Made an appointment at 2:30, I drive over at 2:25 and they are closed... so I drive home. and Someone called saying they would be there in ten minutes, which would be past my appointment time. I had work at 5, and wanted to get one done before the busy night ahead of me. She said they were doing appointment only, which is not listed ANYWHERE nor the front door. Proceeds to say, you know its fourth of July. Why, yes I do since I am a bartender. So rude, and unprofessional. Ill stick with my normal place from now on.

I was lucky to find this place. I was looking for some body knowledge and professional. Massage technique great. She combined deep tissue and trigger point.No extra charge for hot stone and medicinal oil that she used.Place is nice and clean easy to find.I strongly recommend Frisco Foot spaThey really work hard to get rid aches and pain so they deserve to have a good tips.

This was my first time getting a massages this year.I was greeted with warm smiles all z time. My massage therapist was Rosemary and she was AMAZING!!!!! She knew which spots on my back needed the most attention and she delivered. She is extremely professional and will adjust her pressures to meet your needs. I highly recommend coming here for your next massage session.

They give a pretty good massage. But the pressure to leave a 33% tip was out of this world. I gave a bigger tip than I wanted, but only with the thought that I will never be going back to this place again. In my opinion, this is a very poor customer relations technique. Maybe they only want the very rich to visit this place, and the rest of us are welcome to look for more friendly service in another place. I will be taking my once per week massage needs to a different place for sure.

Wife booked me here once. I booked two more times. Both Lucy and Amanda did a good job. Deep tissue. Lucy showed a little more experience working out the knots but Amanda seemed to be less rushed. All in all I am making this my new local place. (Make an appointment or be disappointed with a wait)

I have seriously never had a message this therapeutic and needed in my life. Rosemary has hands like stone (in a good way!) - she may look petite, but her massage is second to none. I liked the massage so much (and was hurting from some muscle issues) that I went back again the following week. Rosemary was out of town, so Mary gave me my massage - also fantastic! Not quite as much pressure, but honestly, i was still feeling the earlier massage, so it was perfect. I will definitely be back here (and back and back and back...)

They demand me to give 17 dollars for tip. I told her I didnt want deep tissue massage. Several times I had to tell her that it was too had to ease up.first and last time going! Good luck.

Great massage the first time we came in. Unfortunately one of our party waited an additional 45 minutes to get seen. 2nd attempt same story. Only one person available. We left. No point trying to get a massage or making an appointment.

Rosemary gave the best massage of my life. I fell asleep but she kept saying its so good for you to relax. I felt she cared about giving good service. Very clean as well!

I strongly recommended this SPA to my friends. I always go there for my business trip while I was in town.I stayed holiday Inn at Parkwood Blvd . This spa is very friendly in Frisco village plaza (stonebriar mall area).this time I tried two hours of massage and I really enjoyed, the staff of this SPA gave me one hour body massage and one hour foot Massage to make me feel relaxed and I was almost fall sleep.It was worthy for me to pay $80. I love this spa very much!.Affordable price, peaceful environment and wonderful awesome service.Again, really enjoy and strongly recommended.

FANTASTIC MASSAGE with a mildly sketchy lacking English environment. So this place is interesting. I found the web page and selected what we wanted and then called to make an appointment. It was a strange conversation because the person sounded tired/far away. So hubby and I show up for our 90 min couple massage to find that they have no record of my booking and no one really speaks any English. They asked us to return in 30 minutes to get our massage. In that 30 minutes I confirmed that I did in fact have the right place.First impression, a little dirty and sketchy. This is definitely not a chain massage facility. I must say I was a little worried. They tried to separate my husband and I, apparently men get walked in and ladies get massages by a guy. After a small debate we were kept together. The massage was AWESOME. If you like deep tissue this is it times 10. They basically spend however long you choose beating the crap out of your muscles! I am all jello now! I recommend it but be aware your going for the massage not for the environment.

Made an appointment and was told to come back in 30 mins, when I abided by there cancellation policy and made it to my appointment. Dont even waste your time making an appointment..... doesnt mean that youll be seen.

Worst experience ever! If I could give a zero I would.I will list what happened during our massage:- They talked during the massage- Took a phone call during my massage- Asked for the 15 min back and 45 min foot special but I dont know what we had. It was a mishmash of both. I dont think the foot massage was even 15 minutes- back of my legs were never touch- my feet were not massage but used pressure points the whole time (not relaxing at all)- the man sat on my bed when he massaged (pressure point or squeezing mostly) my arms. Kind of creepy.- when we went to pay I said they didnt do the special we requested. They got very huffy and started talking in their language which made us feel very uncomfortable - especially since they spoke english when we got there. We just paid and left - not worth arguing about.Overall a terrible waste of time and money - my neck actually hurt when we left.

Staff keeps the spa very clean, they offer single, couples body massage or feet massage.I like a good foot massage and they do know how to work the kinks out by use of pressure point Reflexology.

I have a good time at this store, good foot and body message !! I will bring my husband to here too !

Worst experience ever! I had to call 911 and get the police involved to get my card back. After I finished from the worse massage ever with Rose, I was nice enough to put 5 dollars tip on my card, the lady started fighting with me and would not give me my card, she said I have to put at least 10.4 according to their policy, I told her it is up to me how much I put, then I said I do not wanna put any tip because of your behavior and attitude, she would not give me my card, I called 911 since this is stealing, just before the police about to arrive she put my card outside the door, but I still had to explain it to the cops. I have never seen anything like this in my life!

This place is amazing, best massage Ive had in years.
