Im over the mask mandates! The receptionist asked if I had a mask. I said no so she gave me one to wear. I asked her if it was required and she said yes. I told her Id be happy to wear it once everyone has their masks on. There were two women that were already there before I arrived and were being helped that did not have masks on.I saw at least one other person arrive after me that wasnt asked to wear a mask. I understand that as a private business you have the right to require your customers to wear masks to enter your premises but you also have an obligation to treat all your customers equally.Then theres the absurd policy they have that if you try on or even touch a pair of frames you have to put them in these yellow bins so that they can be cleaned before being put back on display. I never saw anyone clean or replenish the displays which obviously reduces customers options when shopping for frames.The gal that performed my eye exam was so impersonal and rushed me through as though she gets paid by the exam. She flipped through the options so quickly I had to keep asking her to go back and forth. She was very impatient and rude. After reading the reviews and seeing the photo included with one of them its is the same woman that did my exam! Im appalled to read all the negative reviews about her Nancy s feigned concern, and yet shes still working there! What kind of business are you running? I just hope she doesnt mess up my RX like some of the others who have left reviews.The gal that placed my order and took my money was the only decent employee I experienced. She took her time, answered my questions and was very pleasant.I wouldnt recommend Americas Best and I doubt Id ever go back again either.

Ive come here several times for glasses because they have great prices. The customer service here is is mediocre at best. The pleasantness is basic; only enough to not be rude. They NEVER greet you when you walk or acknowledge your existence when waiting at the check in counter. Its pretty frustrating. I think next time Ill pay more and get better service.

I came to this office today for an annual eye exam. My second time at this location.My visit today was nothing like my first visit. My appointment was at 915, I arrived at 9am, was finally taken in by the tech at 945. While taking the preliminary eye evaluation I was not able to see the screen in the little machine because of wearing a mask, it caused fogging up and I was unable to see the screen. When I told the tech, she response, oh no worries. I sat up and told her it was a worry ! If I was paying extra for the testing !!! After that fiasco, I was reseated to wait further to see the Dr. Several others were waiting.the Dr was loudly coughing, blowing his nose several times. The door to his office was wide open, so we all witnessed this. He didnt wash his hands or use sanitizer. So i asked to see the other Dr. When I went into her room, there was no greetings or pleasantries. She tried to rush me through an exam, I tried to tell her the machine wasnt placed where I could see out the eye openings and she made a rude response back. I asked what her name was, and she rudely responded it was on the door. I got up and walked out of her little room and took a picture of her name plate. Which is why it is included in my review in the picture. At that point I got up and walked out. When I talked to the front desk staff, they acknowledged what happened and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule.... I think NOT !Now Im reading the other reviews. This is normal behavior for this location. What a waste of my time.

This location is great! I was greeted by two lovely ladies, both named Brittany. Then Jade helped me with the initial portion of my exam. She was so nice! The doctor at this location is awesome! He was so quick to get through everything. He also offered to do one of my contacts not as an astigmatism lense which no doctor has offered before. He said since I’m on the cusp of it being an astigmatism that I could probably get away with either and he’s letting me do trial lenses and they work great! I’m happy to save the extra money and it’s really what works best for me but I’ve never been given the option by previous eye doctors. Rhonda helped me with picking frames and she is a real gem. It was a great experience. Highly recommend them.

I was the first appt of the day. I specifically scheduled it that way two weeks prior. Another customer who said his appt was 10 mins after mine (I heard him say as he checked in) and was taken back before my daughter.The doctor was also15 mins late to the store. He said because of traffic....it was a Sunday morning at noon?! He was also rude to my 10 year old during the appt, annoyed by questions she asked. The staff was rude as well. We ordered our glasses. Waited 10 day only to find out they ordered the wrong pair. Apparently Rhonda had the wrong tag... I dont know what that means or why a customer needs to be told that, but without apology, she said wed have to wait and come back in 10 more days. Poor service. Not going back.

While the people were very nice, I felt like I was on an assembly line. the dr. was talking and moving so fast that I didnt understand her most of the time and had to ask her to repeat constantly. I didnt feel like I was as important as getting the numbers done. I wont be going back.

