Place is awesome and a great place to get an exam and glasses. However, trying to get an appointment or reschedule is impossible. You can call and wait to talk to someone and then after waiting for 10 min be sent to voicemail after waiting. Even after leaving a message you might not even get a call back.

It is a teaching clinic so an advanced student will go through the tests and then a teacher will verify their findings. This leads to more thorough testing and discovery of things missed eye docs missed for years. Its amazing to see how were supposed to.They also overturned the findings of a chain clinic, whos doctor sold my girlfriend $500 glasses she didnt need that only gave her a headache.I cant express this enough, this is the place to come from minor check ups to more serious stuff. They gave me back my life after a TBI messed up my vision and gave me migraines-this place is amazing the past 5 years.

I needed to get contacts and had special fitting needs. Both doctors I saw and their students were friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Fitting was done properly and follow up was done quickly. Waiting time was minimal for all appointments, online check-in made that easy as well. Overall an exceedely pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Great experience. my glasses were perfect and affordable. everyone was great to work with.

Very disappointed. I called and selected the option to call back and its been over 24 hours with no call back. I then called again a lady answered and told me she had to put me back on hold. For which I sat for 10 minutes, with no one coming to the phone. This is not the kind of customer service I was expecting.

The visit was pleasant and handled very professionally. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Midwestern University and I will be back for all future visits. Thank you!

Efficient, knowledgeable, courteous

DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THE VISION CENTER. I purchased a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses form them. The sunglasses they sent were not the ones I purchased. They would not allow me to return these glasses for the correct pair or even have my money back.I called multiple times about it and asked to speak to the manager and received excuses like she is busy or Ill call and talk to her myself. They intentionally would not allow a customer speak to the manager. I have never had such a horrible experience with glasses.The lady in the vision center was very rude. I always felt as if I was just a waste of her time. No one should ever be treated the way I was.

Seemed professional. Now I am having trouble with getting answers on insurance claims and my billing.

I was extremely pleased & impressed with the Institute. The staff was helpful, polite & very accommodating. I have never had such a thorough eye exam. Although it was a long appointment, given the standards & procedures of the institute, it was well worth it. I highly recommend them for every optical needs.Christyne CPhoenix, AZ

I made an appointment for my 4 year old daughter with adhd. They did amazing with her kept her smiling the entire Time. I was impressed with the professional atmosphere and price was good I will continue to bring her here.

I have called three times to make an appointment and received a recording three times. I left my number once and was not able to take the call which was returned a day later during work hours. Someplace else might want to answer their phone and help me with an appointment.
