I’ve been going here for about 5 years now. I always look forward to seeing the staff. They are always very kind, accommodating and pleasing. The only “negative” is booking appointments out relatively far in advance, however, that just shows they do things right and have happy customers. Myself being one.

Great experience all around. Great people, great atmosphere, and super great service. The schedule is busy but I have never known any place doing things right to have a wide open schedule. Being busy means your doing right and they are doing it right!!

This place is really amazing. One of my friend refers me to this place and trust me this place is amazing. I dont remember my Barber name but she is really friendly and really come up with suggestions. And after the cut my hairs really look good and now I thinking of getting the annual membership.I got a day pass through their promotion and its really worth it. They have given me appointment and I was not able to make it to the appointment, and after a call they have postponed my appointment without any question asked.On the day of appointment, one of the team member check-in me and after 5-6 mins my Barber greeted and took me for cut. She kept asking my favour for hair cut and also suggesting the best cut which looks on me. After cut she gave me really relaxing hair shampoo and conditioner and it was great.The best part you can have a drink whatever you ask for while waiting or during cut.I would definitely recommend the gents place to everyone.

I have been going to Frisco Gents place on and off for a number of years as I was working away from home.I joined as a member last year and was very pleased with the service from Patrick .He unfortunately left this year and I was then put with other stylists . The quality of service has not been the same.It has been a huge challenge with regard to getting appointments with some being changed . The most recent one was changed due to covid, the day before my appointment. Initially I was given a time , but then on my rechecking was given another time 20 mins later. No text confirmation was sent as I requested .On arrival at the confirmed later time, I was then told I was 20 mins late , and that I would not be able to have my full service.I was not pleased , but had the cut and service in 20 mins.I later found I was then overcharged for the experience.I requested a refund but had to ring twice as no text was received.I have now received a text this morning cancelling my future appointment for. October ?I guess they do not want my business , if you complain about their poor communication and service.So I will not renew my membership next year.For a premium haircut of over $70 , you would expect a lot better .

Good haircuts, but too pricey and no availability. You have to book way in advance to get in. Not buying another membership. I’ve had 3 and it’s not worth the money at this point.

I have supported this wonderful salon for over 5 years and Im happy that they have prioritized their employees and customers safety by keeping the mask mandate in place and evaluating every 30 days (a sensible and common sense compromise). The stylists and barbers here are wonderful, the service is fantastic, and I hope to continue supporting them for another great 5 years.

Wife finally got me to let someone trim and shape my beard. First time ever. Man will I be back. First time for a hot towel treatment and first time straight razor shave. Patrick was a complete professional and really knows his stuff. I cannot recommend him highly enough.He has made me a repeat customer, I honestly cant wait until I get scruffy again!! Wont even wait for the wife to tell me I look homeless.

Some people may shy away from a luxury stylist experience for men, but I can tell you that its worth it. They have packages that will fit most anyones situation, but this is definitely not your $30 haircut kind of place. Its an experience. And youre paying for the experience, as well as the experience and expertise of the stylists that work there. I went in today for a much needed trim on my beard. It was a same day appointment and they were able to fit me in, but I never felt like I was being rushed. Patrick did an amazing job with his consultation and I am so impressed with the way it turned out. He took time to make sure it was shaped up well and provided some great advise for my beard goals. The gents place is a fusion of old and new in various ways. It combines everything that was great about old school barbershops with a new twist. The bar is an interesting addition as I had only experienced that in New York so it was nice to finally have some class added to Texas. There are a lot of pop ups trying to imitate and remember that is always the best form of flattery but they will be my go to. The membership deals are affordable and members are afforded certain perks like you’d expect but make no mistake this is the place to go. The Rascal hair conditioner is fantastic, remember men there is nothing wrong with taking care of yourselves. I promise not only will you feel great but your partner will appreciate it as well.

Ive always been one of those guys that goes to Supercuts or Great Clips for a haircut and got what I paid for. I decided to start growing my hair out a few months back and I went to a Great Clips at the beginning. I wasnt given much advice besides just let it do its thing.Fast forward a few months and I decided to try something new. I scheduled an appointment with Maranda and I cant go back to one of those other places. She was fantastic and provided tons of advice and knowledge on how to care for my hair that guys just typically arent taught. Not to mention I got a fantastic haircut.I cant recommend it enough.

Saw an ad on Facebook for the free 3 course experience. Booked my appointment a week in advance. Check in was great! Staff was friendly, found my appointment no problem. Served me a free drink while I settled in. I was off for the day, so I went with crown on the rocks!Within 5 minutes my stylist greeted me. I asked for a fade, 1/2 on the side, 7 on top. Amanda did an excellent job! She was precise, conversational, and knew exactly where to set the line for the fade. Although a fade is a pretty common haircut, Ive found it difficult to find barbers that can execute a good fade. Amandas got skills!Finished off with a neck shave and shampoo and rinse with a hot towel.I am very impressed with my experience. I will be back and will definitely recommend to my friends and Co workers.