2 pair of glasses with lenses and eye exam with a COMPLETE total of $69.95 with no insurance. I was expecting a bunch of hidden fees and add ons like all the other places. They let me know upfront when certain things would cost more like the two other eye machines so I could chose if it was worth the money.

Had my prescription sunglasses stolen out of my car 10 days before I was moving out of the country. Called Americas Best and they rushed a new pair to me within 7 days so I was able to have a new pair before leaving Arizona permanently. Thank you for a great customer experience.

The optometrist decided that I suddenly had a small astigmatism. I do not. They handed me the glasses. I cannot see out of them. I told them that I could not see out of them. They didnt care and insisted that the new prescription was right. I tried to wear them for a few weeks, but the glasses warp the world horribly and give me a headache every time I wear them.Ive just been wearing a 7-year-old prescription for months since then because the old glasses dont hurt to wear. The old prescription is not correct either anymore, but its good enough to work and it doesnt harm me like the new one does. The biggest problem with that though, is that now Ive developed a strong left-eye dominance because my left eye still matches the very old prescription, but its not quite strong enough anymore for my right eye.

The receptionist who checked me out was really nice and the person whom I picked up my glasses with was the sweetest person. However, giving this place one star. Dr Elaine Oetomo was extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not even greet me when I walked into her room, I sat down and she practically rushed the whole exam within 3 minutes. I sat on the waiting room for an 1 hour, longer than she took with to do my exam. I attempted to ask a couple questions and she seemed like she did not care or even attempted to answer my questions. Practically blew me off with a couples rushed “yeah yeah” and when doing my exams she did not take the time to let me concentrate on the 1 or 2 options to get the correct prescription. She rushed through it and made feel intimidated to ask her to show me the options again. Now that I picked up my glasses the lens is TWICE as thick as my last prescription, way too strong of a prescription, and vision is completely blurry with my NEW glasses. I rescheduled a new exam with a different store we’ll see how that goes.

Arrowhead is full of rude people and absolutely never call you about your glassesMy husband and I both had to be retested to find out our prescriptions from the first optometrist was completely off!! She was to busy on her phone and picking at her toes to focus on any patients. She rushes you in and out and does not let you complete any answers on your vision!!I’m sorry, but just a quick spurt of hand sanitizer isn’t gonna disinfect what she does!!

Made a appointment for 12:45pm. Got there about 12:35pm. Checked in was told to go check frames out. Well most frames where in the used bucket so didn’t really have a lot to look at. At 1:25pm I finally left without seeing the eye Dr. for my eye exam. Why make a appointment when it seems not to matter. Told the lady up front I had to leave cause I had been waiting and still hadn’t seen the Dr. and she was not to concerned or seemed to care. No big deal. Lots of other places to get exams and eye glasses. Never again.

After spending 40 minutes waiting for my exam, Dr. Oetomo spent about 2 minutes (max) with me. I let her know my vision has gotten a bit worse and she just said. uh-huh, uh-huh. Yeah. Only to be told my prescription was the same. She never once made eye-contact, didnt answer any of my questions, and rushed me out of her office like I was the one wasting HER time. As soon as I went to wait to check out, Dr. Oetomo grabbed her purse and left. She was clearly in a hurry to get somewhere and doing my eye exam was not high on her priority list. Never again. That wasnt an exam. The prescription is too messy to read. On top of that, I waited an additional 20 minutes after I picked out my frames to be seen because all of the staff decided to take lunch together. So rude. After seeing all these poor reviews, Im amazed this branch is still open. My Americas Best on the East coast was far superior.

Its been a long time since I last seen an eye doctor to replace my old glasses,,they were very professional and they kept in touch with me even when I couldnt make my original appointment, but they never gave up on calling me to reschedule,,I would recommend this branch on bell rd to everyone,,thank you America best for your service and kindness ❤ 😊 😀 thumps up. This place is probably one of the rudest locations I have been to. The ladies up front are just straight up mean and do not want to be there or help you out. If you are younger be prepared to be treated unfairly. There are plenty of other locations that are happy to help without giving snarky comments and making you feel bad about yourself.

