Larysa! This is the fantastic human being who helped my mother and I find some really good-looking options. If it wasn’t for her, I would not have chosen frames that really fit my profile. I settled for something to “get the job done” and they did NOT look the best on me. I’m one of those people that doesn’t mind aesthetics, but values performance. However, she floored me. She knows how to pick out excellent options, all out of her extensive experience in the eye care industry. Definitely will be seeing her for as many years as possible to keep me looking fresh with my frame selection. And I was definitely not paid for this or anything people! Haha She’s amazing!

A great place to get your glasses or contacts. Epspecially the young lady, who is in charge of contacts. I didnt want to get the contacts because I was having a hard time with them. She took her time and explained the procedure to me. I was so impress with her patience.

Check in was good. However, the COVID screening is done at the door then again on the past medical history form. The provider was quick. For eye exam I was completed with in 15 min. I spent 30 min waiting to pay a 10.00 copay and get my prescription. The check out clerk, long black hair seemed frustrated and taking it out on her coworker and short with customers. I highly recommend a better check out process. If benefits are done ahead of time I shouldnt have to wait so long to check out.

Check in was quick and without any fuss. Technicians running the initial screening were friendly and competent with getting the scans and picture process done quickly. Dr Sowash was informative and took the time to explain things to me, clean bill of health this round. And last but not least Larysa was a pleasure in getting the glasses that best fit my requirements. She took the time to explain things and made recommendations without any heavy, rushed selling. Her attention to detail in getting my lenses optimally centered was an unexpected surprise... Walked out getting both a pair of glasses and sunglasses that will fit within my motorcycle helmet. My compliments to the store and staff.

I have been having issues with receiving my glasses I had dropped off a few weeks ago. I called this location and spoke with Sam and she apologized that there had been a mix up with my frames i had dropped off and the lab lost them. She immediately went into action and asked if i could come down and pick out some new glasses and they would be fully covered! When I got to the store Diamond helped me get the glasses I wanted and got me checked out! That was the best customer service I have had in a store to fix an issue ever thank you!

Its a bummer that this location is so short staffed. When you show for an appointment, you still have to wait 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a rep. Overall experience is poor. It took 6 weeks to get my son glasses and another week for an appointment to get them adjusted. Ill be working with a new store moving forward.

Retail side is nice. However, the doctor side is rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, antagonist and simply not helpful. They force you to make multiple appointments and do not give you both prescriptions on the same day. This is a complete waste of time for working professionals. Lastly, they will try to tell you it’s the law! I would like to to see that state statute in regards to my scenario. The entire process was a joke, not helpful, and disrespectful.

Worst service ever. They got my rx wrong, lost my contacts, then when I asked for my glasses rx so I could order glasses online from somewhere else, they gave me the wrong rx so I spent $200 on glasses with the wrong rx. I called and asked them to fix it and they said I’d have to pay for a recheck appointment. I give up even trying with them. Waste of time and money.

I couldnt find the location in the mall. I called the phone number on the website and also the number I received a call from to confirm my appt. It just directs you to a call center where no one picks up. I just wanted help locating your store and to say I was on my way. 6 minutes late and they canceled me. Fine. But, list a phone number where I can actually talk to a *real* person inside the store Im going to.

My experience with Visionworks at Arrowhead Mall was exceptional. The greeter was cordial and professional; The Doctor’s staff was cordial, professional and efficient. My sales rep, Samantha, was phenomenal. She was patient and didn’t try to persuade me into something for the sake of the sale. She was thoroughly professional and I would highly recommend her by name to family and friends. Great customer service and experience.

I wish I would have read the reviews about this facility. I had booked two appointments online and unfortunately we arrived 15 mins late (4:30 pm) due to trying to locate the facility. We were turned away for being 15 mins late. One of the exams was very important so I was okay if they cannot honor one of the appointments but they didn’t care that I had 2 appointments (4:15 pm & 4:45 pm). In which I had to schedule separately, but they would not honor either one of them. I have had great experiences at other locations and this is at the bottom of the barrel. Note to staff: please do not reply to this message. It’s clear your customer service lacks... customer service. Learn from all these reviews instead of your fake sympathy.

My boyfriend went in to get glasses and during his visit everything went great but then he changed his mind and wanted to switch glasses. The card had already ran through and Sam tried to refund but was in limbo. She said she would check it the next day and give him a call when she ran it through again and put the order for the glasses. It’s been two weeks now and she never called him back. He’s called her and left several messages and she hasn’t even bothered to follow back up with him. It’s a shame because he really wanted the glasses and was going to spend quite a bit of money for them. I even scheduled an appointment with them but after the poor customer service and follow up we will not be returning there.

