Great experience. I was back in town for a couple of weeks and needed a new set of glasses and prescription. Dr. Blank was very professional and my glasses were ready ahead of schedule. At the time of pick-up I dropped off my old glasses to be fixed and have the new prescription added them also. Before they were done i had to head back to California. The office staff assured me they would send them on when they were ready. They arrived today professionally wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box(i didnt have the case with me) and in excellent condition. Very happy with the professionalism, courtesy, and quality. Thanks to everyone there.

I may change this but right now Im totally disappointed with the optician I saw. I went to pick up the glasses with the new prescription and couldnt see far couldnt see close up. I was fine with having another appointment to get my prescription adjusted UNTIL I was called and told my prescription was correct and that is it! I was welcome to still come in but the original prescription was correct. They argued with me. If I could have seen out of the new glasses Id have been exceptionally happy. I couldnt. I did keep the appointment to have my prescription adjusted. I did ask to change from Dr Lisa Reyes to Dr Robin Blank. Dr Reyes has no interest in the vision of her patients only that she is RIGHT. I went to my appointment with Dr Blank. Im adjusting my rating from one star to three because he listened to my desire for a single vision pair of glasses and Im confident I will be able to see out of them.

Something had lodged itself in my eye, and I was having difficulty removing it. I had thought about just removing my eye and being done with it, but I figured I would try doing something less extreme first. I could always explore that option in the future. I searched all around the area in hopes of finding an ophthalmologist that could help me on short notice and was having little luck until I stumbled upon Pearson Eyecare Group. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was detailed and informative. It turns out that whatever was causing my ocular shenanigans had fallen out and I was left with some minor eye irritation and a bruised ego. The doctor was more than happy to help me out with my eye irritation, but unfortunately could not salvage what remained of my ego.In all seriousness, I had a pleasant experience with Pearson Eyecare Group and I highly recommend them!

What a nice office and helpful group of people up front. I had a concern about my son’s prescription from another place and was willing to pay for a double-check of the script. While he could have just done the exam and collected the money, Dr Macklin came up personally and explained why the recheck was not necessary and put to rest my concerns. He was very kind. Based on this interaction and the front office, I will return for future care.

I had a wonderful experience while having my annual optometrist appointment. I was taken in immediately with no waiting. Jake gave me a thorough eye exam. He wiped all of the equipment that I needed to touch so I was confident it was sterile. He adjusted everything to fit comfortably. Dr. Blank explained the results in a methodical, easy to understand way. Instead of the is 1 better or 2, he had a starting point, explained what he was changing the view to in gradual steps so I could easily choose the best one for me. I am confident that my new glasses will be the best possible. I highly recommend the entire office team.

We’ve been taking our family to Pearson Eye Group within the Lenscrafters outside of the Arrowhead mall for several years now. I am very pleased with Pearson Eye Group. Their staff is always friendly, considerate and caring and do everything to make a person comfortable. Pearson Group has all the most up to date equipment to help one obtain the best analysis of your eye health. I saw Dr. Justin Macklin at my last visit and he indeed gets five stars. He really took the time to explain my exam and results to me. I left my exam feeling happy that I had received the best of care.

It is ironic that an eye doctor cant read. I would not trust these people to check my dogs eyes. This office and its doctors refuse to give an eye exam to children with a medical exemption for mask, which is a violation of the following: the Americans With Disabilities Act, City of Glendale, AZ mask guidelines, Maricopa County mask guidelines, and basic common sense.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. Please stop talking about your patients when they leave it is really unprofessional, the walls are thin so I was able to hear everything. Did not feel comfortable at this place. The personnel was rude, remember customer service is important but apparently they only choose who they want to be nice to. Dont plan coming back.

I recently visited Pearson Eyecare Group for a problem with my prescription that was filled last December. I didnt fill this prescription in December because I didnt feel I needed to at that time. My visit was strictly to have my eyes checked but as always you get a new prescription. 2 weeks ago I decided to get a new pair of glasses and fill the prescription at our local Costco. Received the glasses back and tried them out. I could not wear the glasses because I immediately got a headache. After further discussion with my wife and going over the December prescription we concluded that somehow this prescription was written incorrectly. I went back to Pearson to see if they would consider taking some responsibility that possibly they made a mistake, they blamed it all on me and said my choices in the exam room was the reason for the problem with my new prescription. The doctor wasnt a bit compassionate to my issue, he just kept blaming it all on me and said I should just get the new prescription filled with the exam that was done today. I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!! I QUESTION THE DOCTORS KNOWLEDGE, HE IS THE REASON MY PRESCRIPTION WAS INCORRECT!!! Ive been wearing glasses since I was in the 4th grade, NEVER has this happened to me. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE!!!

