Saddle Brook has been taking care of our 100 year old aunt for over a year. From the Director to the maintenance man that keeps the place clean and running smoothly and everyone in between they are all excellent. When you visit all of the staff call the residence by name and when my wife and I visit they know who we are by sight and name. A very homie presence. She is always well cared for, clean and well feed. She especially enjoys all of the activities that are provided every day. Our aunt has never been a stay in her room and watch TV person. At 100 she get on her walker and is out and busy all day. She could not be happier. Great job done by all. Keep up the good work.

My father moved into Saddlebrook about three weeks ago. Robert and Daisy made the process easy and efficient while being warm and welcoming. Matthew was very helpful in getting everything set up regarding healthcare for my father. Many people were very helpful on the move-in day. Victor helped get the television working with an antenna and by programing the remote control. He also helped me hang the paintings. He was so generous with his time to get everything set up quickly. Jeff offered to help by removing the empty boxes right away and got a cart to take items to my car. He was very nice and kind. Lazolla and Roslyn are always so upbeat and friendly when I come to Saddle Brook. The warm welcome they give really helps set the tone for my visits. Jj and Montoe seem to be wonderful Active Directors because I see many residents attending the events at the front of the residence, and they seem happy and engaged. I appreciated that a “bowling league” was added to the schedule! My father has given rave reviews about the food. I enjoyed meeting the chef and Mathew’s son who works in dining. I have appreciated the contact from Saddle Brook letting me know how my father is doing. It is lovely that Daisy can play the piano and sing for the residents and that there is a woman who brings her two children to play music for the residents. The move to Saddle Brook has been a very positive experience for my father because he seems appreciated, understood, and well cared for at this time in his life.

Saddle Brooke Memory Care in Frisco along with Robert and his entire team are a pleasure to work with. My company, Archway Hospice, is just around the corner from them so we work together often to spread the word for the best in senior care opportunities. Robert shows such pride in his team and dedication to his residents and families. Daisy is a joy to be around and her spirit and love for her job is inspiring! Saddle Brook Memory Care is at the top of our list in providing the very best for their residents, families and our city of Frisco. I am honored to be a neighbor as well as a professional friend.

The Staff at Saddle Brook MC at Frisco make all the difference. Their responsiveness, dedication and caring hearts are true stand-outs in the Collin County Memory care arena. No request is too big and they go out of their way to make their Residents feel “loved & like family.”My observations are based on experience and I don’t give praise lightly.I’ve worked in the industry for 9 years in different capacities, on both coasts and in 3 different states: this Team is the best of the best and if I had to - I would place a family member here. I just made the decision to place my husband with Parkinson’s Disease at Saddle Brook. It was a long and difficult journey coming to this decision.I visited many places and just couldn’t put my husband in them. Saddle Brook was the exception. It’s beautiful, spacious, stimulating, and nearby. But the best part is the intake process. Daisy Winters was fantastic and is still my go-to person. She was helpful and enthusiastic. She introduced to me to everyone on a FaceTime tour, including the head administrator, Robert, and the person over nursing, Matt, who did a thorough assessment of my husband to determine his level of care. All three of them met with me and my son and took over an hour and a half answering our many questions. This was my second time to visit. I did not feel like I was a victim of high pressure sales. The team was empathic, knowledgeable, patient-centered, and had an appreciation of the difficulty of our decision, This is still so hard, but I believe it is the right thing to do at this time. I will write again after we see how it goes. We are hopeful that the stimulation, social opportunities, and physical care will be fulfilled by the promise of Saddle Brook.

The Team at Saddle Brook is caring, creative, responsive, and so very compassionate. It is a difficult decision to place a loved one in memory care. But Robert, Daisy, Lazolla, JJ and the nursing team did everything to make the transition from home a smooth one. Within a week, my dear friend settled in and was able to begin enjoying life again. Having worked in the senior living industry for over two decades, I was curious as to how things would play out at Saddle Brook. The bottom line is that it was a beautiful partnership. We became family and the responsiveness of Robert, the executive director, was amazing. I easily give this community 5 stars. I’d give them 10 if I could!

