I had high hopes and, while most expectations are met, Forward is impacted by all of the same supply chain (specifically, shipping) issues affecting businesses. So far so good. Optimistic.

I had the best doctors visit experience ever. I feel like I learned more about my body and my health in my 1 hour visit at Forward than all my previous doctor visits combined. Ive told all my friends and family about my amazing experience. I highly recommend Forward and my doctor Nicholas Becketti was exceptional.

To be honest, I kind of gave up on expecting a reasonable level of service at my traditional doctors office. The long wait times waiting in the lobby (past confirmed appointment times) , the long wait times left on telephone hold, the complacency and indifference I experienced at many reception desks... What did, however, receive the most care and attention was my insurance PPO card information. These experiences simply turned me off to the traditional medical set up. I was referred to Forward and was blown away by the customer service provided not only by Dr. Lim but the entire team as well. The attention to my time, the detailed explanation of my baseline visit, the follow-up inquiries, the friendly and timeliness of the texting format, the informative phone conversations, the prescription delivery to my home... So far, this has been a great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to step up their health experience. Thank you , Forward team.

Amazing company and place. Very forward thinking, great technology and a holistic approach to health. My baseline visit was over an hour with Dr. Lam and his nurses and administrators. Really got a lot of information and it is all forwarded to the app with your test results. Also you can chat with them through the app for follow up info and to upload pictures (of my medications in my case) and they respond very quickly and at it to your chart. Great service.

Very dissappointed. They do offer flat or sparkling water and the office and staff are atractive.*Technology isnt what is advertised.**Disrespecful and inadequate doctors,phlebotomists and service.I tried to get services at the Glendal California location and was told the technology as advertised isnt the current reality but hopefully 20years down the road for this company it will be.They DO NOT even though have the *infrared scanners to find veins for a blood draws.I didnt even get an introductory bloodwork and analysis after being a Forward member for 2 months.The one star was because they said Im sorry a lot.If youre considering this. I reccommend going to a location first and ask lots of questions.Be aware that you tube videos and sales peoples words are not reality at all.GOOD LUCK

Forward is in the name! This is a futuristic and affordable alternative to the traditional health care system. The technology is top of the line, the customer service is professional and friendly and the doctors truly care. The app is fantastic too! All of your results and contact capabilities in one place; this makes conversing with the doctors and staff that much easier.

This is what the medical profession is lacking, a place where you are made to feel important and not just a file. Dr. Lam was amazing and and the experience was very positive. I feel comfortable now knowing that any problem I have will be addressed in real time and I don t have to wait for an appointment with a primary doctor in some busy impersonal medical practice. Forward is the future of medicine and if you havent checked it out yet, you should. I am happy to share my personal experience with anyone who cares to contact me.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff was incredible, doctor was terrific and care team 24/7 on the app is wonderful. This is clearly the best healthcare decision I’ve made. I feel very complete with the first visit. The tech is brilliant. And I won’t tell you about the stroke of genius they have in managing information during the visit, you’ll have to see for yourself. How they manage the visit combined with the app results in clear information I can see, search and have follow up actions organized. I highly recommend adding Forward to your healthcare toolbox.

My doctor spent over and hour talking to me about all aspects of my health. She looked me in the eye and contemplated what might be causing some pain I am experiencing. She then took it even a step further with an action plan for everything with regards to my health. Scans and test were all done immediately and I left feeling like this is going to make me the healthiest version of myself!

I went to forward doctors looking for answers about my health because I have a baby and I need to be in the best health and the doctors that insurance provides dont give a damn about your health. I thought maybe if I pay I may get treated with care.Dr. Belyeu is a very caring professional Doctor she listens to your concerns about your health and answers any questions as best as she can. The treatment is superb. It also means alot because she is a woman of color like me.

Everyone there is extremely friendly, they seem to analyze various sources of data more than your typical M.D., seem to be caring competent professionals. I was given a Motiv ring and a 23 and me test free of charge (not to mention the Voss water when I arrived). I felt like I received a very good value for the cost of my visit overall. It was a great experience.

All things at visit and office was fantastic but I am not able to make appts and get into endless chats speaking to numerous individual who never filled my need. I have looked at md calender for full month of Dec and January and not allowed to make appts except 4 pm or 4 30 pm which is a time I can never travel........as unsafe as am tired at end of day and puts me in heavey traffic........even with multiple request why no other appts no one could or would answer my why???,,, I asked for appts between 10 am to 3 pm and was given an appt at 8 am which I took but This is not service if I cannot make my own appts and cant believe she is that busy in only 2 weeks.........Can anyone answer why no appt available?? and cannot see beyond January

Everyone on the team from beginning to end made my experience mind blowing - including the MA’s and MS’s. Dr. Richard Lam has an amazing team. It fixes everything I hate about healthcare and I love that it’s into a lot of the stuff I do myself (tracking/mindfulness/diet/exercise). Forward makes me optimistic about healthcare.

There is no reason for this establishments existence, every time i pass by I see it empty, to make things worse, it replaced Pinkberry which I always went to for frozen yogurt, there is no need for a doctors office especially in a place like the Americana. Move away.
