The best, most awesome experience I have ever had at a Salon! Matthew Dillard is leaps and bounds better than anyone I have tried in the Frisco area - and I have tried quite a few. I was so excited after reading such great reviews about Matt and even then he went above and beyond my expectations. The salon is gorgeous, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and even after just the first few minutes with Matt I knew he had listened to me and I totally trusted him and I could not be happier with the results. He really takes the time to do a proper assessment first. And he talks to you every step of the way and explains everything. What impressed me the most was that he is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and was so willing to share things with me so that I can keep styling my hair the right way at home. He took me step by step through every section of my hair and showed me how to get my salon look every day. I have never had anyone take the time to do that for me before but its what I have always wanted. And - he has a long range plan for me and my hair that I can believe in. He did talk to me about hair care products and the right brush for my hair but it wasnt a hard sell approach at all. He gave me some samples to try and I really appreciated that. I walked out of Matthew Dillards salon feeling so beautiful, my hair color was perfect, the style suited me perfectly and I now know why Matt gets the rave reviews that he so deservedly receives as a true artist. If there is anyone who is passionate and cares about the color, health and style of your hair - it is Matthew Dillard. Not sure how anyone who has actually been a client of his could review him otherwise. I am so happy I found him!

Matthew is Awesome, would highly, recommend for anyone who is looking for a true magician!I started going to Matthew a few months ago. My hair was damaged, dry, bad color, from another hair stylist in area. Within a short period of time, my hair color is amazing, the texture and quality just looks wonderful. And he has enabled me to do a better job styling and maintaining on my own. I just went on vacation and wanted easy, wonderful hair... Matthew suggested a Brazilian Blow Out. I did it. The whole vacation, my hair looked great felt luxurious, soft and wonderful. My husband commented several times how great my hair looked. Since Matthew has been doing my hair, I have had friends and strangers tell me how great my color is or how wonderful it looks. I even had a new friend tell me my color was so perfect, they couldnt tell if it was natural or if I had color done. The day after I had my hair done last time, this woman stopped me to tell me she was a hair dresser and she thought I had the the most perfect blowout she had ever seen.Matthew works wonders. I highly recommend the salon and Matthew, especially if you want a high level experience. Ive lived in some of the greatest cities in the nation... Matthews talents are top notch, subtle, and sophisticated. Great, nice helpful staff, good quality products.

After years of over processed hair that would not grow I was ready for a change! Matthew has completely changed my hair forever. He is very focused on having the healthiest hair and now my hair has grown over 6 inches in a year and looks the best it ever has!!!! He is by far the best hairdresser Ive ever had. His Brazilian blowouts are also amazing!!!

Ive been going to Mathew for years& years. Hes truly an artist. Had my First Brazilian a month ago and so happy I did! What a game changer . My dry and style time is now just a few minutes. No need to flat iron or use anything but a blow dryer and brush to get my shoulder length blonde hair silky smooth.Was a frizzy mess before. Absolutely the sweetest people ever!! Stopped in for a trim after I decided to cut and color my own hair... poor planning on my behalf, but fortunately the hair Gods were on my side today pointing me in the right direction to get it fixed! Not from this area and GPS had me lost and Matthew came outside and talked me into the right area! Just simply amazing people, atmosphere, and amazing looks going out of the salon! Snotty, overpriced, and do not do good hair there. Just turn over like crazy, new people every time you look in. You will get your hair messed up for 400.00! i have actually heard of horrible stuff too... arguing and screaming and FAKE REVIEWS under here. The guy Mathew is a realy scam artist and he is so snotty and rude, I say if you want good hair, do not come here.

BEST stylist I have found! Trust me, I have been to several in the Dallas area. When I first started going to Matthew I had shoulder length brown hair that had been overprocessed. It was only two months before my wedding. After I left the first session I was a believer. He was able to make a huge difference in only a couple of hours. Now my hair is a honey blonde color, very natural, and has grown several inches in the past year. I couldnt be happier and I would only trust Matthew with my hair.