Robert and Daisy are both AMAZING! They helped a family member in applying for VA benefits which not many communities do, and are able to admit him this week, which is a huge support and relief to his kids, as their mom just passed away and their dad is no longer able to care for himself. **Update: parents have been residents for 3 weeks now. They’ve settled in nicely and are most pleased with their therapies via Encompass Home Health, and all the delicious meals in the dining room.—————————————————————————Alone—is something I haven’t been since meeting Daisy Winters and Robert Braley! Saddle Brook was a breath of fresh air. From my nervous call, to the follow up emails/ calls/ texts- they were there to answer questions, concerns, to help navigate the decision to move my parents closer- to help with continued care, with home health, medications— literally everything! My parents have only been with Saddle Brook 5 days-but that should speak volumes!! Within a week- because of Robert’s incredible leadership, Daisy’s passion for helping families, and their team that shows up and gives their all..my parents were transferred from out of state, room decorated with personals, home health was already seeing them for physical therapy etc. they made friends, JJ (activities director) is encouraging them to join in!I need to include Lazolla, she is always the first face everyone sees- and she’s always smiling. I know Chef Anthony must have some great skills in the kitchen because Dad is finally eating again! He had lost 20 lbs after refusing to eat..no appetite. My dad called me 3 times the same day to tell me how good the food is and that he loves going to the dining room! That when he doesn’t want a (heavy breakfast) the chef lets him have cornflakes and milk- this might sound silly, but taking time to learn and know your residents personal preference is the example of not only kindness, but healthcare excellence! He says the place is “beautiful” and that everyone is “my friend and has compassion.” I can only imagine how awesome their care team and nurses that we’ve yet to meet.I am not one to write reviews- but I’m writing this as a daughter, as a POA, as an RN myself —Saddle Brook has been a blessing for us. I truly believe this team thrives because of their leadership Robert provides! As long as he’s leading the team with Daisy- I feel safe and comfortable with our decision to have mom and dad apart of the community!

I cannot say enough good things about Saddle Brook of Frisco. The staff is top notch and go out of their way to answer questions and provide assistance. They truly care about the residents and treat them with love and understanding. The facility is immaculately maintained and there is no stinky odor found at many other facilities. The two living rooms, sun room and various sitting areas throughout the facility afford comfortable places to sit and visit. A wide range of daily activities are available and guest entertainers provide fun for all. The food is excellent and served in a pleasant environment. The rooms are pleasant and are spacious enough for residents to bring their favorite treasures with them. The outside areas are beautiful and it is pleasant to sit in the courtyard or on the patio and enjoy the outside. My husband has been at Saddle Brook since August 2015 and was previously at a different facility. Since his move to Saddle Brook, he has become more relaxed and comfortable with his surroundings. Something he never did at the other facility. His physical condition has improved and he now enjoys leaving his room and participating in activities or enjoying the company of others. I truly think Saddle Brook in Frisco is wonderful and am thankful that I discovered them for my husband.

Four years ago, I moved my mother from Florida to Saddle Brook so that I could visit her each day. I had toured several other Centers and chose Saddle Brook for several reasons: it was very new, was 12 minutes from my house, was small and had a great, safe layout. Another stand-out was their 24 hour nursing staff. There are so many devoted, dedicated, hard working care givers, nurses, cooks, housekeeping, maintenance, receptionists and activities personnel as well as the directors who keep things going in the right direction.I have known the Care Givers Lauren and Ciatta the longest and I cant say enough how much I appreciate their attentiveness to Mom. They know her so well and I feel as though we have been on Moms team together for quite awhile. They now work on the overnight shift, but can be seen working other shifts to help out.Saddle Brook has so many hard working teams. I am only there in the afternoons, so I am not familiar with everyone. I love the nurses Cynthia, Valentine and Rita; the care givers Jackie, Jean, Locardia, Hope, LaQuisha, Cynita, Rahab and Rachel; the cooks Anthony, Shekitta and Michelle; the housekeepers Lisa and Michael; as well as the receptionists Kimilee and Amari. John is the director of Maintenance and he keeps the building immaculate and keeps all the systems up to date and maintained. Hes amazing!Allison, the activities director, just left to move back by her family in California. She was kind, loving and respectful to all the residents. They were invited and encouraged to participate in several varieties of activities. Jessica and Tina will continue to lovingly lead this wonderful program.Michael, head of Resident Services has helped me many times with Mom. He is very engaged with the residents and knows them well.Vicki, the Executive Director, has arranged some wonderful family events for us all: a delicious Thanksgiving dinner; a resident art exhibit; a cooking presentation by Anthony; and a special night presenting a video of pictures of our loved ones as they grew up are just a few.I am grateful that Mom is in a place where she is safe and well cared for. Many of the residents loved ones have also become like family to me. We all are going through similar things and are very supportive of each other.Saddle Brook is not perfect, but it is perfect for Mom!