I came in yesterday and Linnie was my stylist. I informed her that I wasnt sure what I wanted, just to look professional. With over a decade of experience, she truly is gifted and skilled! She did an awesome job, and she is very knowledgeable about your hair care products. I highly recommend coming to this place, as I have only received excellent cuts from Lexi and Taylor as well. I highly recommend this establishment!

It’s great. If you’re a guy and you want to be pampered, this is the place to go. It’s the closest thing I can imagine to going to one of those exclusive male-only clubs for the British aristocracy...everything proper and sophisticated - relaxing and invigorating. I won’t go anywhere else. A membership is so worth it!

Awesome place!If youve spent any time at all at other mainstream barbershops then this place will astonish you with their precision, style, & service. Its obviously more expensive than a basic haircut, but worth it.A while ago, a stylist was a bit late, but both the hostess and a manager/owner were very gracious trying to make it right. I dont like the idea of getting something I didnt earn or work for so I declined any discounts on service they offered. Ive been back since, and this place is definitely top tier and worth the price.

Advertises gorgeous women cutting your hair, made appointment, was assigned an appointment with a lady to cut my hair. Drove all the way to Frisco to see if this place is as good as it sounds. After I arrive, they switch me to some guy to cut my hair. Had a haircut, stuck me in the back room, never went back-- false advertising. I should have just walked out. Experience and cut werent worth the hype or cost.

Been a member of Gents Place for since late 2015/early 2016, of late, I have noticed a decline in service...not so much with regard to stylists, but front desk and scheduling...as a pre-paid client, I had (key word...HAD) my appointments booked out for the year as I always do on renewal...this is the THIRD TIME my appointments have been either canceled or deleted...WITHOUT justification or reason. Discussion with management is pending, but to be honest, I SERIOUSLY doubt they will make any effort to make contact regarding this issue...possibly looking to other venues for my grooming needs!!

I was very hesitant about going here due to the price for so long. i decided that it was time since my hair was getting too long. as soon as i walked in i was greeted and i felt like a warm and positive place. my barber was rick who was FANTASTIC. didnt know too much about different hairstyles and he pretty much made it easy for me to enjoy it. normally i dread getting my haircut. not this time. great service overall. will be back again.

I have been going to the Gents place for a year and a half now. Upon arriving and checking in you are offered beverages of your choosing, my first experience was a bit overwhelming as I have never been taken care of so well before as I was here. I felt great after my first visit . I have also been a member for sometime and the benefits are great. Get their every 4 week 3-Course service and on occasions add in some other things like a shave or hand repair. Evebody at the Frisco location, are alway friendly and professional. Dasha does a great job on my hair every time. She is always given me great tips and feedback on things to help me look my best. You have to book her quick as her schedule feels up quickly. Another benefit of being a member is scheduling out several months at a time. All in all, I would highly recommend The Gents Place, Frisco to all the guys out there.

When my appointments are met the haircuts are good but this is my third and final time making an appointment, confirming it and still having to wait or reschedule or go with a different stylist. Frustrating because the haircuts are good.

Been coming here for 5 years. I like the business owner, stylist staff, but for whatever reason they cannot find quality staff to help with appointments. In the last 5 years I have had numerous situations where my appointment has been screwed up and I get a nice smiling face but no empathy, customer service or intelligence when it comes to making things right. All it takes is an idiot at the front desk to totally destroy a 5 year relationship. I cannot stand a business that pays lip service to quality and customer experience. At $70 a hair cut I can do better.

It was my first time there and I loved Barber Joe! Never had an immediate connection with a barber like that on the first trip. Josephs really down to earth and will take really great care of you. However, theres a reason why Im rating this a 4, instead of a 5. Its because as I was ready to pay, one of the girls at the front was texting a paragraph on her phone while I was the only one standing there waiting on her. After a few minutes, she finally got off her phone and took my card. Never got that rude of customer service in my life. That kinda tainted the experience. Good barbers though!

Great place for mens haircuts. Extremely consistent level of service throughout the years. I usually go for the three course which offers the perfect balance between service and value. Wish they offered additional grooming services like pedicures for men.

After living in Frisco and getting my hair cut by people that dont listen I was a bit apprehensive about The Gents Place. I was concerned that it was going to be more like The Boardroom.I was pleasantly surprised. My needs were actually heard and applied. I will be returning for sure.