Ive been going to Matthew for almost two years now (cut, color, and Brazilian Blowout) and hes the best! Definitely worth the drive to Frisco from Dallas. He knows hair, so I completely trust him to do what he thinks will work for my hair. I have really thick hair which can be difficult, and hes gotten it right every time. He also takes the time to show you how to blow dry and style your hair, in ways youd realistically do yourself at home. Hed never let you leave the salon if you werent 100% happy with your hair.The shampoo chairs are super comfy, so your neck and back dont get stiff. Id recommend a morning appointment--it can get busy in the afternoon and my morning appts have gone quicker.Price is reasonable to what youd pay in any Dallas salon (I was actually paying more before I came to Matthew). He will tell you if you ask for something he doesnt think you need (e.g., Brazilian blowout), so he really is concerned about making sure you look good, and not just making money off you. The Brazilian blowout can be pricey (price based on length of hair) but I would recommend paying to see Matthew. My friends who used Groupons at other salons did not have the same results. I use the shampoo he recommended and follow his care instructions and mine last much longer than 12 weeks (I can go 5-6 months).Quirky sense of humor and laid back vibe. Everyone in the salon is friendly. Ive only had a positive experience.

Two words: Hair God!I have been to all of the top salons and top stylist in Dallas, Highland Park and the surrounding areas and was a serial Hairstylist flopper, until I found Matthew Dillard. I have been using him for 6 months and within that short time frame he has transformed my over-processed hair into healthy, shiny, hair with volume and my hair has grown to a length I never thought would be possible. He truly cares about your hair and gives you a haircare regimen to get it how you always dreamed, but never thought was possible. His color technique is amazing and I get asked at least once a week who I go to and what I am doing differently. The answer is Matthew Dillard. I would argue he is the best stylist in all of DFW, hands down! Also, not sure what the below comment was about as far as him and the sloppy salon, obviously she went to a different salon. His salon is Salon DiLusso, not Matt, and is impecable, very sleek and VERY impressive! From the second you walk into the salon and are greeted by his friendly staff, offered wine or your drink of choice, to the time you get to see your hair after all of his finishing touches, you will be grinning from ear to ear. If you have been on the search for a new stylist, stop looking and try him out! You will be glad you did!

After a year of searching for a great stylist in the Frisco area, I finally found matthew dillard at salon di lusso. Believe the 5 star reviews, hes truly great at his craft. I first went to matthew for a color correction and after 3 visits my hair looks better than ever. I went from very dark brown to a much more natural brunette with caramel highlights. Im hard to please when it comes to my hair and I absolutely love the color and cut he does every single time! He takes the time to consult with me and explains everything beforehand. He also gives a lot of great tips on how to style and care for my hair which I so appreciate. A beautiful top notch salon with friendly people and Im always thrilled with the results, I only wish I would have found it sooner!

The best word to describe my experience at Matthew Dillards Salon is AWESOME!!! I went to see Matthew after a previous hair dresser messed up my color and gave me a terrible perm which she made worse by trying to correct it. After she was done, my hair was 4 shorter and totally fried. It literally looked like a bad Halloween wig from Wal Mart; fried, fake, and felt awful. Blow drying it was a nightmare because the top was sort of curly and the ends were dead as could be. Matthew corrected my color first. My family even commented that my hair looked better with just the color correction. After he fixed my color and got it back to a shade that complimented my complection, Matthew gave me a Brazillian blowout. My hair is awesome. It is soft, straight and feels like real hair again. Its soooo fantastic. Matthew worked wonders. He saved my hair and sanity. I cant say enough about how great and what wonders Matthew works with hair. Not only is Matthew a hair god, everyone at the salon is great. Shelby, Matthews assistant, is so kind and sweet. She is always smiling and cheerful. Scott and Matthew are both hilarious. Its a laugh a minute!!!