Yeah, I really dont know what to say. I went to the Thunderbird location a few years ago and had a really good experience-quick, affordable and accurate. Came in a couple of years later and Im not sure what has happened. Tried two locations and the same negative attitude from staff-always looking down at charts, paperwork or the phone. I had tried to cut them slack due to Covid. And in one instance I even had an appointment and was left stood there. No acknowledgement, no eye contact, nothing. Was told my insurance was accepted, and then when I was done with the exam, I had to pay cash because it wasnt covered after all... Now, when I went to confirm my contact prescription and verify/test it, my eye that doesnt require correction is much clearer and better than the one with the contact!?! When asked if I could have a set of trials, I was told just to buy a box and see if it works (that is pretty pricey). When I went to order a set of trials, she just nodded from the phone and waved me off. I was basically ignored again. It took what felt like a year for them to even find my chart. I think Ive given up on the franchise and might just go to a regular optometrist.

All employees I encountered (receptionist, initial eye examiner, eye doctor and the gal who helps you try glasses, order them and take the payment) were very professional and courteous. For those concerned about covid-19 and not going anywhere, no worries. Theyre all sanitized and mashed up in there!!

Went to Arrowhead location today May 18th to update my contacts prescription I know my eyes are getting worse. Go in with the gentleman he tells me I need to change and I proceed to ask a question about the big jump and he thinks Im arguing with him which I am not I was just surprised about the big jump. And he then goes are you gonna listen to me or not to let me explain. Excuse me and of course Im trying to keep my cool this dr needs to learn how to talk to patients. Then he tells me hes just gonna keep my old prescription WHAT!!!! DIDNT YOU JUST SAY I WAS DIFFERENT AND HELLO DIDNT I TELL YOU I CANT SEE!! I CANT BE THE SAME!!! but at this point I was so over this guy I just wanted out I will go elsewhere. I guess you get what you pay for when you pay $89.00 horrible manners by the dr I will never go back after that experience. Plus I would like to see.

Don’t go to the arrowhead store! Disorganized... disorganized... disorganized.. I am not one to leave a bad review but this was the WORST service I’ve had in a long long time. I’d avoid this center and drive somewhere else. The girls at the front desk & both ladies in exam rooms don’t direct customers where to go.. Customers are confused.The Hispanic girl in the first exam room wasn’t wiping down the machine after each customer.. but was getting an attitude with people who didn’t have a mask. One lady who may be the manager, glasses and brown hair, she was the only reason I’m giving a star. She was friendly and helpful.To top it off they never called me to let me know my glasses are in weeks later. I call and they say they’ll call back because they had customers. 4 hours later no call. I call back and the girl says my glasses were already picked up by someone else. Then she realizes she made a booboo and I go to pick them up and...I can’t see out of the glasses. Seriously?

The absolute worst customer service around. Dont fall for the 2 pairs for _______ price if you have insurance like i did. Also went to pick up half of my order (bought 2 pairs, 2nd pair hasnt shown up yet a week and a half later and no phone call updating me on anything) and the wooden frames were bent..... Sales person says ohh ill just bent them back cuz thats acceptable i guess.

For the most part this location is pretty good. When I had my exam it was a pleasant experience. But today trying to pick up my glasses was AWFUL! I was ignored and when I asked to pick my glasses the young lady behind the counter acting overly busy. Acted like I was a total bother. She handed me my glasses and walked away... never asked me how they were or how they fit nothing... and to top it off they werent very busy.... very disappointed 😞

Fantastic group of people. Try their best to help, so quit yelling at them. They are doing what they can, even when customers are upset. I have never had a bad experience here. And they were wiping down everything between each customer. Takes a little longer, but safety first. Great job.

Went in and had my appointment scheduled. The staff was very rude. Went to have eyes checked and the doctor was too quick with asking info. Asked him to slow down and he didnt. So the glasses I have, I have given 21/2 weeks to adjust to and they are just a bad prescription have to use older glasses, total waste of time and money. Sent two other family members in for glasses and one is still waiting 2 1/2 weeks after the appointment and has been told it still hasnt shipped. When I called today I was hung up on to clear the lines 3 times and finally talked to someone on the 4th call. Horrible experiences with this location.

