NP Lynne and rad tech Emily made my visit very comfortable. They made sure to tell me their names and explain everything I needed to know. I was treated very nicely and in a timely manner.

Had an appointment but the office was a bit behind; which wasn’t a big deal for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful during my visit. X-rays do take awhile to get done, but overall as pleasant as it could be given my injury. Was there almost 3 hours. I will go back for future needs.

I would give this a -10 for review if I could. I set up a Covid test online because I have a son with a stage 4 brain tumor that needs a test for surgery.This location stated it had curbside service so I selected it as he is in a wheelchair and paralyzed on the right side.I arrived on time to find not they dont have curbside testing and that he would havent wait for at least an hour to see the only doctor that was in.This is absurd. Not a location I will ever use again or recommend. I will be filing a complaint for false advertising as well as poor patient service.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

The staff was pleasant and the service efficient. The doctor was informative and kind. We left with our injury concern addressed and a treatment plan for recovery in hand. We were pleased with the experience.

Id be 5 stars except for the wait even though we had booked an appointment online the day prior. Went in for a sports physical for my son. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, personable and professional. The PA did great with my son and was thorough. The last time my husband visited this location years ago we did not have a pleasant experience. Today was another story and it will now be on our list if we need care quick.

Clean environment, they were always cleaning after everyone making sure everything was disinfectant. Friendly staff. Very polite. Fast and get straight to the point.

Doctor was helpful. I had an appointment but there was still a wait. I had three competing issues; aid said they could only address one. Doctor did address all three as they seemed linked.

People that work there are nice. My issue is with the appointment system. Why make an appointment if the walk ins are still seen before you. 12:00 appt and almost 2 hours before I saw the very nice doc. Very frustrated when I left.

I never do these unless I get bad service but here goes....I LOOOOOOVE this place 43rd Ave & Peoria. They were fast and efficient. I have a fear of needles but Sal made it effortless...and Amy was right Im already feeling better taking the shot vs pills . I was in and out including the check in less 45 min. I love being able to know how many people are in line ahead of me. Thank you Next Care!

Would give 5 stars if wasnt for the wait. Was 1 hr before I was seen by Dr even though I went right when they opened. Staff was friendly and professional. Nice facility.

The wait times are horrible they shouldn’t schedule people so close together if they know they are short staffed. They sent me a text of my results that was very vague my name wasn’t listed so my job did not accept it I tried calling to ask why an email wasn’t sent as they told me I would get an email and there is no way to speak to the staff in the office. This entire setup is so poorly done you would think after a year of doing this they would be more efficient.

Everyone was extremely professional and polite. As a medical assistant myself, certain things I look for when visiting other clinics as a patient. These ladies all excelled and then some! Very impressed.

The receptionist was rude and had an attitude from the second I walked up. She did not make eye contact and was not welcoming. Otherwise the visit itself was worth five stars for the gals in the back. The provider and her assistant were knowledgeable, fast, kind and comforting.

Ive been here in the past and it was fine, its always clean but the online information is not accurate. I came for a covid test and it wont be rapid it will be the 3-5 day wait that I was trying to avoid. Not the friendliest front people at the front desk either.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I was a walk in first thing in the morning. Was done within 45 min. I was diagnosed snd given an injection and prescription. Feeling better!

As far as urgent cares go, the staff are kind and efficient. Waiting room is clean, and no weird dr office smells. Sometimes the waits are long, but we are in a pandemic, they are helping as many people as they can. I hope not to need their services but I’m glad they are there when I need them!

NextCare is a fine urgent care provider. They are efficient and friendly. What I do have a problem with is the website that connected me with NextCare, Solv., or solvhealth.com. When I was on their site they indicated that I was signing up for a COVID Rapid Test; but, when I got to the NextCare clinic, I was told that they didn’t have any rapid COVID tests and hadn’t had any for weeks! No Bueno!

First of all dont waste Your time calling. No one will answer and you will get sent to voicemail. Second. The lady at the reception desk was extremely rude and acted like I was waisting her time. Lastly she told me without checking that next car is out of rapid tests at every location. I find that hard to believe. But thats no reason to act the way she did.

I highly recommend you to visit NextCare Urgent Care, no matter what happens with the patient the health care team do anything to help you , if it is regarding Covid 19 they do their best to make you feel comfortable and secure.

