I especially had a great experience at this Spa with the nurse practitioner Brooke. I started getting dysport in my forehead to help with my wrinkles and I loved it. After having my 2nd baby I felt like I always looked tired and old so she recommended filler in my cheeks. I was nervous but she did an excellent job and I absolutely love the outcome! She was extremely friendly and educated me on all the options. If you need a spa with a injector or nurse, where you dont feel pressured or rushed, than this is your spa!

Paid $2200 for two sessions of cool sculpting under my chin. I have shown absolutely NO results. Spoke with the “manager” Taz just to be told I probably gained weight... for one that was real offending... two that was not the case... I had lost.. she also tried offering me another service for a “discount” as if I should pay more money!! Absolutely insane!! I will be getting with BBB on this since they won’t refund me ANY of my money. This place is a rip off and guarantee work at the beginning just to get your money, but if it doesn’t work will tell you “they never guarantee anything”. The lady that goes over the treatment plans told me it should work & if it didn’t they would do what they needed to do. That has not been the case. They want me to do six sessions of something that MIGHT work. I don’t live close & it seems to be a waste of my time and gas trying to get there for sessions that may or may not work. They should refund some of my money and offer the sessions.

On my first visit, I was running late, yet they took time with me, patiently explaining each process and calming my fears about “needles”—which amounted to nothing with Botox. Since then, I’ve gotten a very affordable membership and tried Lazer Hair Removal and Fillers. All procedures were painless and administered by knowledgeable, kind and compassionate staff. I can’t say enough kind things about everyone at Starwood, beginning the very first visit when they took their time with me and even stayed late to make sure I was properly tended to. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Beware of this med spa. I went in for a cool sculpting consultation. I was told I was a candidate, however all I was trying to do is reduce cellulite appearance not fat. Paid for two legs to be done and eight months later still have the sagging skin which looks worse then when I went in. The person who did my consultation told me I would have smooth skin within six months. Since I have seen other specialist all said I was never a candidate for cool sculpting. Just know the difference between fat, versus cellulite, versus cool sculpting.

Did the 2018 was a great year for me because of Nanny reason and one of them was startled Medspa I’ve been dealing with acne scars for years and years and this is the only place that made an improvement!! My experience was awesome!! The people the information and the treatment were all a fantastic experience. Well trained qualified people in all areas.

Paid for 1st visit and 1 fill in advance for eyelash extensions; I was so excited to try it out. My 1st appointment went well although the lashes had gaps and looked a bit awkward; hopeful they would straighten out. I made appt for fill 2 weeks after 1st visit but called to reschedule because most of my lashes were still attached. They set appointment without hesitation. When I arrived for my 2nd visit they informed me they would not honor my prepayment because it was only good if I came back within 2 weeks. Now I would have to pay again for another full set. I was shocked! I said I was not aware and they said I should have read the small print; I turned around and walked out. Not 5 min later they called to apologize for upsetting me. Said in the future the staff will inform clients of their 2 week rule however, there was still nothing they could do for me at this point and was still not going to honor my prepayment. I’m not sure why they called me back but I did promised them I would go online an write a review.

I came to Starwood for coolsculpting. Little did I know that I had found the most experienced technician in the state of Texas for this procedure! Taz is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and knows how to get the most out of each treatment with the various coolsculpting applicators (I think I counted ten in one room). They also use a radial sound wave device after the session which greatly increases the effectiveness of the treatment over the typical massage. Look up zimmer z-wave and the studies done regarding coolsculpting enhancement.I would not go anywhere else for this treatment. I was not compensated or incentivized for writing this review. I just hope this review helps anyone looking into getting this done...see Taz! Shes a gem, and you will love Starwood!

She is an artist who wont tell you excuses on why your injections arent lasting or if you are unhappy with results likethe body metabolizes the botox or its necessary to dilute. I am absolutely convinced they give you a very diluted or expired Botox here. I’ve gone here 3 times, and before moving to TX Went to another spa for 2 years. All 3 times getting Botox here results were NOT the same as I’m used to!!!! The first 2 times I thought I didnt get enough (they told me I didn’t need that much), so finally I got my usual 30 units I KNOW works. And has it? No. Granted, I’m currently on day 4, but there’s ZERO indication I just put in 30 units. I usually am having 50% + less movement day 4. The only reason I even came back for a third time was because they always give discounts and I had “banked” units that I previously paid for. I cannot believe all the wasted money I’ve given these people. Use good products or stop giving them. This is INSANE. I cannot speak for anything else, but the Botox technique and dilution here is not right. Everything about the experience here VS other spas is less than.

Very disappointed. They seem to hire unprofessional employees, I had a laser removal, beside the horrible job they did on the third session, after I did the fourth session I scheduled the fifth and they never called me for two months and when I called they simply told me that they are busy and on top of that they didnt try to schedule one immediately out of courtesy.They dont even have a computerized system to organize their customers.Save your money and time and find yourself a professional one.