The staff unwelcoming. The optometrist is curt. I only use AB for my prescription, which I am upfront about when I am there and they treated me very poorly as a result. My prescription was barley readable due to the poor penmanship of the optometrist rushing and when I asked to verify what was written so when ordering my glasses they were dismissive. I hope I order the right prescription since I need my glasses to drive.

Took my child here for an eye exam and was told my child needed glasses. I something about it didnt feel right. I took my child to two other optometrists and they both agreed my child doesnt have an vision problems. Now Im out the cost of the glasses. They misdiagnosed my child and wont refund me. Do not take your child here!!!!! Very rushed when you do get to see someone.

For the most part Americas Best is a good glasses provider. Ive never had a problem with the eye doctors and 9/10 times the other associates are very nice and helpful. I would be weary going to their contact classes though. I went there for my first time trying contacts and the associate helping me was doodling sketches on a note pad and not giving any helpful advice in putting the contacts in past apply more pressure. I did this so much my eyes puffed up and turned red to which she asked me if my eyes were sensitive. A month later or so a eye doctor asked me how I got the lesions on my eyes. Past that one bad experience the other associate was very helpful trying diffrent methods and ways to help me get my contacts in and out.

Wish I could leave zero stars! They advertise $89 exam and glasses. You will NEVER walk out spending $89. My app. Was at the end of January. My husband just picked up my contacts today. I normally do not send my husband on my errands but after the experience picking up my glasses, he insisted. Sooo rude. I can handle rude. I hate being ripped off. I spent $189.00 and got a exam, cheap glasses that take me back to middle school and now today 2 contacts! Not 2 boxes, two contacts in a sandwich bag! I can handle a attitude problem things are rough out there today, but money? RIP OFF.

Took an half an hour after being told there was only 2 people before me for it only to take 10 second to try on the glasses and leave.Would not recommend.

Eye dr was great, very informative. My new glasses were going to take a week or so to arrive, and they would call me when ready. After 2 weeks, I hadnt heard anything so I called them. Took them multiple tries to find my order. Finally they said it would be there the following day. I confirmed that they had my correct number and that they would call when they arrived. After another 3 days, I called them since I hadnt heard back. They had a hard time finding my order, finally said they were waiting on my glasses to arrive. Again I asked them to call me when they arrived. After another 4 more days, I called again to see if they arrived. After they finally found the order again, they had my order! When I went to get my glasses, 2 other people were there to get their glasses and the staff could not find their orders at first.

They made me SO unhappy here. I came in did my exam and got two glasses. On 8/3/20 they called me ready for pick up and got my prescription wrong. They had to order new ones and it’s been almost a week now. The lady had to ask for the manager if I could get contacts like I didn’t even asked for contacts and I don’t wear them for a reason so I just threw them away. Anyways still waiting on my glasses.. once I pick them up I’m never going here again

Great customer care, , thank you so much for all the years of service, my family and I would not go anywhere else but here. After purchasing and picking up our glasses, they have the 30 days satisfaction guaranteed and return policy, I bring them back to the store because of either they are wrong glasses/frame or prescription, so they send them back for an adjustment. Pam, the manager is awesome, she can really accommodate and always willing to help you, never send you away unhappy! Thanks Pam and all the staff. Horrible customer service. Seriously. Front desk and techs. They mutter to each other about how they dont want to assist you right in front of you and try to pass you off to another employee on your first time trying contacts. When you try to call and talk to the front desk (associate named AMY) about a situation you are having they cut you off and dont listen, very rudely then repeats, well, when would you like to schedule. Its not that hard to be courteous. When you work in customer service yourself, this place will make your stomach churn.