I walk in without an appointment and the receptionist was so helpful. They take care of you from beginning to end. I recommend 100%

Service here was great by all staff I interacted with today during my unfortunate visit. The wait time was normal, and not overly long. My only complaint (if you can call it that even) was that I was being seen due to my vomiting and nausea, and the odor of the building amplified my nausea. It smells like a sterile facility (bleach, as it should), but then also like a pizza restaurant. Other than that, I am very pleased with my visit. I want to say thank you to everyone that I interacted with today while being there - thank you for EVERYTHING you do day in and day out (from reception, to technicians/nurses, to Dr’s), thank you for being kind and professional, and for getting me in and out with a referral to ER. I appreciate you all!

My bf and I were in to get Covid tests done and even though we had an appointment we still had to wait and the whole process took over an hour just to get a test. The old lady that came in to check our nose, ears, etc before our tests.. told me that I need to get a strep test and they are putting me on antibiotics. No explanation really and sounded very demanding. The other nurse came in and I told her I didn’t want to do the strep test and take antibiotics right now as I just got off them for a tooth ache. She leaves the room to get the Covid tests and in storms in the old lady with a rude tone saying something along the lines of that she is the nurse and we need to listen to what she says to do. We explained why and she then says “We will do your Covid test and then you can leave!” and then slams the door. We don’t recommend this location as being treated like that is last thing people want having to take a Covid test. What an added stress that experience was.Also, they never called me to give me my results. I had to call them and the person I talked to said they have had the results in. I could have enjoyed my weekend but instead stayed in waiting for them to call. So unprofessional.

Wonderful experience as they were able to see me quickly and were able to alleviate excruciating pain in my ankle! So appreciative of this urgent care! (Best staff ever!)

I made an appointment at 10:30. Checked in at 10:25. It’s 11:30 still waiting. They are taking walk ins ahead of me lol. I recommend, don’t waste your time making an appointment. Those rules do not apply. They should just give out a piece of paper with a number on it like a deli lol12 pm: update. Sitting in my car for an hour and half. Had to cancel my 1030 appointment. Lol gotta go back to work.

Made an appointment for my daughter who hurt her shoulder. I cant get her seen at her normal pediatrician for almost 2 weeks. I know she probably needs and X ray, which is why I chose here. We get there and checked in and the lady informs me that they dont have an X ray technician in the office today to do X rays. Why isnt that put on their website? Why let people schedule an appt and drive there and waste gas to be told they cant X Ray them and will have to come back or be referred somewhere else. They need better communication or something. That was a waste of time and gas. No apologies from the front desk lady either. Rude. Rude. Rude.

It wasnt quick but they were understanding with my injury and helped me out. The antibiotic to fight off the infection was the cherry on top. Second follow up visit waited for 20 minutes to tell me if its worse go to the ER.

Everyone at NextCare was very nice and helpful to find me the care I needed.

Had appt for 2:00 for covid test. Checked in 15 minutes early. I’m shocked they had us come inside with symptoms. When we checked in there was nobody in front of us per their own system. I told them someone was overdosing on the sidewalk they didn’t seem to care. Another family came in for covid testing no masks on. So now there’s 4 different families in here needing covid tests all sitting in a waiting room. Been sitting here 25 minutes and nobody seems to care. Frustrating as hell. We should honestly be in our cars waiting this makes no sense

Went in early before 10am in case they were busy, only about 3-4 before myself. Waited about an hour before was seen, which is understandable during these times. Front desk woman was extremely nice and very helpful. The nurse who examined me was also nice and knowledgeable, and explained so I understood. Was definitely a great experience for the uncomfortable circumstances for sure.

Had a WAHOO appointment. I arrived on time and I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours to be seen after my appointment. Nearly 3 hours in total time.

I came to NextCare with a sore throat. The staff was very professional from the receptionist to the MA to the NP (Lynn Pura). The NP took time to listen to all my concerns. She was very informative while she examined me. I was given first class quality care. I will recommend NextCare to everyone. Today I took my granddaughter to NextCare at 43rd Avenue and Peoria. The wait was short. The lady in the front office was really nice and both the doctor and the the back office worker were great!

They let me know they were running behind when I checked in. I came in feeling sick and asked them to run a full spectrum of tests. They didnt argue out even bat an eye. When my covid test came back positive the doctor still came in and examined me to see if I should go to the hospital. Top notch care!

