Mo and Kayla were wonderful!! I am not a good patient at the eye doctor and Mo was beyond patient. I also did not have anyone to help me look for glasses so she helped with that! I was so thankful for the great costumer service!!

The office manager and staff provide excellent customer service. Ive taken different family members here for their glasses and have never been disappointment with the front side of the team. Although, Dr. Burger is not warm and inviting the rest of the team make of for his lack.

From the doctor to the staff. Everyone was the sweetest and nicest and very professional. I was not expecting to do anything today, but they took me right in. In and out quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Having Lens Crafters at Macys to use my Macys card and get stars towards my rewards a larger value for me. Both the manager and Carol at Arrowhead Mall AZ helped us in the last few days both me and my adult daughter and we love our discounts, stars, and designer frames

This was my second visit to this Lenscrafters. They met my expectations again, from Dr. Reyes and the technician to the eyeglass selection and fitting. My 2 pairs of glasses were ready in 4 days and I was very pleased. Thanks to everyone!

Bought contact lenses for my daughter back in October of 2019 and they are still not in. She is 13 and needs them for school. The clowns that work there keep giving me the run around how they are on back order. Staff is so inconsistent but doctor is great. Never again Lenscrappers. Online order was here in 3 weeks. Get your snizz together as you making the doctor look bad.

I recommend this place, the manager was very helpful when vision works wouldnt help fix my glasses. He knows his job, found me replacement frames for my lenses and got me seeing again.

I really enjoyed my visit. My contacts are finally the correct perscription, my daughter had a great time at her first visit, and I left with a decent amount of contact solution for the first time since Ive been going to Lenscrafters. A+ experience!

NEVER COME HERE! bought glasses here for $500 and had my eye specialist at my original place check my glasses and they were incorrect and focal points were wrong they refused to fix them never coming back here again! Instead of addmitting they made them wrong they argued with me saying they were all correct and no issues with them.

Went into location and scheduled a appt the guy working there said someone would call the day before to confirmed the appointment, well no one called. I had to call the day of the appointment to ensure everything was fine before making the drive and nope appt was never set up. Very disappointed

Keep saying my order has been delayed. They wouldnt even make a phone call to let me know it was going to take longer. I had to repeatedly call to figure out why it was delayed and still couldnt get a straight answer. Disappointing experience.

Very bad service and experience. There are not able to deliver on orders and delaying the order. They are not even communicating that the order is delayed.

Melissa was top notch eyewear educator 👩‍🏫. I had a style or two in mind and I asked her to create a third option for me… Melissa was able to capture that moment w/o spin… just a knack for listening 👂 and applying character to the persons appeal.Thanks for the experience.
