feel happy and lucky to find a dentist that we trust.

Always top notch! Ive been a patient for over 30 years. Very friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to help you care for your teeth.Also, even though they have plenty of patients, they never overbook. I think Ive only sat in the waiting room a few times, but never for more than 3 minutes! Usually walk in and go straight to my appointment! This shows how much they value my time. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Hands down best dental office in Grand Rapids. He is very conservative in his methodology towards his work. Very smart and knowledgeable. The repairs are very realistic.

Dr. Mark Posthumus and his staff are excellent. I have been going to Mark for cleanings, fillings and cosmetic repair of chipped teeth for about three years. I have always received impeccable service and I appreciate the welcoming, soothing atmosphere in the office.
