One of the very few doctors who actually care for her patients’ health and their well being. Armine Nazarian is a very skilled and knowledgeable doctor who treats her patients with empathy and respect. She always makes me feel comfortable, patiently listens to my health concerns and knows the right approach to every situation. Her office staff is well trained and is always helpful.

Dr. Armine Nazaryan is very smart, knowledgeable compassionate and professional doctor. She treats her patients with respect and cares about their well being. She carefully listens to patients needs and refers them to specialists if needed. Any authorization requests for specialists are being done immediately. Her staff is kind and professional despite being very busy throughout the day. I highly recommend her as a family doctor.

The doctor does not check the patients file to see the list of medications the patient is on before she prescribes a new medication. This is why many patients including my mother suffered from adverse reaction from mixing prescription medication that the doctor prescribed all at the same time.Her staff is extremely rude, unethical and unprofessional, especially Karine. They put me on hold for hours and never return back to the line. They yelled and hung up on the phone on severe occasions. They mix up patients files and send the wrong patients results to the doctors offices. Their office staff are extremely unorganized and unethical.

DO NOT choose this doctor if you are looking for a normal patient care and professionalism. This is the most unprofessional, rude Doctor’s team I have ever seen in my life. Especially the nurse who calls to let patient know about a SERIOUS problem regarding their health with a hugeeee attitude and without any compassion. She attacks after each question I ever asked. She attacks when I say can you please fax me my blood test results.This doctor NEVER directly called me for any of my results and I am sure she doesn’t even know about them and the nurses are dealing with it. But the biggest mistake is that they need to hire a professional and educated nurse. Someone who knows how to speak with a patient.After receiving my ultrasound results instead of calling me and giving me an appointment with a doctor so we can discuss why my nodule got bigger this uneducated person who I don’t even want to call a nurse calls me and says that I need another ultrasound in 6 months, without telling me any further details and no word about talking about this with my doctor. I changed my primary physician immediately after this phone call because I was so tired of this.Bottom-line is DO NOT CHOOSE THISE DOCTOR!!!

Front desk people are very rude , they put u on hold for more than 10 mins and dont know anything , not alert you have to repeat same questions over and over ..

The Doctor is nice. But I can’t believe about front desk peoples behaviors. They are so rude. They never answer the phone calls. Even when they answer, they aren’t nice to answer questions and hang up on you. This is a doctors office they should be responsible for people. Unfortunately, they are not. Im so upset about them.

Dr. Armine Nazaryan has been informing the Armenian community of the United States on a wide range of health issues through her Live TV program since 2005. She is the most compassionate and knowledgeable physician I have ever known. I am truly blessed to have her as my primary care physician.

I got the phone number from google and called them twice a day for 3 days along. No one answering to phone calls!First and the worst experience have ever had.This is a SCAM but not a medical office.

Dr.Nazaryan is honestly an amazing physician. My family & I have been her patients for a very long time. She is very intelligent & attentive, she takes her time to help everyone even w her busy schedule. Her staff is also amazing, handling all of those patients with so much care & patience is not an easy job. People might complain some things about her office but only a physician as good as her has that many patients. I have recommended her to all my family & friends. Shes totally worth the wait.

I absolutely love Dr. Nazaryan, shes so patient and smart and I truly feel welcome in her office. The ladies in the front are very helpful as well. It gets busy and you may end up waiting for quite some time if you choose to come in as a walk-in patient, but if you come with an appointment, you will be given priority and quick help as soon as its your turn. Overall, very respectable and professional work environment. I dont understand some of these comments that accuse these ladies of being hostile and rude, all ive seen is pure professionalism and genuine care for each patient.

Ive been a patient at this clinic for about 10 years. There is a reason why there are so many patients that go to this clinic. Its funny how people complain about appointment time and long wait time when this is actually a walk-in clinic. People coming with all kinds of emergencies and complicated problems and the waiting room is full of people who come in and are seen without appointments. Instead of being sent to emergency rooms with difficult problems driving up the cost of the healthcare system and avoiding to care for patients in need during the office hours, Dr. Nazarian takes in complicated patients as her clinic is known to be a walk-in clinic - meaning if you need help you walk-in without appointment.If people dont like the wait time or waiting in the office then they can choose another doctor as there are many in Glendale. The reason that Dr. Nazaryan patients keep coming and dont mind the wait and she has so many patients is because shes a great doctor. I have never seen a doctors office with so many thank you cards from patients showing their gratification and reading this in different languages touches everybodys heart. These greeting cards are posted on the wall next to the exit door. Ive been to a lot of doctors offices Ive never seen so many thank you cards.I highly recommend his doctor if she currently takes new patients.