5/25/21 Am shift!!! Sel the man who took me in to the back room was super helpful friendly nice!!!! And the NP Kelsey was amazing and patient didnt rush heard me and ALL MY CONCERNS!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SEL AND KELSEY ILL BE COMING BACK HERE BECAUSE OF TOU TWO

Similar experience to Jonathan below. I attempted to call prior to confirm my ability to walk-in however it was a 35 minute hold and they close at 8:00 PM. I understand walk-ins take time so in an effort to avoid arriving at a later time I sped over (5:10 PM actual arrival). I was quickly told they normally take walk-ins but not this late due to supplies.Please arrive in the mornings to avoid this issue.Urgent Care please act on this and provide updates on this issue as it could be costly to plenty of folks around the valley. Additionally, your online portal stated there were 6 people in line which could make it seem like they are taking people in, quite misleading. I would rather it mention the current stock of COVID-19 supplies as opposed to how long we will wait. I am sure folks do not mind waiting so long as they know supplies are available and they won’t be turned away.

Best urgent care in my neighborhood. Fast (although busy), professional, polite. I took my kiddos here many times, myself, and my husband. Just now had my xray done, 15 minutes later I had the result. The radiology tech was great! Providers are nice and knowledgeable.

You make an appointment it doesnt matter cuz if anybody Works in before your appointment theyre going to get to see you before you so you may be waiting for an hour or two before you can even see anybody thats my only problem you make an appointment you should keep your appointment whoever walks in should wait until after your appointment if its at your appointment time

Called around to get my son tested for COVID-19 (Rapid results test) everywhere I called had a 3 day wait, they were able to get us in the next day ... staff was absolutely amazing. very clean, courteous and professional, with everything going on right now my mind didn’t even go to the more common ailments, they did the nose swab very gently and also checked for Strept and 15 minutes later we walked out of there thrilled that he was negative on all fronts (more than likely just a common cold). I was extremely satisfied with everyone at the 43rd ave and Peoria clinic in AZ who took the time to keep him calm, give him a very thorough exam and release him back into this crazy world with a huge smile underneath his cool mask!

Very efficient and the whole staff was amazing friendly and took care of my son needs. It’s never easy going to the doctor when your not 100% they made this experience bearable. Thank you Team.

I wanted to take a follow-up COVID test with this company, as it is only .6 miles from my home. Their Google information says that you need an appointment, and gives the web address to go to.I visited the address and found a lot of information, but had no luck finding any way to make an appointment. After 15 minutes on their site, I decided to just call the number listed for my chosen location. Instead of speaking to that location, I was connected to a call center where I was told that it is just walk-in, and you dont need to make an appointment.Really, then I guess you need to update the information on your site, as not only is that information wrong, but they also show that there is currently no vaccine available for COVID. I would really like to know who created/manages this site, as it clearly has some UI and informational issues.Although they are very close to my home, I will NOT be giving them my business, especially because they have waisted my very precious and valuable time dealing with them!!

I went in because I had a very sore throat, I tested positive for strep throat. I was in and out very quickly and my prescription was already waiting at the pharmacy when I got there too! Awesome very quick and very professional! Thank you hero’s!

Scheduled an appointment online for a rapid covid test. Waited about the normal time for a medical visit, but the testing itself was quick and I received my results within a half-hour.

Their website said walk ins only for COVID rapid test, so I drove there only for them to tell me that they’d run out. First though, I tried to call to ensure that this very thing didn’t happen, but I just got a phone tree that I couldn’t get to a person without first waiting 20 minutes. I went anyway and got burned.

My son needed a sports physical asap to play. Nextcare got us in same day. The price was very reasonable. The staff was kind and courteous. We were in and out in less than an hour. My son was on the field playing with his team the next day.Thank you Next Care.

NP Amy BoatrightI took my 1-year-old in because he was hacking stuff up out of his chest so much that he would choke and throw up. We went to two pediatricians over the course of 4 months and both said thats just something babies go through and hell get through it. I took him in to this location and the doctor there immediately gave him a chest x-ray and found out he had bronchitis and ammonia. for 4 months weve been telling our doctor that something was wrong with our son all it took was one time and our doctor knew what to do at urgent Care. I wish she offered primary Care.

I went in for a scheduled COVID-19 test. I must say that NextCares scheduling system works!! I arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork and informed they were running about 1 hour behind. Filled out the paperwork and was told I could return in about one half an hour and would be seen soon. Left Voted and returned one half hour later. Walked in and was called to be seen BEFORE I could sit down!!! The Staff was friendly and professional and very informative on what I should expect next. A great experience!!

Great place. Wait time wasnt bad and they were short staffed. The last place I went (fastmed) made me wait in my car and then forgot about me. I went in after waiting almost 2hrs ( mind you I had an 830am appointment) only to find out they hadnt even took my medical insurance. Ridiculous, nextcare urgent care is the best.
