My friend told me this place gives the best hot stone pedicure. This was not my experience. She used one stone on each leg for about 3 min in the same place on my leg and no pressure. She was just rubbing the stone up and down the front part of my leg, but never touched the back of my leg or feet. The rest of the massage was just her rubbing lotion on my leg. I said something at check out and they gave me 15% off. The price was still more than the signature pedicure. She did no clean up work after she polished. I get home and still have dried cuticle around my nails. I could have done a better job myself. I’ve been here a couple of times and neither experience was great. I always tip, even when I have bad service, but I did not tip today. I won’t be back, but if you want a massage with your pedicure, I would suggest when making an appointment to request someone with experience. I was just disappointed to not get the experience that was detailed on the menu. 😕

Kaitlyn was super nice! As soon as my girlfriend and I walked in she greeted us the best way possible. Made sure we knew what service we wanted and even served us some cold refreshments. She is super awesome to say the least. The nail technician, Bi took his time and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was very patient and polite. I recommend this place to anyone.

I just left Serenity Nails for my first spur of the moment pedicure with them. Kelly is AMAZING. Her massage pressure is perfect and she’s meticulous when painting nails. I’m very picky and never go back to the same person more than once because of this. She absolutely has a new permanent client. It is incredibly clean and smells good inside.

As always, Paul did an excellent job on my nails. This was my first time visiting Serenity Nails. It is a really nice place to go. You will not be disappointed. Ask for Paul if you want to try next gen.

I’ve always loved Serenity for their luxury pedicures, but today’s visit (at 38.5 weeks pregnant!) was by far the best. The receptionist was attentive and was able to add a mani to my pedi even though they were booked. Thuy was super sweet and gave the best pedi! Can’t wait until this little one is here and I can return again!

We left with raw cuticles and sore toes. Days later after developing an ingrown nail and athletes foot I called to let them know. I was put on hold, during which they hung up on me (accidentally-she said). I called back, asked for at least a refund on the pedicure. She said no and hung up on me.

I usually love going to this spa, but not today. The woman I got for my pedicure was in such a hurry to get done, she missed half of the services that I was supposed to get. Will not ever see her again.

I have a standing appointment every 2 weeks, here at Serenity Nails & Day Spa. The entire staff is very professional and helpful. Christine does my nails and she does an amazing job.

I love this Spa so much! I got a facial a few weeks ago and it was heavenly! Then I got a pedicure + manicure with tips and nexgen and the price was $160 which is very cheap including the facial! The facial I received was the serenity facial , I was very comfortable during the entire time. My favorite part was the extractions , Helen the woman who did my facial was very gentle and told me if it hurt it meant she was going deeper. She said I had a bunch of white heads under the skin so she had to pick at it which she knows her stuff! I recommend Helen she is the best and so adorable! You’ll love her ! I will continue to come here every 5 weeks for a facial! Can’t wait for my next ! Thanks Serenity Nails and Spa ! Oh & they also gave me a discount for bundling 3 services!

So friendly, Rose, Helen, Tom, Debbie, Jocelyn and Lynn. They were about to close and took me and my 2 girls. They were a blast. I don’t know how to add my pictures but our nails came out FANTASTIC. Highly recommend them, come check them out one time, you’ll switch salons. As I have.

Excellent service, clean salon, friendly staff. Christine possibly does the best NextGen nails Ive ever had done in the many years Ive had them. She is precise, consistent, and able to make them thin - more natural looking (the way I prefer). And Jo does a positively wonderful pedicure! The BEST pedicure massage by far!!! And my toes look great & feet are actually smooth. The salon is clean, peaceful (no TVs, no random fountains, just clean, serene decor & music), and all the staff is friendly and professional. And if you want a selection of beverages while youre there, theyve got it. Including hot tea. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here 3 times now and have had 2 pedicures and a manicure. I got a nexgen and it was decent, definitely better than some I’ve had at other places. Pedicures have been good too and I’ve been happy with the result. Removing one star for the pedicure massage (signature pedicure) which has never lasted 15mins as advertised. I gave them that feedback already so hoping next time they’ll actually follow through with completing the massage. I would recommend this place. Also a drink (not just water😉) would be nice, most places in the area offer that and it’s a good compensation for the price we pay!

First time at Serenity Nails today. I like a clean facility. This place was very clean! My technician was Paul and I am very impressed with his Nextgen nails. They are thin and all are even. I will be back and will request Paul.

Had gel nails on Tuesday and polish started chipping off by Friday. They used a polish Ive never heard of and think maybe poor quality. They should consider different music as it reminds me of funeral music.

Not so good experience today. I’ve been coming here for years..since this place opened and never had a bad experience . Today I got a manicure with French polish. Received a 2 min massage on each leg..🙃 and the French polish was uneven.

My first Swedish massage at this place was great! It was very soothing and quite relaxing. My massage was done by Soi, and she was excellent and highly professional.She really has a strong knowledge of the skeletal muscles, and takes the time to first understand any health conditions and to learn about what may ache or be causing you pain. I left feeling very rejuvenated. I will be back!