Its a good place overall. But they make you wait hours before you go in. They tell you that you will go in 10 min but an hour later they say the same things. The doctor is good though its just the wait that makes you pissed

A very unprofessional doctor and staff. I went to an appointment with my mom who is her patient. I had concerns about my mom’s health because of her continuing swollen leg. Dr. not only didn’t want to hear my concerns and answer my questions but she also started yelling at me. She was not even wearing white robe while meeting her patients. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had visiting a doctor.

I usually do not write reviews, but had to to warn everyone about this doctor. She is a con artist and a fraud. The staff is super rude and not helpful. I am not sure how this office has not been shut down yet with all the illegal activity happening. I had brought my grandmother here for a check up and they offered her services she did not need just to bill her insurance. I am no longer going to bring my grandmother here, we have reported this place to our insurance company for investigation!!

I do not usually write reviews but I just had to after these workers consistent horrible service. Three words: horrible patient service. I called their office and they said they accept walk-ins at the time they told me to come. I arrive and they refuse to let me see the doctor for an important check up that I requested before hand. The workers in the office are disorganized and apathetic. Dr. Nazaryan is a good doctor but she needs new empathetic and organized workers in her office and a bigger clinic to accommodate her large patient following. Its so illogical to show advertisements repeatedly on television and not make the clinic bigger for all these patients to come. She should at least hire other doctors so a lot more patients can come and reap from her services and she can get a larger following. Thats my just my opinion. I wont be returning here again.

The doctor and her staff are great. Patient, kind, focused, and very helpful. If you want an office you can trust then you cant go wrong with Dr. Nazaryans office.

I went there this morning as I had high fever for 2 days, when I got there there were about 20-25 people waiting at the closed window, then the window opened and lady with very rude voice started to scream we are not seeing anyone today without appointments, dont wait and dont even write your name then she literally through a writing pad and a pen to the crowd. The people waiting were not numbered and they started to fight with each other who will write their name first, they were fighting and screaming and the lady from behind the window was screaming at them.... My fever went up even higher from seen such chaos... Not organized, very rude, very unprofessional place... Nothung about this place could be associated with doctors office.... There wild animals in the forest have more respect to other then this place .... The most horrible experience of my life, I was there only 2 minutes and escaped out! Do not recommend this rude place to anyone!

Great doctor, knowledgeable and professional

Horrible service, the receptionist (middle aged blonde) is rude and very unprofessional. She made rude remarks about the patient she was assisting and has major attitude with everyone. I’m not even going to start on the wait time. Office is full of Medicare patients to the point where we were lined up by the door. This is ridiculous, overbooking patients and talking back to them when they are getting restless.

For years I have restrained my anger at this woman, trying to be patient and polite in dealing with her. But his ignorance and inability to speak properly with people, malice and ruthlessness are already crossing all boundaries. I advise all my newly arrived friends and relatives to come to your clinic only, but I am soon ashamed and angry to hear their extreme surprise and complaint against Karine. Already, a fourth family has expressed a desire to change the clinic immediately because of that woman. And I decided to write, worrying solely about your good name and also about our compatriots being denied the opportunity to have a doctor like you. I just want to understand. Dont you notice Karines brutality and ignorance ... She has the impression that she is the chief decision maker there, the payer for all her patients, the interlocutor of all, and the rejector of all the different issues that come up in her responsibilities ... !!! In no case do I want to replace you with another doctor, you and the rest of your team have already become my family !!! But I cant promise that the next time I hear the same complaint from someone else, or if I feel the same way about myself, I can keep silent and raise my voice to show him his absolute impatience and unprofessionalism ...! I love you and at the same time it hurts if you can not get rid of it for serious reasons !!!