I cannot remember the full name of the doctor I saw but her last name starts with an O. Dont bother to ask her questions or for additional information because she has zero desire to help you. Each time I attempted to speak she repeated yeah yeah yeah while I was speaking. She never stopped talking long enough to actually hear my questions or concerns. I have to wonder if she is paid based on the number of patients she sees because she seemed only concerned about moving me along to the next station.Also, their website states that they accept Care Credit for payment, however this is not entirely true. They will only accept it if it has a visa or mastercard logo on it. I didnt place my order (due to the misinformation about payment) and Im now considering going elsewhere because I do not have confidence in the prescription issued.Rochelle, the Optician that worked with me, was very nice and patient. She is the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2.

I got a regular pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses through them. My regular pair got broken and they replaced them through the warranty. After a month of getting the new pair they were scuffing and scratching WAY to easily when my sunglasses were the same type and coding of lenses set aside the shading and the same for the glasses they replaced. I called the store and they even admitted the manufacturer probably messed up! But now Im BARELY over my year for my prescription to be expired and they WERE going to replace my lenses as a courtesy being not my fault then said oh your prescription expired so its either pay 45 dollars for a new exam or get a free exam and buy new frames and lenses. Um no this is their fault not mine. Spoke with corporate and they spoke with the doctor who did my exam and he refused to just extend my prescription which they told me they do often and not to worry. Americas Best and their Eye Doctors are just greedy, nothing more. I cant get any better of a prescription than I have now or else I would be seeing through walls! Avoid them at all costs! If they did right by you then your one of the lucky few!

No issues to report. My appointment was held pretty accurately. The eye doctor was helpful with my specific situation.Yes, after the doctor visit you are left to roam around and not be told what exactly to do. Apparently you find a few frames and grab a seat. Better communication would be great.I was in and out the door pretty quickly. No hard up sell and the staff was friendly. A dull kind of friendly.Glasses pickup was quick and easy. No adjustments needed for me.Price was affordable and the glasses should last a few years.

I was going to leave 1 star but Pearl saved the day.. she was so sweet and nice. but whomever was wearing the blue apron at the “glasses pick up counter” was ridiculously rude. never was greeted. i might be young but not all young people are rude or disrespectful so when i haven’t even done anything wrong and am thrown attitude for no reason by her i’m going to leave upset. ESPECIALLY when she was super nice to the older man before us. she had an opinion about me before anything was even said... so if you’re young.. good luck picking up your glasses because she won’t help you.

I was concerned after reading the reviews about going but then I remembered that the majority of people do not go out of their way to write positive reviews but thrive on bashing when they are less than satisfied. I dont want to be one of those people so I wanted to share my experience. I went in on a Saturday an hour and a half prior to closing, they got me in even before my appointment time. I could tell everyone was pretty much over being there by that time (which is completely understandable!!!) especially because all their computer systems were down. No one was rude by any means, in fact when approached they were all very courteous and friendly. No one tried to up sell me or deceive me in any way. I made the decision to make a purchase, the sales rep was extremely helpful in making my decision and was honest about what looked best, I really appreciated that. All in all was I completely wowed? No. But I was completely satisfied and I think that is exactly what you should expect going in. Perhaps the other reviewers did have such awful experiences and mine was the fluke, but I am more inclined to believe that most reviewers are those difficult people we have all encountered working with the public... the ones that are never satisfied or have unreasonable expectations. This is a very busy office and they have to deal with all kinds of people all day long and perhaps if we strive to be better customers we would receive better customer service... just a thought.

1. When you call they say you can get two glasses for $69. The glasses in the $69 category are terrible and very Low quality. Also with every option you add to he glasses the price goes up and in the end to get decent glasses you find your price at more than $300 for 2 glasses!2. They let you do the eye exam and then they surprise you with the prices of the glasses and all the options. They don’t let you know all the details or some before the eye exam. They should make everything clear before going through with the exam so you can change your mind if necessary.3. The technician/doctor who does the eye exam doesn’t speak good English and was hard to understand which makes the test inaccurate and confusing since there is a language barrier.4. My wife Teresa is a customer and bought a progressive pair of glasses and they did not work on her eyes. So Pam the manager switched them to reading glasses. Their was a difference of $69.00 and was told she would be refunded the amount back to her CC. Well month and a half later no refund. Countless trips in to Americas best and no refund from Pam. Just excuses and passing the buck. Pams lack of customer service makes this facility Americas worst. This is a simple fix. But Pam will not take time to resolve this simple customer issue. We have been loyal cutomers for years and just ask can someone within the organization help us get our refund?We would be happy to take down our review and give a great one. Again can someone help with a simple refund?

