This Pearle Vision was great for me. Kara and Angel were both extremely nice to me today. I actually enjoyed shopping for new frames after having my eye exam next door. Kara was patient with me, and was very knowledgeable about products and their availability. I’m glad I drove out in the rain today, because I received a high level of service, in my opinion. This was probably one of the best eye glasses store experiences I’ve had. I was also surprised to find out they have same day service for single vision glasses in their store. I thought this was not a thing anymore in 2019. Very impressed. I definitely recommend visiting this Pearle Vision location.

I bought two lenses here for my glasses. Super satisfied with the services Ive received. Angel - the manager who tended my purchases is so kind, understanding and professional. No hidden fees, FREE lens upgrades when my order took just a week longer than expected, FREE lens cleaning, FREE frame adjustments (I slept on my glasses by accident and Justin helped me adjust them back exactly how I want them to be), most importantly super clean and hygienic (temperature check, hand sanitizers and clean supplies - everything). Staff are super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional they greet you brightly once you enter the front door. You are always welcomed at this place! This is the place if you need anything vision product related! My friends and family will all be coming here too.

This is my second time at this location and I have had great experiences both times. They check your temperature on the way in and are sanitizing the glasses that are being tried on.Ana was so helpful and kind. The owner was impressive when he came to the Corporate Office to help members of our large Company select glasses. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I went to pick them up. BUT when I lost my glasses and called to request the prescription, Holly took Customer Service to an entirely different level! She was very understanding and made recommendations over the phone. Since I live over an hour away, she literally sent text messages with pictures of a variety of glasses for me to select! Then she put the ones I liked the most on for me to see! She delivered the best Customer Service that Ive ever experienced. She went beyond the call of duty and was so willing to help! I am very impressed! By the way, I was also very pleased with my glasses!! 😊😊

I had a great experience with this (Frisco) location. All the staff members are great in receiving customers. In my case, i was dealing with Angel; he is an extremely good person with lots and lots of knowledge. Greatest person i have ever come across with lot of patience. I purchased two pairs of glasses at the Pearle Vision of Frisco. This is a great place to shop and has a great selection of glasses. I was at the store a few times, and in all times I received a great service. Inessa and Angel, the store and lab managers, as well as the staff members, Holly and Kara, were all professional, patient and honest when assisted me in choosing the right glasses for me.

I had a great experience at this Pearle Vision!! The doctor was super nice and friendly. Then when picking out new frames, the employees there had an expert eye when match frames and faces!!! 100% will be back again next year, and cant wait to see the new selection of frames they will have then!!!

I was at a Pearle Vision in McKinney last week and their selection of mens frames was very limited. I called up Town Crossing and Elliott answered the phone with really helpful directions and information on their selection. I got there and Inessa spent a lot of quality time with me explaining what would look good for my face and personality while leaving me to choose and consult with my wife.Elliott had my regular glasses ready an hour before the scheduled time that same day (I was travelling to California). He made a special extra effort to custom craft one of my lenses because my eyes are so different. He was also full of helpful tips. And Inessa was in constant contact with me over the phone.My sunglasses prescription was ready when I got back, in a week. I love the people at this store and both pairs of new glasses. There are stores closer and less expensive, but these people and the results are worth an extra drive and money - its been a fantastic investment.

While I was waiting for my eye exam, I looked around the retail side for frames. Inessa was so nice and helpful. She gave me her expert opinion on styles and colors that work for me. She really took an interest in me and my style.. She also held my favorites for me during my eye exam so that when I came back over, she already had my insurance info and frames ready to go. Ibran finished up my purchase and was equally as great. He explained all my options and was patient. This location is absolutely amazing! I decided to schedule an appointment on a whim since it was near my office and to my surprise I was able to be seen the same day! But not only that, I was able to get new glasses within 2 hours of getting an eye exam -- my eyesight is TERRIBLE so I was shocked they even had the lenses in stock to get them to me that quickly. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

I when in with my husband the 1st time (about 5 months) and met Inessa. She was professional & helped me with my every need. My glasses were ready earlier than expect and Inessa noticed me right away. I had that personal touch.Then the unthinkable happened I lost my prescription sunglasses. I was so upset I reported it to the rental car company but of course no one turned in designer sunglasses.I went back to Pearle to explain the situation to Inessa & Ibran the owner. Now remember this is a business but I can say I feel like they treated me like family.

COME HERE!Their customer service was like others have mentioned, go out of their way as best as they can. They take the time to work with you.My experience with them was one where I had shopped around and they had the best price. Find a frame model # and they can order that for you as well. True story...I went to another optical shop in a high end area and was quoted more than $200 for the exact same pair of frames with crizal sapphire coating (plus their customer service was poor).PS. Apparently all the PearleVisions are owned independently and run different than others.

I have had my prescription filled here for the past 6 years with my multiple frames for every occasion (motorcycling, shooting, car driving, work, night outings and vacation/pool, yes 6 different frames!!!). Never had an issue or anything had to be redone. Will be using them today again for my new frames for computer work.

All of the staff is professional and highly skilled and knowledgeable. Ibran is very patient with everyone and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your new glasses purchase. He as great questions to ascertain your needs and offers many options. I was at the mall and left that eye store because they were treating me like a number in a cue and waiting on me and several other customers at the same time. At Ibran Azims Pearle Vision he was staffed appropriately so he was dedicated to me until I was finished. He treated me like my business was valued and even thanked me and invited me back.
