My family and I have been going to Dr. Brennan for many, many years and always have had great experiences. My 89 year old father recently came to stay with us from Florida and needed to have a dental cleaning done. Dr. Brennans staff went ABOVE and BEYOND getting him scheduled, helped with insurance questions and treated him like a King at his appointment. So much care, compassion and patience was extended to him by each one of the staff that he met with. Lisa helped me at the end of the appointment with insurance, payment, and scheduling future appointments and was very helpful.

Excellent treatment. No waiting. Started appointment right on time. Bailey was my hygienist. She is just at the beginning of her career. Nevertheless, she seemed to be very well trained and was very professional and efficient. She was also very pleasant. And, as always, it was good to see Dr Brennan and catch up.

We have always had great experiences with the staff - from scheduling, to treatment to follow up. My family of 4 goes there and the kids never complain about having to go to the dentist :) The environment is warm & welcoming and office is exceptionally clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Do not cross Lisa (front desk) or your she’ll make life miserable from then on when you have contact with her. She has a huge fake personality. She has no compassion for people with disabilities (brain injuries). I’ve had to cancel on several occasions due to health issues. I offered to pay for the inconvenience, but was insulted and made to feel less of a human. I was told, “You’ve cost us so much money”. How? I offered to pay! You refused me.My teenage son had to miss for an appointment for an important school event at the last minute. I again offered to pay for this visit and was again refused. His next appointment they (she) scheduled another person at the exact same time and told him he didn’t confirm. He ended up missing a pop quiz due to missing that time and receiving a failing grade. The teacher wouldn’t let him make it up because the absence was not then excused.They are never open on Fridays (big inconvenience for a lot of people) and few needed evening hours.I was very reluctant to write this review. I’ve kept this to myself and husband for over a year. I decided to unburden myself and tell others to be careful.It’s unfortunate the office has to receive a bad review for this non-professionalism. The dentist and hygienists are very good.

Brennan Dentistry is very highly recommended! I have been going to see Dr. Brennan for over 15 years now. He is by far the most skilled and qualified dentist I have ever seen. It is so reassuring to have complete confidence in the quality of his work. Unfortunately I have given him plenty of work to do after 20 years of drinking too much pop, but the fact that my teeth are as healthy and trouble free as they are is a testament to his skill. After my last dentist appointment I was literally thinking to myself that if I ever ended up moving out of state I would have to fly back to get my dental work done, Dr. Brennan is that good! Not to mention, all the way from his dental hygienists to his receptionists all of his staff are extremely competent, well trained, and caring. It is so rare to find any organization that truly cares about their jobs and does them well. I cant say I enjoy going to the dentist, but I really am thankful that I found a place that provides world class care.

When I was looking for a new dentist Dr. Scott Hodges, my endodontist, recommended I go to see Dr. Brennan. That was many years ago, and I go there yet to this day. When a bridge failed Dr. Brennan placed implants for me, and pain-free, I might add. They were a very caring staff and worked with me when finances were tight. Dr. Brennan does beautiful work and Carrie is an awesome hygienist as well. If you are looking for a caring staff they should be your first choice.

The last time I seen Dr. Brennan I was 18 and he was right about me having to get dentures I went to him for like 12 years and so did my mom ewe have never had problem with him.

All of their records are kept on a very comprehensive software system (even x-rays and photos), which is available in every room, so your entire history is at their fingertips. Everyoneis kind and sincerely interested in taking the best care of your teeth; Dr. Brennan and everyone else always take the time to make sure that all questions are answered thoroughly and work with you to explain options and determine what is best for your situation.

The facility was nice, and everyone was pleasant.The only frustration was receiving a bill for a free consultation. Because the office assumed it would be covered by my dental insurance, I ended up walking away with a bill for forty dollars.

I went there several times and they placed crowns on my teeth. Spoke to the receptionist and was told that dr Brennan does not do root canals? I thought all dentists do root canals? I was told I would have to be referred out if I did need one? Sounds expensive to me, anyways if your looking for in house root canals look elsewhere. Hope this helps!