Never have I been so disrespected by an employee.. I walked in I didn’t see a sign plus I saw other people was right in so walked in as well I looked at some glasses and I grabbed a pair I liked.. I am a father and a husband so especially right after Christmas I had a little money to buy me some glasses which I desperately needed. So I grabbed the pair I liked and two seconds later I feel someone pulling on my shoulder I thought it was my wife, when I turned around it was a employee named LARISSA as soon as I turned around she yanked the glasses out of my hand and told me to get out and began to tap on my back to leave I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say so I left and I turned around to make sure what happened just happened and then she puts a sign in front of the door to block it. I told my wife what had happened because I was still in shock and my went in to get the manager name and they said that he wasn’t their and to call back at 6:00 pm and that’s what we did we called at 6 on the dot to find out the store closes at 6.. this store is so disrespectful and rude I will never recommend this place to anyone

I had an appointment for Saturday 11/28 at 2:15. I arrived at the mall at 1:30 and could not determine where in the mall you were located so I called 3 times wasted more than 30 minutes and No one picked up the phone. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I wanted to limit my exposure to people trying to figure out my quickest way in and out of the mall. I finally gave up and will take my business elsewhere. Really no one can pickup the telephone?! How do you get new customers if no one picks up the phone?

Was late by 5 minutes for my 3rd visit for contacts due to traffic for a 4:30 appointment and doctor left right at 4:30. Told me I had to reschedule due to the doctor leaving. Horrible service, unsure why 3 visits are required to get new contacts ordered. Dont come here if you have a busy work schedule

My experience with the staff was outstanding Diamond was truly very gracious and handled the tremendous pressure of so many customers and so few workers. The store was very very busy but there were only two workers. with the double duty of sanitation and greeting everyone at the door plus trying to answer phones and take care of a dozen customers ridiculous for any boss to think that this is possible to do well. They handled the complaints from customers with grace but should not have had to be put in that position in the first place. Good job ladies!

Visionworks is taking every necessary step to keep people safe during the pandemic. You have to gave an appointment, everyone wears masks and gloves, people are kept 6 feet apart, glasses you try on are kept in a box you carry so they can be sterilized. It was a great experience. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Never come back to this place. I’ve done my eyes exam since last month and Doctor said will call me come back to give me trial pair of contact lens but been a month so far they didn’t contact me or give any trial pair either i been called them to many times to ask for it then they said will call me back right away to figured but they did not. They just ignored and doesn’t cares about their patient. Now i have to come directly to this store to ask them what’s going on. They make me wait for over an hour to find just one piece of contact lens. Now still waiting.. overall bad services.and another 2 hour wait but still got the same answered that don’t have lens for me. Ended up i was requested for my precription but they said they don’t have it yet.. what the hell..?

My grandma and I came here because she needed new glasses. She already had a prescription and made an appointment, she just needed to pick two pairs and pay for them. We ended up being helped by Larysa. The problem started when she kept asking me questions about my grandma like she isn’t capable of speaking for herself and then Larysa kept getting frustrated and throwing attitude around. At this point I looked to see what her name was and noticed her name tag was on upside down. Now, I know my grandma is soft spoken so she is hard to hear sometimes but being impatient and rude does not mix well with working customer service. Luckily, Samantha overheard and asked if she needed help only for Larysa to get mad and storm off so Samantha took over for us. I later learned that my father had similar issues with Larysa just months before when purchasing my younger sisters glasses. I am surprised she still works here after some other reviews I read about her as well. I’m planning to get myself some glasses soon so I am hoping I don’t get stuck with her myself.

Truly this place has the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s now been 4 months I still have not received my contactsI call weekly and get nothing then today I get out on hold for 15 minutes twice the third call says the store closed, mind you she answered knowing I was on hold and said she’d be right with me! UNBELIEVABLE absolutely NO response and no contacts on top of that they have the audacity to wonder why customers get upset. NEVER again.