After my sons appointment, I had my glasses adjusted. She popped my lense out and snapped my lense in half. They are replacing my lenses for free as expected but I have spent almost a week without glasses to drive and work. I have had a constant headache and this has put undue strain on my family. She barely even apologized. She acted like, oh well, these things happen. I cant imagine that I could find a reason to want to come back after we get our glasses.

Life is not always what we want it to be a lesson learnedAnyway with that being said i went to this store and service was wonderful wait was a little inconvenient but all in all the doctor who i saw knew exactly what i needed when she did my eye exam was pleased to get the right glasses and were stylish and comfortable and staff was very helpful came back a few times because i needed to get my glasses cleaned and they did it for me because I didnt have any money to get them cleaned will be coming here in the future excellent service :)

We’ve been here annually it’s always the same... very very slow. 1-2 people to check you out. I’m exhausted when I leave waiting hours for simply ordering/ check out. I don’t know if they just attract clients that love to chat or feel a whole day to devote to getting glasses and contacts. I think this will be the last time we come here. I think Nationwide has more staff.

Not sure why so many bad reviews here. I have been going to ABCE for over 20 years. The staff has been courteous and very organized each time with a few forgivable exceptions of course. This happens with any business. Appointments can run overtime because they spend the time necessary with each client. They are the best value around if you buy into and keep renewing the $99 three year club membership. With the membership, I get free eye exams and can order my boxes of contacts for only 12.95 a box if I buy a whole years worth. plus 10% off everything else. That saves me about $50 which which pays for half of my club membership. Whenever I call around, no one come close to the savings. Walk in with a smile, be pleasant and patient and you will be treated well. I do not work for the company. Ive just been a long time happy client & they deserve a pat on the back.

First time visiting this location but have been a customer of Americas Best for a while now. This is by far the worst experience in customer service. On appointment day I arrived 10min early to fill out the form. I waited 40min (not counting the 10 I was early) to finally be seen but it was just that initial pretest thing, that’s fine. I wait another 15 to be seen by Dr. another 10-15 to tell them which glasses I wanted, and finally I was out. I did notice that not once while I was there did anyone come and say sorry for the long wait time, we apologize. I was not the only customer complaining, we all started sharing how long we each had been waiting…I won. Come back 8 days later to pick up the glasses. Girl at front desk is on the phone so I patiently wait standing. She looks up and smiles, acknowledging my presence. Second woman walks in and waits there, somehow second customer gets asked her name first. Now I gave her my name and the fact that I was picking up glasses, she says, “Have a look while you get called”. OK, I wait 25min and finally walk up to the desk and there is a second person there. She asks how she can help me, I told her I was picking up glasses. She asked if my name was on the list, I said yes. Next she asks me to have a seat to try on the glasses, I sit, she gets the glasses from the drawer, I try on both pairs, they fit, here are a couple of cases for your glasses, have a nice day…..I was done in UNDER 5min. What the hell just happened, and I was not in a place to say a word because I was just too upset at the moment and did not want to be one of those people just going off on a rant. Never again, thinking of trying Nationwide Vision next time.

I had a very good experience from the beginning. Staff was friendly, patient and very helpful. The eye exam was done earlier than scheduled. The day after I visited the store, I had changed my mind about the 2nd pair of glasses and wanted sunglasses instead, no problem. Upon pick up, Staff again was prompt at greeting me and friendly and took their time to fit the glasses. The Order for both pair was correct and received in a timely manner. I would definitely return.

Im glad I didnt read reviews before I went. My 6 year first pair of glasses, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear there was no up charges for the lighter weight lens. Normally it would cost you an arm and a leg because they know you would spend the money for your kids. We did bring our own prescription so the experience didnt feel that long. The lady that helped us was very nice and the price seemed cheap. I will let you know in 7 business day when its time to pick up, how my first time experience with buying glasses goes.

