The surgery center/ nurses are decent. HOWEVER, with covid your driver must remain outside. The air conditioning to my vehicle went out. I asked for special permission from the manager for my husband to wait inside. The answer was no. He could not leave, nor stay inside. Its 110 degrees. Very unaccomodating and inhumane in this scenario.

I had 3 injections on my lower left side back about 6 months ago.. The injections didnt work but they have very good professional nurses and Doctor who treat you right and take good care of you

Great care and all staff were friendly and attentive.

I would highly recommend going somewhere else. There are many surgery centers which are organized and professional. This is not one of them

The staff was pleasant and facility is clean. My issue is, the people driving patients are forced to wait outside in summer heat above 100°. While I understand covid is an issue and we are not allowed in to wait. We should not be forced to stay on premises until procedure is over. It is extremely hot and uncomfortable. It would make sense to call when patient is ready so we can be there or give an estimated time to be present for pick up.

Procedure, staff all great. When it comes to paying my portion, the website offered doesn’t exist, the people at the phone number on the bill won’t take payment, and refers to another phone number, who won’t return my calls. What to do? I’m sure they won’t hesitate sending me to collections but how to accomplish payment?

I had 3 procedures here in the time span of 2 to 3 weeks. Each time I was told my procedures were prior authorized and I owed nothing. My spouse was with me and can verify. A couple of months later I was sent a bill for 1500.00. I was told this facility was out-of-network. I spoke with the specialist who scheduled the procedure and was told this facility should have informed them or me prior to the date of service. They had nothing in their file. This place is a racket. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Then they sent me to collections even while phone calls were not returned.

The people at this facility are extremely professional and caring. I had my 2nd procedure there today and they make me feel so confident in their abilities. From the reception people all the way up to the people assisting my excellent doctor, Dr. Carlson, are true professionals in every sense of the word. I trust them with my spine, so that is saying a lot right there. I highly recommend them! Thank you all, for taking such good care of me.

Excellent service. Staff are competent and friendly. Procedures are done well and they make you comfortable. Dr. Hogan is wonderful and so is Brad who does the anesthesia. Thank you for the excellent care. Cindi Mullin

DO NOT GET SURGERY HERE. Extremely unprofessional environment and they will bill you 3-6 months later maybe once without your knowledge and then send you to collections. This happened to me. I was told the cost of the surgery after waiting from insurance for the approval. I was told the cost was AFTER insurance was applied and I would not be getting a bill. I am not stupid. I understand they bill later. I specifically ASKED if this was all I was going to pay since insurance already sent them the amount. They said YES NO MORE. That’s the reason I went through with the procedure. This was in August of 2018 then in 12-18 I got a bill of $600! I called and explained my situation - zero help. January came - they sent me to collection. AFTER ONE BILL. Keep in mind I have been off work for MONTHS for FMLA unpaid and can’t come up with $600 I should not even have to pay since I was LIED TO. I called back, the girl said I can apply for financial assistance to dismiss the bill especially since I literally only got one deposit for that month I was like great! A week later DENIED CALL THE COLLECTION AGENCY. This is a disgusting way to practice. These people are in severe amounts of pain, most not working and you lie to them just so you can collect a fat check later on. I was denied financial assistance even though I printed bank statements proving I was not getting paid and was on FMLA. I am getting a lawyer.

This was my 3rd time there. Front office was welcoming and the nurses and other staff were very attentive.

Remember to tell them what meds you are taking or you might be canceled depending on the medication (Blood Thinners/ Antibiotics)Make sure have a driver if you are having sedation NO UBER unless someone gets in with you (Family, Friend ETC) and FAST no water or food 8 hours before

I have been to this Surgery Center a few times and the people are wonderful, the staff is so caring and kind, give a great shout out for Pre-op Sarah, Marella, the OR Team Manela, Vidi and Jen and PACU Betty and Rosa, These ladies work very hard at making your stay very comfortable. Thank you all!!!!

So my wife comes to this place for epidural shots and every time we come in, its like a free for all with the bathrooms. Women go into the mens, men have to go into the womens...... Why cant anyone read anymore??

Admitting staff is rude and uncaring. Waited over and hour past scheduled appointment.

The staff is very nice,very clean and cool.