Dr Ochoa wonderful the retail staff was great very helpful with helping us find a nice pair of glasses. Although I had issues with back-office verifying my insurance even though I called a few days prior to make sure they had everything they needed they told me they did when I got there they could not find my insurance information. They told me to call human resources and they wanted to reschedule me I look in to my work benefits and saw that I did indeed have insurance I walked back into the office and spoke to Sam she found my insurance right away if it wasnt for her I would have had to come back she was amazing. You got the back office staff work me in although I was there for three hours she made it right otherwise I would have gave this place a 4 🌟 even a 5 🌟

I find it ironic i was asked to review this location. I had an appointment for 9 to have my current glasses fitted and pick out new frames. As per the email I arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. I was greated by Diamond, who screamed at me we dont open until 9. At 9, I went in filled out the Covid protocol form, had my glasses adjustment, and picked out frames. This took until 930, again I was reminded by Diamond that my appointment wasnt until 10 and she told me where to sit and wait. At 1020, I asked the gentleman at the desk how soon until I will ne seen. He asked for my name, told me I was a no show as he did not have s Covid form for me, even though I was sitting there. He told me they would try to fit me in soon and could I fill out another form. I told him this is ridiculous and left.

I ordered a full year supply of contact lenses on 9/11. So far I have only received contacts for one eye (different prescriptions). Unable to contact anyone by phone. Number on receipt is wrong. This location has got their social distancing down pat. From the barricade at the entrance to the store to wipe down of all their equipment from any item you touch in the store its refreshing. I love the staff, Diamond is super friendly and.ahe knows what to do and how to handle situations Rockstar!🌝 The optometrist is really calm, nice and easy to work with. The assistant is super friendly she has red hair and is funny and awesome to deal with. Thanks for a great experience $1,200 later but worth it , this covered our vision exam and our 50% glasses and lenses son and I got 2 pairs of glasses. Note we paid putta cash hence the expense. Well be back again as usual.

I wouldn’t even want to give them one store! Absolutely terrible. I had my appointment booked for atleast a month and they waited til the night before my appointment to tell me they needed to cancel it due to double booking. Their website said the time slot was available and I received a confirmation even. So I called and they transferred me three different times and then put me on hold to speak to the manager which at that point I was on hold for atleast 3 min. I never received an apology but just an excuse as they are understaffed.

I was scheduled for an eye exam, but somehow they scheduled me to buy eye glasses. Employees were rude and tried to pinned the blame on me and were making excuses and didnt even apologize for wasting my time going there. They said I could reschedule for an eye exam in August, as If I would go back to a trash store and wait that long. I 100% scheduled for an eye exam, they booked me for the wrong thing. I am really disappointed in this place. I have gone here for at least 3-4 years to get my glasses/contacts and they have always done a good job. Recently, I wanted to get some computer glasses. I sit at a computer for 8 hours each day. I was struggling with eye strain, headaches, and sensitivity to light. It became so bad that I was struggling sometimes to get through the day. I learned about computer glasses, thinking that would be a good option, I spoke to one of the customer service representatives who recommended multi-focal lenses. However, because I sit at a computer so much of the day, I opted for a separate set of glasses for that specific arms-length distance. Because my prescription was from January, they told me I needed an eye exam. The severity of the problem made it worth a $70 eye exam. After paying $70 for an eye exam, he wrote the same prescription and added prism. When I finally got them, the prism was so painful for me that I couldnt wear them for more than a few minutes. I went right back that same day, at which point I had to make another appointment to speak with the doctor. Once I picked them up, they gave me my prescription from a year ago, which I can use to drive just fine and kept the prism. If I can drive in them, they are not computer glasses. Plus, I have a pair in my drawer, which I already tried to wear at my computer, but it didnt help. So now, they advise me to speak with the doctor again to get a new prescription. I called the next day to see if they could just bring down the strength to correct for an arms length for the computer since they have, three times in the same year, confirmed my prescription for distance. She said they could, but needed to speak to someone else. She calls me back and said that he brought it down and turns out it was that old script sitting in my drawer. Why do I have to define computer glasses to eye glass professionals? It is time for a refund.

Totally nice people (Nicole at Arrowhead) in the mall BUT wifes prescription was wrong! Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Prices are over the top! Wife got a complete pair with new frames via Costco for $159. My purchase for lenses only was $230! Its been nearly three weeks for me to get my glasses. Good instore experience wont make up for lack of follow thru by customer care.

There was really only one issue I had here, which does bring my rating down 2 stars. They have this machine called the Optos, which to my surprise I did not even know I was paying for. I was ill advised on the reason for it, they told me just to sit do it. I did not know the cost and I definitely would not have spent $40 on something I know I would not have done. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING, the DOCTORS WILL NOT TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING. In the words of the woman doctor “I EXPECT YOU TO READ EVERYTHING”

Everyone here made us feel welcome, almost like it was an everyday occurance for us to walk in! The optometrist was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We felt comfortable. The ladies out front were so patient, helping us decide between frames, THAT is the hardest part, I think.My husband and I had walked in on a 2-for-1 sale! So THAT was an added plus, also!