This place is terrible. The staff was rude and unpersonable with terrible customer service skills. When the glasses were ready for pickup, the tech broke one of the pairs while adjusting them and couldnt care less about it. The perscription was incorrect and took over a month to get retested so the lab could finally get it right. The money you think youll be saving at AB will leave you with bad service and an even worse cheap product. Dont go to Americas Worst, spend the extra money and go to a reputable eye doctor and eye glass place.

They have a 30 day refund policy. Your stuck with glasses that arent right but they say they are. Tried multiple times getting them adjusted but they dont record the times youve been in. Be a ware of fine print the customer service is no help. Bad experience i would think twice before going there.

Horrible. I called to ask for my prescription so I could order glasses online. I was put on hold for 10 minutes to be told I have to redo an exam and that’ll be $90 just so I can have my prescription.... I just wanted my previous prescription, I don’t need to spend $90 on another exam. VERY unpleased. Wont be returning.

It really sucks when you have contacts and your pretty much blind after your exam. This happened last time I came here. They need like a second waiting room or something. The set up is really awkward.

I was treated good by the staff. I did have to wait a little longer for my appointment which was at 4:00 I didnt get seen till 4:15. The exam was quick, free and the Doc was great he seemed like he knew what he was doing. The only thing I did not like was having to wait a couple extra days to get my glasses. Other than that everything was fine.

I would have given them one star but the manager was quick enough to fix the problem. First of all, we waited for an hour just to pick up my sons glasses. The lady in the front told us to wait at the back to be called our name since where you pick up your glasses are full. One hour has passed no one called until I talked to the manager and asked questions about my other son wanting a goggles and how much. Then I told her how long does it take to just to picked up my other sons glasses and she told me theyll be right with you. I told her we waited for so long. Then she quickly helped us immediately and even the other people. Shes fast and quick. They need to clone her. I dont know why they have a list (they jot down your name on a list 1st thing you come in) if theyre just going to ignore it. From my experiences, wether you have an appointment or not youll stay about atleast 1-3 hours in there. I wish I could just ask the manager all the time to help me because shes very nice, attentive, know what shes doing and fast.

Way too long of a wait. 7 people came in after me and they all left before me. My advise: Dont look at glasses after your appt because they see that and make you wait longer. My guess is they do it in hopes that you buy something. All it did was screw up my plans for the day. Wont be back.

Spent well over 300 dollars on glasses for my SENIOR mother. She needs progressive lenses. Turns out this place doesnt know what they are doing and sold her glasses with lenses that werent even big enough to be progressive lenses. Essentially cutting her vision in half! Save your money and go to a legit eye doctor.

Alecia, Dr. Schweiger, the manager, and a co-worker to the rescue!!Store 5547Long story short......On February 18, 2019, I arrived for my eye exam. Brittany greeted me with a smile. The nice young lady did my eye test and had great customer service skills. Dr. Schweiger was very educational in the exam. Everything was going great. But then, it was time meet with the young lady who would help me put my glasses together. She asked if I wanted reading glasses. I asked her what my options were based on my prescription. She again just asked if I wanted reading glasses. I have never had glasses before, and didnt know what I was supposed to do, so I reluctantly said yes, give me reading glasses. I felt like she just wanted to get rid of me so she could go to lunch. But then the good news came.......I decided to revisit the doctor and my case on February 22, 2019. He clarified what my options were with my prescription. He was patient and answered all my questions. He even spoke with the manager to help me reconfigure my previous purchase. The manager was extremely customer service driven. She was a great leader. I was then teamed up with Alecia. She spent almost two hours with me. She thoroughly explained all my options, the pros and cons to my options, and directed me in manner that let me know she was really concerned about my eye health. I ended up with one pair of reading glasses and one pair of distance glasses. I already have my reading glasses and I will have my distance glasses soon. Alecia would not let me leave until I was completely satisfied with my purchase and the fit of my reading glasses. Even though my first purchase left me with buyers regret, Alecia, Dr. Schweiger, the manager, and co-workers, truly made this rating deserving of a 5.