This particular eye care group is extremely progressive. They use all of the latest equipment and offer a very thorough eye exam. Also, from the first phone call on I was treated with friendliness and respect. Everything was explained thoroughly and questions answered. I recommend them to anyone seeking an eye exam and new eye glasses.

Went some where else and got glasses that just did not fit properly. I stopped in just to see what choices they had. With the help they gave me I quickly found new frames. The next day I had my eyes re-examined and was told 7-10 days wait for new glasses. In 5 days I got a text to let me know my glasses were in. They fit perfectly, I can see again. Everyone here was great.

Clean office, friendly and helpful staff. Assistant and doctor very thorough and competent. Explaining every procedure and test in clear language. I appreciate being able to have a complete exam without the use of the eye drops to dilate the pupils.The convenient location in the mall makes it easy to combine the trip with other errands.

This was my second refraction..last one a year ago ...I decided to have the extra tests to play it safe and was very pleased that I did. All personnel are very personable and very capable. They work to give you the best price for what youre buying, I wasnt rushed. All of their frames are quality. I have purchased much more expensive frames, elsewhere, that constantly fell apart...not so at Lenscrafters. Highly recommend them. My daughter has used them exclusively for many years and she recommended them to me...so glad I finally made the change!

Great experience. All of their equipment is new and very “up with the times”. The staff is friendly and the office is clean. Dr. Reyes is so knowledgeable and did an excellent job at making sure I got the right prescription. I will be coming back!

Have used this group for years. I have always been pleased with the experience. When they do a complete exam they have all equipment and I get a thorough exam. The staff is pleasant and Dr. Reyes is excellent.

I had to go to Pearson Eyecare after getting a bad prescription from another eye specialist. The Pearson staff were very professional and I was able to see them right away. The doctor was kind and explained everything as he went through the examination. The contacts he prescribed worked out perfectly. Overall it was a great experience!!!!

Excellent service, from the front desk desk to the assistant, to Dr page and Linda who was also wonderful helping me find the right glasses. This is why we go to Lens Crafters every year. I always feel comfortable after my exams that everything was done right.

What a disappointment. Scheduled appointments online for my wife and myself. Filled in all of the forms online and submitted ahead of time. Got the date and times we had requested. Repeated received confirmation emails. Good so far.THEN, on the day of the exams, had to fill in more paperwork. Waited 1 1/2 hours for our examines. My wife had to be retested since the tests had not been performed accurately.OLD AGE has its issues. Sitting in a very cold examination room for more than 1/2 hour, the bladder fills up. When I asked where the restrooms were, I was rudely informed that I would have to go to the other end of the mall to use those public facilities. (I could see and EMPLOYEE ONLY sign on a restroom door outside).

Really like the new office. It has a very professional feel and spacious. Feels very seperate from the eye glass sales which is nice.

Have scheduled my annual appointment with Dr Reyes for years. Always appreciate the ease of scheduling appointments; the staff who remembers me and helps make each visit seamless; and Dr Reyes professional, caring exams and explanations. Have already scheduled my appt for next year.

Long story short, I called in on a Sunday because my eye was super irritated (thought I had pink eye, but it was actually a Corneal Ulcer yeesh!!!!D:), they were able to put me in that day, and the next day for a follow up, they took care of me and my eye is healed and way better, here is my review:This is probably the best experience Ive had at ANY doctors office by, they staff are amazing, super friendly, wait times are near nill, and the doctors care are your eye health, The prices are VERY fair especially without insurance and they offer all sorts of discounts too. Even the people inside of the Lenscrafters (which is also connected to the Dr.s office, is super friendly too, Ill definitely be going here when I plan on getting some glasses.:) GO HERE PLEASE I BEG OF YOU!!!!:D

I had a very good experience with this group. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they did a very thorough exam, answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. The pre-exam was more thorough than any I had ever known, the tech was knowledgeable and courteous, as was the Dr. during that part of the appointment. Afterwards, as they are in a Lenscrafters location, I was allowed to browse without being pressured to hurry up and order any new glasses, they gave me the time I wanted until I was ready for assistance.

The office was clean, I got right in there was no waiting The Doctor was great he explained everything he was doing the staff was professional and helpful very good experience

I have been a customer of Lens Crafters for many years in Minnesota, but recently moved to Az and was exited to find the store at the Arrowhead mall.From the Pearson Eyecare Group I recieved the most thorough eye examination I can remember. I was most impressed with the friendly attitude of all the staff and the great care taken by the Doctor to explain the test results in evey detail.

Great group of people at this location I highly recommend them.