In 2020 a new director arrived and turned the facility into a fine tuned home. The staff are all top notch! I’ve seen them come and go, but the new group of professionals follow the lead of their stellar director. With his direction and care, many of the residents survived the outbreak of Covid. I cannot even begin to explain the fear I had, not being able to touch and hug my Mom. He called me nearly every single week, giving me comfort. No other director ever did this! I see my Mom in her room now (had to meet CDC guidelines of Essential Caregiver and monthly Covid tests), and for that, I am forever grateful. She’s happy and so am I!I would recommend this facility to anyone who worries about their loved ones getting the care they need. I love Saddle Brook staff!

Before moving to Saddle Brook of Frisco, my wife had previously been a resident of two other memory care communities. Initially, we knew very little about such communities. We mistakenly presumed that all such licensed operations were much the same. Eventually, we learned that the true measure of these communities is their inclusion of key operational attributes that make a significant difference in the overall care and contentment of their residents. These attributes include: memory care specialization, supportive and time-tested corporate culture, selective employment of a high-quality staff, balanced staffing ratios, formalized staff training, 24/7 registered nurse, exceptional housekeeping, ample roaming areas indoors and outdoors, quiet bedrooms with monitored motion detectors, good food and preparation, and functional building design. These beneficial attributes and others are blended into the Saddle Brook environment. Here, as never before, my wife has reached a level of care and contentment that has brought relief and comfort to my family and me. I earnestly recommend Saddle Brook to anyone seeking outstanding memory care for their loved one.

My wife Linda has been a resident of this community now for almost 90 days. Saddle Brook is truly a loving and caring facility. From what I have seen so far I feel that the Management And Staff truly love and care very deeply about Linda and all the other residents at Saddle Brook. To me I feel that they dont just see it as a job but truly love and are very passionate about what they do.The open possible concern I have had is how they initially communicate with me when I have had a couple of issues/concerns on Lindas care.. But now feel that this too has been addressed. After 6 months of addressing my concerns on Lindas care and safety, I have made the decision to relocate Linda to a better facility. My wife is no longer at Saddlebrook and I feel that I should right this review so that other families thinking of placing their love one at Saddlebrook should be aware of theses concerns. In the 6 months Linda was there and I was always spending 4 to 6 hours a day every day there with her I continued to have to address the following:1. My wifes incontinence care.2. Racial of Caregiver to resident (8 to 1), has not been the case for the 6 months that she was there it was more like 10 to 1 for the most part and some days it was even worst. When I tried to address this to Management they were not very concerned about it and said that they are handling it. Has of the last week of December this was still the case.3. The safety of residents in wheel chairs being left in areas with no supervision..4 . When I placed Linda they said that they would monitor her medication and reorder as needed which did not happen since they ran out of her medication and told me that this sometimes happens.5. I feel that the Directors are only there for the money and the reason I feel this way is that is that when they felt that Linda should have a urine analysis because she was aggressive when she was being changed. they charged me for the material (urine hat and cup that they sent to the Lab which the Lab rejected it because it was not marked correctly. When I asked the Director of Nursing about this he didnt seem to be concerned.

Saddle Brook has sent me 3 complimentary 8 hr. day stay invitations to see what they have to offer and 3 times I have told them I do not have a need and to remove me from their mailing list and twice they have told me they would, but now I have number 3 invitation. This is how I deal with business, if I have asked them to stop calling or sending me something regarding their business and they continue, then that tells me they will never do what they say they are going to once you sign up with them. I have been there and done that and will never fall for it again; that is what Vitas taught me.
