I feel bad leaving this review but Im trying to save the other individuals time and money- esp the ones who already hate going to the dentist. All in all- I would avoid here and find a different provider!My two biggest grievances are the quality of work and bedside manner.I had a root canal and crown both done ~5 years ago by Dr. Burocchi which has already had to be redone last year by a different dentist. I noticed I was having issues with it early on after the procedure but she assured me it would just need time. She also shaved down the opposing tooth (which is normal) but when I had a sharp, weird pain while she was shaving, she didnt believe me, and told me to stop being hypersensitive. I just sat there and felt kind of scared of her, to be honest. My new dentist took a look at the opposing tooth and said it was shaved down way too much, exposing the sensitive dentin underneath my tooth. I havent chewed food with this tooth because its still so sensitive.Back to the root canal: It popped out recently while eating dinner and when my new dentist looked at it, he was really shocked regarding the bonding process that took place for tooth. He states the core build up was glued with a rubbery adhesive that was NOT cement, like it should have been. Thats why it popped out. For a while it was leaking out really gross tasting/smelling fluid.Its given me a decent amount of grief for the past 5 years or so, and it all kind of points back to the quality of work that originally took place. I hope its better now, but who knows!

I am very pleased with the dental work I have received by Dr Burocchi and her dental assistants. Great professionals, kind and very welcoming. I highly recommend them.

They drilled into my tooth to take care of a cavity which resulted in a crack causing pain. When I called they said I needed to give it 6 months since, according to them, you can still have pain associated with having a cavity filled for 6 months.Right... I couldnt even eat lettuce it was so sensitive.Ended up having to go to my previous dentist who was out of network to get everything fixed.I am, proudly, no longer a client of theirs and have encouraged others to avoid.

I had 3 crowns done by Dr. Burocchi and within a few years all the work that she had done needed to be replaced by another dentist as her work did not hold up. Nice person and staff were friendly enough, but glad I found a new dentist.

Great dentist and staff! I no longer dread going to the dentist!

I have had two excellent experiences here with my son. I like that she doesnt push stuff like flouride treatments or other unnecessary things. Her and her staff are great with kids and have the best prize basket in town.

My family has been going here for just over a year and I highly recommend this office for kids and adults alike.