Only my second time here. I came with a friend the first time then went back for the same gel color which I really liked but was wearing off in less than a week.Took 30 mins for someone to get to me while the person I was with had already finished getting nexgen with tips. Took an hour for my gel which didn’t dry good. It was messy & sticky and the accent color on ring fingers wasn’t the same as I had before but I felt rushed and they couldn’t understand what I was saying. Very unorganized. Will not return!

Ive been here several times and always had a great experience. All the nail techs are very detail oriented and take their time.

UPDATE: I’m updating my review to change it to FIVE STARS! Serenity has consistently done a great job on my Nexgen, including shape. I’ve gotten better at communicating exactly the shape I’m looking for.Overall, Serenity Nails is a great place for nails. Great pedicures, lots of quality polishes to choose from, clean salon, friendly staff and complementary sodas and wine. The only reason I didn’t give a five star review is because I have had a couple of technicians that didn’t do the best job on the shape of my nails. I’m pretty particular about how they are shaped because I have German man hands! As far as quality of products go, I’ve never had an issue with nails popping off pre-maturely and I always get Nexgen.

Ive been here several times, its always super clean. Staff is always friendly, they are hard workers with the amount of traffic they get. Their prices are reasonable, not over-priced. Most popular service is definitely their NexGen services. I like how most Pedi booths have privacy curtains.

Ive been to many nail salons in the area, and Serenity is the absolute best! They advised me on the best solution for me when I had to give up acrylics after many years (NexGen is amazing!) and I have been thrilled with the results. They stay very busy, especially on weekends, so its best to have an appt if you dont want to wait. The decor is beautiful and relaxing...there are no silent TVs to disrupt the atmosphere. I am a customer for life!

Tony is the best! Five stars all the way! He is by far, hands down the very best nail technician I have ever had. He is exceptionally skilled with NextGen so that my nails look totally natural and remain perfect without any chipping, lifting or cracking between visits (at least two weeks, sometimes three).I am so happy with Tony’s work that I plan my appointments enough in advance to ensure that he will always be available. He told me that he loves his work, and that is obvious in the quality of his service and his concern for his clients. (He’s also a good conversationalist.)Tony ascertained that my natural nails were not in good health; they were very thin and had been damaged, as the person who had done my nails previously for a period of time in a different salon had used the motorized drill too much. Tony is so skilled at putting on the NextGen product that he only needs to use the drill for a few moments around the cuticles. He also helped improve the health of my nails by recommending needed vitamins.The Serenity Nails and Day Spa in Frisco is a lovely place, recently remodeled, with friendly staff who are professional and dependable.

I have been a customer for several months and have spent A LOT of money here. Today, I decided to look at my receipt and noticed they charge 5$ to take off any gel or acrylics. I would be fine if that was the reason I came in. BUT they are charging an additional 5$ ON TOP of the fill or new set. Why on earth wouldnt that be included since they have to take them off to put on the new set or new gel? So today I got gauged 15$ extra! Sad to say I will NOT be going back. I cant justify being ripped off. I expressed my unhappiness to the woman in front and she could care less.

AMAZING - I just moved to the area and have tried several other nail places and just not been happy. I was referred to Serenity by a friend from my sons school. Erica did a fantastic job on my nails I am now a believer in the NextGen products and will spread the word about how awesome Serenity, Erica and NextGen are!! Horrible. They took a drill file to my natural nails and after 2 months, the indention on my nails has still not grown out...and I am getting married in 4 days. When I went back to complain the manager left me waiting for 10 minutes and then only offered for them to fix for my wedding. There is no way I am going to let them touch my nails for my wedding. Will never go back. Would have given it no stars if google would have let me.

Wow, this place sucks! Went with some girlfriends who were in town b/c this is where they wanted to go for whatever reason. First, had to wait forever (like 30-45 min) and then had terrible service. Second, they are so rude and unprofessional services. Worst of all, the gel manicure I got peeled off 5 days later!! Gel manis are supposed to last 2-3 weeks!! What a huge waste of money and time.

I usually dont complain about anybody but these guys needed a special review. BEWARE! Horrible service and staff tricks you. Say one price and charge another. They charged me $80 for service that I didnt sign up for when the employee that told me about it said it is $40 for a mani/pedi combo. The quality of the work too is poor at best. It hasnt been 24 hours yet and my nails are chipping on top of it. The first and last time I will ever go here.

I absolutely LOVE serenity nails, they are hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. Jo does my pedicures every time and always makes a huge effort to make sure I am comfortable and everything is to my liking. From the moment I walk in she remembers what drink I like, how warm I like my water to be and the colors I usually pick. You can tell she genuinely cares about you and goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my experience every time. From the people who work there to the decor, the environment is very relaxing, friendly and clean. The last time I went I didnt end up liking the color I picked for my nails, they stayed over an hour after closing time to switch my color even after I said It was my fault for picking that color and I would gladly come back another day to change it. They make you feel like family here and take the time to do everything right! Now that Ive been here, I will never go anywhere else!
