After not having a dentist for many years, I chose Northview Family Dentistry based on reviews. After many visits and trying to catch up on years worth of neglect of my teeth, I am confident that I chose the perfect Dentist and Practice. Dr. Lubberts eased my anxiety and never shamed me for my lack of dental care over the years. Being treated in such a positive way has made making all of my future appointments with this practice a no brainer. The office staff has worked really well with my insurance to schedule appointments in a way that I can best utilize my insurance. I am so happy to have found this practice. Im now back on track with my dental care and plan on continuing my care here indefinitely.

Northview Family Dentistry worked into their busy schedule to evaluate my dental problem. The staff was very friendly and professional. Doctor Lubberts was thorough and displayed expertise in identifying the cause.After dealing with discomfort that I thought would go away for many weeks, Northview Family Dentistry was able to relieve, and begin to reduce the problem quickly.It is now a day later, and I’m feeling 99.9999% better. :)

Friendly staff and great care. Some equipment looks a little aged, but does not have an impact on treatment. As of my last visit, there was an upgrade to their records system that should be mutually beneficial for the office, dentist, and hygienists as well as patients. Scheduling has been great and I have been able to been seen when I need to. I am kept up to date on upcoming appointments and recommended treatments without pressure.

Sandwiches are my enemy, apparently, since twice they’ve been involved when teeth were broken. Both times, Dr. Lubberts and team have squeezed me in for a temporary crown and the permanent crown was fitted and cemented within a couple weeks. Never was I made to feel I was an inconvenience to their schedule. They are a compassionate staff and put quality and comfort ahead of anything else.

Love this office! Awesome atmosphere and staff that is incredibly welcoming and professional every time I go in for an appointment. Highly recommend to anyone in search of a new dental office! Thank you for all that you do!

Love all the staff! I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. But Dr Nicole and her staff do such great work, that I dont mind coming to let them work on my teeth. My teenage son also loves it at Northview Dental. Best experience possible!!!

I had several different dentists and hygienists throughout my childhood, most of which made me dread my appointments. When moving to Michigan my husband recommended Dr. Lubberts, and after working with hygienist Kim and meeting Dr. Lubberts my whole outlook on the dentist has changed! Kim is very gentle with my teeth and always recommends ways I can make them healthier, and Dr. Lubberts is so non-judgmental when I have a cavity or havent flossed enough; she gently reminds me that if I want healthy teeth I need to floss. I would recommend Northview Family Dentistry to all my Grand Rapids friends. They turned a dreaded semi-annual appointment into a friendly time to get my teeth cleaned.

We love Northview Family Dentistry. The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Lubberts clearly enjoys her job and is also patient and considerate in regard to any patient anxiety about dental work. Definitely recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff at NVFD is beautiful. Dr. Lubberts is friendly, professional, and efficient. She listens and puts you at ease with every procedure. I have had some extensive work done and I am truly satisfied.
