Mansour is amazing my wife loved her cut. He definitely a master at the art of hair styling. This place does it all its a 5 star salon from mimosa to wine while u wait to nice head massage while u r pampered spa style while getting your hair trimmed.

Mansour is amazing. I have thin fine hair and it’s a challenge for me to make it look voluminous. Mansour gave me a cut that gives so much volume to my hair without adding any products n I love it. Love this place.

Everyone at this salon is amazing and welcoming. The owner always makes it a point to say hello and make you feel welcome! LIYU is my GO-TO hairstylist here!! Every cut she gives me brings in so many compliments! She actually listens to you, discusses the hairstyle you are aiming for and then starts working her magic! I have been going to her for years now and won’t let anyone else touch my hair!!My most recent cut…strangers on the street and in various stores and shops have stopped me to just compliment me on my hair! I am not exaggerating one bit! People in restaurants walking by even have commented on my cut! Even 2 hairstylists have stopped me at different times to ask who did my hair! Please take your money and go elsewhere. This salon does NOT value loyalty and repeat clientele. I have been going to AALAM for over a year now on pretty much a weekly basis for blow outs. I have spent approximately $3K at this salon being a weekly client. They have made me wait anywhere from 15-25 minutes on multiple occasions when I have showed up on time for my appointment because they were running behind. I would happily wait because Liyu (my hairstylist) is amazing!! However, today was the first time I was running late by 20 minutes and they refused to accommodate me. The front desk girl Ally was extremely rude and yelling over the phone. She is very disrespectful and has zero regard for loyal customers. I would rather pay a bit more at another salon in exchange for respect and a higher level of customer service.

I am a former hairdresser and have been displeased with ALL haircuts for about 10 years. Its like no one goes above and beyond anymore. Ive tried a ton of Master stylists and even they fall short. The last experience I had, the Master hairstylist was so full of ego, that he did not fully listen to what I wanted.I asked for a very edgy, asymmetrical bob and I got a rounded off Mom/ Karen haircut. Im in my early 30s and felt like I looked 45.Fast forward to last Tuesday, I was incredibly nervous but hopeful. I have followed Liyu for about 2 years and have kept up with her pictures on the salons Instagram. All of the haircuts that stood out to me were done by her.I showed up and she immediately greeted me with her awesome personality. Her conversation was easy-going and her attention to detail was hard to compare to any other stylist. She listened closely and paid attention to ALL of the things I told her I liked and disliked. Needless to say, she more than wowed me.I have not left a salon happy in about 10 years. She cut my hair, texturized it, and styled it beautifully. I feel like Im saying Yes to the dress, when talking about her because I feel like I finally found my hairdresser!!!!!Thank you for being awesome Liyu. I can tell youre doing what you are passionate about. It shows in your work!!!

Best cut in years!

I was a client of Sherry, the Salon’s master colorist. My experience was terrible overall. She dyed my hair jet black instead of light brown on mistake. She blamed it on someone switching the color bottles.I had to request to come back to fix my hair. At the end of the attempted fixing, my hair ended up orange and bleach burned with damaged roots. She didn’t even check my hair at the end of the rebleaching process to assure that the color and hair condition was correct. She simply passed everything off to her assistant and acted like she did not care in the least bit. Her husband was gracious enough to refund my money, but there is no amount of money to fix orange, burned, and damaged hair.

Excellent option for hair care. Extremely professionally run, and they did a great job on my gray blending hair dye. They are maintaining a very clean shop to protect themselves and clients during this pandemic.

I have been to the Aalam Salon once after a traumatic experience at another salon. Monsour and his wife went above and beyond to do what they could to fix my long and dense (not thick) hair. I know I could not get the exact result I wanted because my hair was so ruined but they did an amazing job. I am really excited to be going back soon. I have to say Monsour is increbibly skilled. The staff at AALAM is amazing! My high school daughter was scheduled to have an updo for prom with another salon and the stylist called and canceled last minute. My daughter was in a panic! I called AALAM and told them the situation and they had me bring her over. The staff found a stylist to do her updo. The stylist was fast and did an incredible job. I came in for a color correction, havent been to a salon in over 2 years since I have been growing my hair out from an extremely damaged and uneven combination of a chemically burned pixie-bob to now a much more healthy and longer armpit length style. Unfortunately I made the mistake of dyeing my hair black and trying to correct it on my own, which left it bright red at the roots and still black everywhere else. Michael did a phenomenal job and was able to get me to a beautiful medium brown color with no signs of damage, and Mansour cut and shaped my hair better than Ive seen it in a very long time, and retained most of my length as I requested.I was pretty quiet because I am very emotional about my hair after the long journey it has taken to try to grow it longer and healthy again, I was shaken up and so worried the whole time at the salon, but after I left and looked at it on my own I have been SO happy! I hope they see this review so they know how happy I am with the result. I will definitely be back! 10/10 quality, Michael and Mansour are true hair artists.

I love Aalam! I would go every weekend if I could. Everyone is so friendly, great atmosphere. I know my hair is in good hands, the products are excellent, and they are the best with haircut, and hair color.
